My Carrier air handler fan was running continually, even when the AC was not running the compressorThe main control board inside of the air handler was showing safety faults when there were noneRobert (#33) found the problem quickly, ordered the board, and replaced it; problem solved

We really appreciate Woodfin's recent maintenance and repair of our A/C unit The service person who helped us was [redacted] and he was very professional and knowledgeable, and now that he has worked on the unit, it seems to be running great We are very thankful for [redacted] help in getting the unit working again We also appreciate the customer service provided by the service manager, *** Overall, we are very satisfied with the service Woodfin provided
