Adam GTechnician # did a great job in finding an issue with my older a/c unit and getting it corrected Woodfin did a standard maintenance on this unit on Friday before Labor Day, and the other tech did not resolve the condensate overflow issue and they promptly sent Adam out when I called back on Tuesday Adam was able to pinpoint the issue, and cleaned out another condensate tube, which resolved the problemthey responded promptly to my calls and my concerns

Woodfin cleaned and checked my two zone heating and air conditioning system on December 11th The technicians arrived on time, completed their work in a very professional manner, advised me of imminent problems with my aging system, and scheduled an appointment for me with a customer service representative one week hence
My service technician was very courteous and professional He put "covers" over his feet each time he entered the house, he cleaned up loose insulation which fell and he completely washed and cleaned the outside unit, which I don't recall anyone else ever doingHe was here when he said he would be and was very friendly and personable
