Plumbing Technician [redacted] *** came to our home today to resolve a clogged drain which involved our garbage disposal He arrived within hours of our first call to Woodfin, and called us himself prior to arrival to let us know when to expect him He resolved the issue completely and without delay, and gave us good tips on how to avoid a recurrence of the problem Very courteous, friendly, and professional
The service tech came out & replaced the fuel gauge on my oil tank which had been damaged from the prior snowstorm a few weeks agoHe performed the service in a few minutesHe answered all my questions regarding the fuel gauge & was very curtiousThe service tech was Jeff (#28)The service call was excellent
