I was very pleased with the service provided by the Woodfin Home Team plumbing representative He clearly explained the results of each of the plumbing systems that he examined and patiently answered my numerous and sometimes repeated questionsThe systems that were rated less than fair were pointed out in detail along with several recommendations for repairThe service representative provided a detailed inspection report and at my request an estimate of the scope of work of the system(s) that needed repair
[redacted] came to our home to conduct our annual electrical inspectionHe was thorough, professional, courteous and provided specific information about all our concernsHe explained everything in layman's terms and also included recommendationsHe never pressured us in any way to buy any product [redacted] was excellent

Drake introduced himself when I answered the doorHe was prompt, arrived at 8:am, and was done at 9:am He left an inspection sheet for me and his business cardI have had an account with this company for at least thirty years and have been pleased with their service
