We are not a licensed childcare facility, therefore we do not offer the services that a childcare facility would provide. From what we understand, this incident happen over a year ago. Per your signed agreement it is up to the member to make sure there is updated billing information on file. We see there have been two cards put on file and we...

were not able to draft from either account. Also it is up to the member to follow the proper cancellation procedures per your agreement. You can always get a copy at the club or by calling [redacted]1-888-827-9262. We have no record of cancellation there for your membership stayed active, and went into collections. We do not go by usage so even if you choose not to use the club you are still responsible for your past due balance.You would need to contact the collections company or visit the club and speak with a manager. I am happy to notify the manager and waive all late/service charges on your account. You would still be responsible for your past due balance. We would be waiving over $60 in late fees. I will send an email off to the club and let them know if you come in to waive these fees, take the past due balance and we will get your account taken out of collections and canceled.
