Customer repexplained that the technician would call approximately thirty minutes before arrival and that is exactly what happened The technician (Corbin) was very professional Presented professional throughout the service call He maintained focus on the work to be performed Corbin listened carefully, he understood what we, the customers wanted and responded accordingly The call was for some electrical work It was mentioned to the technician that we needed to get a plumber out at some point and that's when Corbin shared information about the Electrical plan and The Whole Home Plan, which was awesome He was knowledgeable as to what the company offers Quality work was performed I would highly recommend Woodfin to others

The tech that did the work was knowledgeable, efficient and thorough He explained the options to me as to whether I should replace the safety sensor (low water cut off) which I chose to do I thought the price was high for the work performed and when questioned I was told that the price is based on the task not the time taken to perform the task Similar to a car dealership maintenance repair I guess Anyway the job was completed quickly and everything is working I just question the billing method and cost for an hours work
I continue to be very satisfied with the service I receive from Woodfin The service tech is always considerate in every regard time, personal property, personal interaction And this most recent visit was no different I will continue to use this company and recommend it to anyone who asks for my opinion
Robert (Repair Tech- #33), was the consummate professional from his pre-arrival phone call until the moment he departed our residence A prior WF tech had replaced the heat pump evaporator but overcharged the system with freon causing "banging / humming" noises Without me asking, NO service or related charges were incurred Mistakes happen, all things considered I would recommend Woodfin and use their company in the future
