Yesterday was the Matchbox concert in Spokane, WAI have an issue with the way things occurred regarding the whole VIP packageOn Tuesday I contacted two separate representatives (via ticketswest) because I had not received any information about the VIP package at allThey told me and I quote, "I see your package and it includes (list of what is included in the VIP package...please be there an hour early to meet up with VIP group." I thought the timing seemed a little tight so I called back and talked to someone elseThey told me the exact same thing so I went with it

DONT USE THEM !!!! It took them two months to deliver an item and they kept on telling me I would receive it! Don't waste your money on VIP tickets with this companyIt's not worth the money trust me

I am rejecting this response because: It is not acceptableYou have the abilities to refund a membership and leave it active, (we were told this by your rep) but you are refusing toThis problem could end by a simple we are sorry for the mistake on our end and we are issuing you a refund and leaving your membership active so your lesser desirable tickets that you settled for after we fixed the problem hours later will be sent outI know for a fact this can be done because I had another "technical issue on our end" with another company years ago for a similar situation and they did the right thing and refunded the membership and left it activeThere is no reason you cannot do this and are just refusing to work with us. You have admitted the error on your end so you should be making every effort to right your wrongYou have not done anything to try and assist with this matterYour rep told us to contact him back if we were unhappy with the ticket selection and we didAgain he did nothingYou state "not a code for a guarantee to concert tickets" but your membership states access to presale ticketsWe were denied that access due to the admitted issue on your endThe only reason why tickets were purchased was to ensure that we had some and I am sure if you were in our situation you would feel the same way. Just because we settled for what was left does not mean that we shouldn't be entitled to a refund for the error on your partIt will be in your best interest to refund the and leave the account active (or cancel it after the tickets ship out.)If the is not refunded, it will end up costing you a lot more than issuing the refundI am a business owner and I am well aware of how the Revdex.com worksIf this issue is not resolved during this email process we will reach the arbitration stageAt that point, I will have no problem paying the on my end causing your company to pay the other and taking this to arbitrationIf you think that I will not pay that amount over you are mistakenI will do it as a matter of principal and make an example out of your companyYou cannot do business the way that you do and treat people the way that you haveThe decision is up to you: Either do the right thing and own your mistake by refunding the membership and sending the tickets or refuse and incur the cost of a lot more than The choice is yours

We arrived at an event that Wonderful Union sponsoredWe arrived on time but Shoreline Amphitheater and Wonderful Union staff misdirected us and we missed the event, we've been in contact with them but they won't give us a refund or allow us to use the tickets at another eventThey're customer service is rude and very unprofessionalI understand that they have a no refund policy but their event wasn't coordinated well and lacked supervisionThey charged me almost $for an event that they didn't provide usVery disappointed with this company and would like a refundI'd like their license investigated by the Revdex.com

Our year memberships are generally non-refundable but at the time this package was purchased, that information was not included in the product descriptionWe'll honor the refund request and process it today

I am rejecting this response because: Wonderful Union has not indicated what amount they are going to offering for compensation. I checked the account used for my purchase and have not received any refund. I have worked for a fair resolution with Wonderful Union for seven months. I only received one call back from them. For these reasons I cannot accept this vague offer with details regarding refund amount or refund date.Thank you for your assistance throughout this process

This event had a last minute venue change so the purchaser is absolutely entitled to a refund since they indicated that they were unable to attend the event at the new venueA refund for both orders has been processed

I am rejecting this response because:The offer by Wonderful Union is undervalued and also tied to an offer to complete their portion of a "contract." They have not honored or tried to honor this "contract" which was paid for on 7/9/16. On 11/22/I attended an event that offered the same package which I purchased from Wonderful Union. Every attendee who purchased this package from Wonderful Union had the component that was missing from our package. Wonderful Union has been derelict in their responsibility to fulfill their obligations. They have been negligent in attempting to communicate with me during my attempts to resolve this issue over seven months. During my final attempt to resolve this issue their service individual ***, was prepared to let me remain on hold for two hours until they closed. For all of the above reasons the only acceptable resolution is a refund of the full value of this package

On October 13, I responded to an offer by Wonderful Union on the official Facebook page of *** ***Their offer was a "Mystery Box", with the first orders receiving an item in the box that would be autographed by *** ***I immediately rushed to place an order because I hoped that I would be one of those first customersOnce I received my order confirmation e-mail, I saw that there was a size selected on the order: XSI do not wear an XS, I wear an XLI immediately e-mailed Wonderful Union, hoping they could simply change the order size before my package shipped outOn October 14, I received the following reply:

Wonderful Union is the fulfillment organization of a VIP package I purchased through ***The entirety of the package was not fulfilledThe autographed poster was not given out and there was not back stage tour as described in the list of items which were to be included in the VIP packageI have attempted to handle this through *** who told me I had to contact Wonderful UnionThey have not responded to any methods by which I have contacted them

purchased tickets to a concert concert cancelled this company states that their phone lines open at 8am pst no one answeres phone they haven't called back sent emails texted to no avail

This company is deceiving! Bought a concert VIP Gold “experience”Got to box office and was giving general admission standing only floor and no early entrance or anythingTold had to stand in back of line My So called VIP merchandise wasn’t there eitherWas told over phone they are Tseating up front! Then weeks after concert I wasn’t able to attend due to MS(can’t stand)I received a little box with a coin, guitar pic, cd and that’s it! $on tickets for vipWhere was the VIP treatment? The ticket value was $and value of merchandise $These people won’t answer phone eitherWonder why!! My guess run by cowards knowing if they answer phone what they will get so they hide behind email!
