Woodfin Tech, James S[redacted], contacted me 20 minutes prior to coming to my house. He was punctual and got right to work. The purpose was maintenance on my air conditioner. He made sure his feet were covered before entering my home. He was very cordial, professional and explained to me at completion that my system was okay. He also asked if I was interested in a security system which is now provided by Woodfin under the Complete Plan. Although not in market for one, he left me a brochure to read over. I would look forward to James' return to service my heating system in the Winter. Thank you!

Service was electrical inspection as part of home service coverage. Inspection was thorough and done in a professional manner.

Extremely professional. The technician was well informed about the Art Cool equipment he came to service. He found the problem very quickly. We were very pleased with the way in which he handled the problem.

[redacted] repaired a faucet leak for me today. He did an excellent and expeditious job. In addition he was friendly and convinced me to join the Woodfin plumbing plan which will save me money on future repairs

Called Woodfin and requested plumbing assistance. Plumber arrived about one hour later. Fixed problem promptly. Couldn't have been an easier transaction.

Jesse H[redacted] of Woodfin #209 was in my home today to inspect the electrical system. He called first, was on time, was very professional and answered all my questions with patience and clarity. I appreciate his helpful comments and recommendations. He is an excellent representative of the Woodfin company.

Today I needed my HVAC serviced because it was leaking water. Chris. K. from Woodfin arrived at my home within an hour of my call to Woodfin and was courteous and set to work immediately. He quickly identified the problem and was able to fix it after retrieving the necessary parts. I asked him several questions about how to avoid the problem in the future and his answers were helpful and demonstrated a great deal of integrity. He took care to make sure that the system was functioning before he left. I truly appreciated his help today.

Had an electrical outgo in my panel on a very hot night. I called one company and never got a return call. I called Woodfin and [redacted] came out right away and fixed the problem quickly. He was polite and knowledgeable, I would certainly recommend.

Serviceman was knowledgeable and polite. Made a great effort to give complete and proper information.

Matt came to do a yearly checkup on our furnace and air conditioner and was very professional and friendly. He volunteered to replace the furnace filter if we had one on hand. He also gave us tips on how often to change it He went over some things he did with the air conditioner so I would know what was going on. I was very pleased with the service.

[redacted] did a great job analyzing what was wrong with my new heating system and replaced a motor. t has made the biggest difference in terms of the noise level. Who would've thought that a defect would have existed in a brand new system?
[redacted] went above and beyond what I would've expected! He was extremely thorough and comprehensive in his analysis. I can't thank him enough.

I was extremely impressed with [redacted] review of the electrical systems in my home. He explained his findings and answered all of my questions clearly.

My experience with Woodfin is very favourable. The service technician was very knowledgeable, friendly and was able to provide answers to my inquiries He was very professional.

Woodfin was the first company to respond in my quest for a plumber to lay gas lines for my new fire pit. Their estimator was prompt in giving me a quote. Their quote was $1000's below a local competitor. Their time out was only one week! The plumber [redacted] was prompt, professional and quick to complete the project! Thank you Woodfin!
