Again, we do not go by usage of the club, and if you do not have proper proof of cancellation we are unable to look further into this for you. You did sign an agreement agreeing to all terms and conditions. Per your agreement you are responsible for sending proper 30 day written notice to [redacted]. If you do not have proof of a certified letter or screen shot of the email sent to cancel we are not able to look further into this for you. We would be happy to assist in offering a settlement to take you out of collections. However with out proper proof of cancellation the debt is valid and you would owe the past due balance on the membership. If you have any further questions please contact us at 1-[redacted]Thank you

Good Afternoon,As previously stated we are happy to assist Ms. [redacted] with her issue.We do take the concerns of all of our members seriously. Please help us help you. We must first confirm if a 30 day written notice was sent in to our billing company, [redacted]. Then we may begin the process of clearing Ms. [redacted]'s account.

Our cancellation policy is as follows: Member is directed to visit their club location and speak with a member of management to fill out cancellation wavier. Member is then given a copy of cancellation wavier and is instructed to contact [redacted] via phone and to send 30 day written notice of...

(As stated on Mr. [redacted]'s signed agreement and is also stated on cancellation waiver) [redacted] did not receive 30 day from Mr. [redacted], therefore Mr. [redacted]'s membership was not cancelled. Mr. [redacted] has stated in his complaint, that he was charged $100 in monthly dues, which is incorrect. Mr. [redacted]'s monthly dues are $11.00 per month. Mr. [redacted]  stated that he was charged a total of 4 monthly drafts (Total of $44.00) between the time of two visits to our club facility. Mr. [redacted] was not drafted his annual fee within said time frame. We have cancelled Mr, [redacted]'s Work Out World membership effective 2/25/2016 with nothing further due. We will process a refund to be credited to Mr. [redacted]'s account of file in the amount of $44.00. Thank you.

Good Morning! Our apologizes if Ms. [redacted] feels that she has been mislead or did not receive proper communication in any way shape or form. Our babysitting service fee is outlined on page 2, paragraph 3, section D of our member agreement. Our apologizes if this information was not reviewed with Ms. [redacted] at that time of her joining. We do have a babysitting service policy that is reviewed with member, that outlines our babysitting policies and procedures. We did not state that our babysitting staff is not certified, we just wanted to state that we do not have a "Day Care" we only offer a babysitting service. Our staff is instructed to contact parent if a child is in need of a diaper change. We would not want any child to be uncomfortable. We do feel that we offer the best babysitting service, and do our best to insure that we uphold that standard. We have checked our website to confirm if 'Free Babysitting" is stated on our site. We did not not find such statement. But we will also be sure to confirm is such signage is posted in our [redacted] location. If such signage is posted, we will be sure to have such signage removed immediately. We are sorry that Ms. [redacted] did not have a pleasant experience with our Babysitting service.

There was no cancellation ever submitted after the phone call on 10/17/14. We also see you checked in to the club a couple times in 2015. Your last check in was on 03/02/2015. Again, [redacted] did make you aware of the proper cancellation procedures, and that we do not handle cancellations over the phone. The membership does not stop billing until we are notified by the member. We are not able to clear your past due balance, however as a courtesy we are willing to work out a settlement with you if you would like to get your account cancelled and taken out of collections. If we do not hear from you the account will stay in collections. ABC Financial continues attempt to collect for services not rendered and are now threaten my credit rating. ABC personnel continue to refer me to the local branch. When I call the local branch they the attempt to refer me to another company called [redacted] (a sub contractor). Good Afternoon. We are happy to assist in this matter. We have researched Ms. [redacted]'s account. Ms. [redacted] first joined our New Bedford location on 12/30/10. Ms. [redacted] chose our $99 PIF membership for 1 full year. Ms. [redacted] was not billed any further in regard to this membership. This membership...

expired on 12/30/11.On 3/10/15, Ms.[redacted] joined our Fall River location online at our website, wownewengland.com. (Please see membership agreement attached. Please note there are 3 attachments) Our cancellation policy is outlined in our membership agreement (Page 2 attached) May we ask whom Ms. [redacted] spoke to in regard to cancellation of said membership? We do not have record of cancellation of Ms. [redacted]'s cancellation, nor did ABC receive a 30 day written notice from Ms. [redacted].  Work Out World did not and has not stolen from Ms. [redacted] in any manner. (Please see 2nd attachment for authorization terms) As a courtesy, we have cancelled Ms. [redacted]'s membership with nothing further due.

due to unexpected circumstances.  Ms. [redacted]'s member unfroze in May 2017. September 2017 Ms. [redacted] sent a email to our customer care department on 9/26/17. Ms. [redacted] was issued a refund in the amount of $29.00 ($19.50 service fee and $9.50 late fee) At that time, Ms. [redacted]'s membership was cancelled as a courtesy with nothing further due. Ms. [redacted] disputed the following stated charges (listed in complaint) with her bank institution in the amount of $70.98. Ms. [redacted] was awarded amount to be refunded, however our billing company [redacted] Financial disputed the charges and said charges were reposted to Ms. [redacted]'s membership account.We do not accept verbal cancellations, as that is not proper cancellation procedure.
