Review: I was looking for an agency to do my B.S. degree certification a couple days ago. WES is one of agencies I am considering to use. So I created my application online by myself without any help from them on the night of Feb. [redacted] (Friday). After I finish, my neighbor's child came and wanted to play with my computer. He clicked "submit application" by mistake. I realized the mistake but their office was closed at that time. So I called WES on Monday Feb. [redacted] and asked for a full refund, which is $130 back to my credit card. I didn't expect any problem because my case was never started in the WES end, and they didn't provide any kind of service to me. The customer representative asked me to write an email through their online system to ask for refund. I did so. On Feb. [redacted], I got email reply from WES which stated their service was not refundable and requested me to pay $20 administrative in order to "review" my cancellation. I called back to WES on Feb. [redacted] and explained my case with their customer representative. The lady named ([redacted] by the sound) was very rude. She didn't listen to me at all and refuse my request. I tried to ask for talking with their manager and stated my reasoning. However she hanged up my call. Therefore, I want to initiate a complaint at Revdex.com.

I think WES's request to charge $20 fee to review cancellation is ridiculous. First of all, I didn't receive any service from WES but spend a lot of time and energy in order to cancel my order. If they want me to pay for the fee to "review" that simple cancellation, I want my compensation for the loss of my time and resources to deal with them, which will be much more than $20. I can understand their service is not refundable due to missing documents or other reason if the evaluation has started. But my case should be very straightforward since I never sent anything to WES. Because I never started my case or asked them to do anything for me, it doesn't make sense that I have to pay for cancellation. They should treat different case separately and listen to their customers. What they did make me feel they want to get the money no matter what happened. Second, it maybe true that they stated "no-refundable" in their terms and conditions. But it was not obvious in their application screen if you directly go to "apply now" or "get started" which are highlighted in yellow. I only noticed it after I got notification from WES when I tried to cancel my order. At the time I filled in my online application, I am not aware of that. I took it for granted that most service in US if you never use can be refunded, so I started filling in their online form. I am fooled by WES. They need to state that in their front page with bold letter if their policy is so unique. If I know it is not refundable in the first place, I won't bother to consider them and fill my information online in their website. Plus, I didn't mean to submit my application after I filled in the online form. I was still considering another evaluation agency. It was another child who clicked the submit button by mistake and it's not represent my own intention. More importantly, I don't think it is ethical to force customer to pay for something they ordered for mistake and still charge fees for "review" if they want to cancel. It's not about money but about their respect to customer's right. They have my information in their end. How much effort do they need to review it? What did they provide me to let them force me pay the fee? Considering the bad experience I had in their customer service end, the only explanation is they want to play the trick by playing with this "non-refundable" policy and collect money under every possible circumstance. Therefore, I formally request the refund for my total $130 service fee back to my credit card.Desired Settlement: To state their non-refundable policy in bold letter in their webpage.

Review: I applied for Evalution of my certificates. But after three days WES send me an email that they need certificates direct from institution in sealed envelope . I called and also send an email stated that please don't evaluate because I don't have anybody there so please refund my money ( $ 249.00 ). My WES ref # [redacted] dated : 05/**/2013. After following couple of times with phone calls and emails nothing is happened. I didn't get any reply from WES. Please contact them and get my money refund if possible. Thanks,

We have received the complaint from [redacted]. [redacted] requested to cancel her file, but never confirmed the $50 administrative fee. We then received a dispute of charges from the credit card merchant on 7/**/13 and all fees were removed from WES. The credit card merchant then decided to give the money back to WES on 8/*/13.

The latest correspondence is this complaint from the Revdex.com. A letter has been sent to the applicant in order for her to confirm the $50 administration fee. Once the confirmation is received the refund can be processed.

Review: I have sent my documents to WES for evaluation. They did not indicate clearly that they will keep my documents and not return them. I want to cancel my order with them but they are not returning my documents on which I spent 500 dollars as I had to get them from Pakistan and had to contact several people and agencies to get them. Now that I have sent them to WES they wont return my documents. They are stating that they do not return docuemnts. They are my personal documents. I had to spend money and time to get them. I need them back.Desired Settlement: I need my documents and my money returned. I dont want to utilize their services as they have really a bad reputation. They never provide good services. Their rating in one start. There are people who have written against them.

Review: The company charges the applicant prior to reviewing the transcripts or other documents and requests documents which are impossible to get. After which if one wished to cancel the company's services they charge a fifty dollar fee for no reason. World Education Services has a long list of complaints from hundreds of people which were taken advantage of. The company does not provide teh services it advertises on its website.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund and want World Education Services to do what it advertises or change the the information on its website. The company defrauds people and the lists of complaints can be found at, [redacted] and many other sites. Please degrade their website accordingly.

Review: WES Ref # [redacted] Year of doucments evaluation-1995

Request for duplicate records sent on 4/*/15, the WES acknowledged payment on 4/*/15 and assured that the doucments will be mailed out between April [redacted]. No mail received, the customer service at ###-###-#### puts you on hold for 45 min to one hour and then finally states that the documents will be mailed out next week. There is no mechanism at the WES that verifies that doucments have been mailed out.

I have not received my documents despite making the required payment, nor WES verifies mailing out anything.

I have been transferred to managers voicemails or wrong departments, who do not return any voice messages.Desired Settlement: My documents as soon as possible.

Review: I contacted WES 3 times via email in the past few weeks and I have not received a response, I also called them several times however their hold time is about 45 minutes and the call disconnects after about 25 minutes each time. I had my evaluation done with this company and I needed to obtain my official evaluation as they only sent me the unofficial transcripts. It is important to get this document as I enrolled in a university and they require this document.

Review: I sent notarized translated copies of my documents (a notary stamp makes them documents, not just photocopies) to World Educational Services (WES). Now, I have decided to cancel my document evaluation on several reasons. I sent three copies of notarized paperwork to be evaluated. I needed diploma of specialist, associate professor and PHD. Now I have to mention, that instead of 3 WES only tried to evaluate 2 for some reason: PHD and diploma of specialist, the third one was thrown off the list. I graduated form Moscow State University. WES turned it into Lomonosov Marine Uchilishche. This is like comparing Harvard to local community college. Now I spent 6 hours on the phone with them total. Each wait time is 40 minutes at least. I called a couple of times. Every time I called I was given confused directions. Finally, since I could not provide them with additional paperwork that they need and because I was tired of dealing with them, I decided to cancel the evaluation. The whole experience was starting to get a toll on me.

I called and spoke to [redacted] today ( 7/**/2014) asking to let me know when I should be receiving the documentation I sent since I'm cancelling my evaluation. The response I received was that they do not return the photocopies. The problem is I did not sent just photocopies of the documents, but notarized copies with red notary stamps. It took me time and money to translate those documents and get them notarized. I tried explaining that those were the only documents I have and need to have with me during my interview on Monday (7/**/14). But the response I received was the same. It is against their policy. I could only hope that the documents were not destroyed. After repeatedly asking to connect me to the [redacted] or a [redacted] and repeatedly being told they don't have any, finally I was transferred to automated voice mail. I left a message. I have yet to hear back from anybody. I'm quickly losing hope to ever see the documents again.

I still need the documents. Again those were not just photocopies. They had a red stamp and a ribbon across them showing that they have been notarized. Also, I do not see why would they be destroyed if the process of evaluation has been cancelled without even getting started. I sent 3 documents, only two were showing in the system. Does that mean that the third one for the associate professor has just been discarded without anybody even looking at it?

Review: In late May or early June 2013, I set up and paid for an account with World Education Services to have my Canada high school transcripts evaluated. This is a requirement of my university, ECPI. June 2013 I sent to WES the following: A letter explaining my request. I attached the completed form World Education Services, Inc., Application Summary. Under heading Required Documents Item 1: What to Submit “Clear, legible photocopies of all graduation certificates or diplomas issued in English by the institutions attended.” I submitted my high school transcripts. How to Submit “To be submitted to WES by applicant”. They were submitted by me. October 2013 CCRSB (my high school’s school board) sent to WES to following: A letter stating that I had graduated. They attached the completed WES Academic Records Request Form. In response to form World Education Services, Inc. Application Summary. Under heading Required Documents Item 2: What to Submit “Academic transcripts issued in English by the institutions attended for all post-secondary programs of study”. They submitted my high school transcripts. How to Submit “To be sent directly to WES by the institutions attended”. CCRSB did this. The texts in quotations are taken directly from WES’ Application Summary. WES now has all the documents that their website indicated they needed in order to evaluate my transcripts. HOWEVER, On October **, 2013 [redacted] from WES told me, and a follow-up email from WES stated, that they now wanted the documents from Item 2 to be “from the Nova Scotia Department of Education, with ministry logo”. That is NOT what their website indicated.Desired Settlement: I want WES to evaluate my high school transcripts so that I can satisfy the requirements of my university, ECPI. I have sent them what their forms have indicated is required. Thank you VERY much for your help.

Please note that listed on our documentation requirements for Canada secondary Education; we state transcripts should be mailed by the Department / Ministry of Education directly to WES. For this file the documents were not submitted in the correct manner. The evaluator sent a letter to the applicant on October [redacted] after receiving incorrect documentation. I have attached a copy of our required documents page and also a copy of the letter which was submitted to the applicant. Review: Company collected $170.00 fees for services no rendered.

They offer among others translation services for academics transcripts. Services should be prepaid online in advance.

Once payment is process, they advice you that transcripts to be translated have to come in original, and from the overseas college that issue them.

As soon I found that out (within 2 hrs of the request) I called to cancel the service. They did not not answered the phone. I wrote them a message stating that I wanted to cancel service.

They responded same day and said that they would evaluate the possibility of cancellation and if approved that I have to agree to a $20 charge for processing fee.Desired Settlement: Just refund money to credit card. A business with this practices sure is a threat to international students that need their services.

Review: I had applied to WES for my degree evaluation from Ukraine. Following their guidelines listed here:

"Official academic transcripts indicating all courses taken and grades earned for all programs of study"

"Please have all academic documents verified (via apostille) by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine through the Information and Image Center (Informatsiino – Imigevy Tsentr)"

They also tell you that all originals will be returned back to you.

I had followed all of these to the letter. I contacted the apostille in my country, who required that the documents be sent directly from the university to them. After contacting the university, they told me they could create an "Archival Transcript", because they could not make an exact copy of a transcript created during the Soviet Union era(1970's). This Archival Transcript was then mailed by the university to the apostille, who after processing them, sent them to me.

Upon recieving apostille'd documents from Ukraine, I submitted them to WES.

This is when the issues started. WES said they could not accept my transcripts for evaluation because they were copies. Obviously this was not the case. They were university originals. Following several weeks of back and forth, they decided to contact the university on my behalf to verify the apostilled transcripts.

The university responded and my evaluation was sent back to me.

Only issue remaining at this point, is that this document that I had spent 2 months and 200$+ getting from Ukraine was not sent back to me.

Contacting WES again over 7 times, and finally getting ahold of a [redacted], they finally told me that my transcript will not be returned back to me as it was not an original.

This is a clear violation of their own rules and services. It is an original university document that I had sent to them, which they now refuse to send back to me.Desired Settlement: Return of my original documents.

As the applicant indicated in their complaint the document they submitted was a recently created archival transcript. WES returned the applicant’s original degree certificate, as it was the applicant’s original irreplaceable document. As such WES has abided by its guidelines for document submission and return. The page also contains thefollowing statement: “All original documents submitted to WES with an apostille from the Ministry of Educationwill be returned to the applicant upon completion of the evaluation.” I requested academic transcripts from theinstitution that I graduated from in 1983.For reference in 1983 the universitywas part of Ministry of Education of Soviet Union and now is part of Ministryof Education of Ukraine. That is obvious that Soviet Union not exist anymore. Usingarchival information, the institution created original document “[redacted]

The question is why the document is recognized by my country as anoriginal and meets all of WES requirements, but WES is still considering it a copy? It is a violation of their policy. On top of this, I am not sure WES realizes that I spent more than four months toget academic transcript done and it cost a lot of money to get the document?This is all in addition to the fact that I was told this document would bereturned to me multiple times by customer service.

Review: 1) In your evaluation of my degrees through [redacted] you list "Bachelor's degree from a non-accredited institution". [redacted] Program is listed in both the [redacted] directory and the [redacted] of the [redacted]. [redacted] students are eligible to sit for United States Medical Licensing Examinations (USMLE) exams. [redacted] graduates, having successfully passed the USMLE Step 1, Step 2CK and Step 2CS exams, are eligible for Educational Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates (ECFMG®) certification, which is required to enter a residency in the United States. Upon completion of residency, [redacted] graduates are then eligible to take the USMLE Step 3 exam.

In the [redacted] medical schools currently under accreditation by [redacted], the student body is predominantly [redacted]. The [redacted] is the recognized accreditation authority for the accreditation of medical education programs leading to the degree of M.D.in [redacted] and [redacted]. The [redacted] qualifies [redacted] as a school whose students ARE eligible for US Federal student loans.

Graduates from [redacted] are qualified to sit for US medical licensure exams, get accepted to American residency programs and currently there are hundreds of [redacted] graduates practicing medicine in the United States as licensed physicians...and yet you send out an evaluation stating I graduated from a non-accredited institution???

2) You never mention my second degree from [redacted], my medical degree, as either being accredited or non-accredited.

3) You calculated my GPA incorrectly, and as with every other inquiry I have made to you, I have received no return contact beyond, "We will review and correct if we deem appropriate" to paraphrase.

4) Hold times for phone calls exceed 40 minutes EVERY time. This is without exception, and the "We are receiving heavier than normal call volume." message extends years into your past in online discussions of your business practices.

5) Phone messages left with your administrative staff are not returned at all.

6) On the ONE occasion I finally got through to someone I had been on the phone on hold an hour and twenty minutes. This was after multiple attempts approaching an hour when I had been unable to hold on any longer. At that point I was informed that you will neither take, give, or discuss the valuation in progress, and one must instead submit an email. The evaluator WILL not speak with the customer.Desired Settlement: Correct the evaluation to show that my school, [redacted] accredited by the [redacted], which IS accepted by the [redacted] (an American accreditation organization) as comparable to their own. Correct the GPA as you calculated it incorrectly. Contact [redacted] BY PHONE and speak with [redacted] and explain the error, as well as sending them a corrected report. Send me a corrected report.

It is very convenient to say that the evaluations provided by WES are not binding to any institution. That is like selling a shovel but not guaranteeing that the shovel will do what a shovel is supposed to do. The fact is, the poorly executed initial evaluation by WES was the DIRECT reason my application to [redacted] was rejected, as stated by the university. Then it was your lack of customer service in returning an answer to my complaint that led to my inability to even possibly work with WES and [redacted] together to rectify the situation. Quite simply no evaluator at WES is available by phone, and email inquiries are not returned in a reasonable amount of time.They ([redacted]) rely 100% on the information submitted by your organization to them, and as a matter of fact WES was the ONLY one of the 3 evaluating agencies such as your own that [redacted] listed as acceptable for the purpose of evaluating my transcript. It is also a fact that the accrediting information for my school is easily found on their website (the accrediting organization known as [redacted]), and from there easily traceable to its US equivalency through [redacted] (the American organization which recognizes foreign accrediting organizations). The correction to my evaluation, while removing the section stating "non-accredited" does not now state that [redacted] is in fact accredited, nor does it state by whom. That is one of the items I listed in my complaint as necessary to resolve the complaint. As indicated in my complaint another part of the resolution I expected from WES was a phone call from your organization to [redacted]'s [redacted] explaining the mistake and correction. That has not been done to my knowledge. I also received no acknowledgement or correction of the GPA discrepancy between the GPA provided by my school ([redacted]), and the GPA your evaluator gave...as stated in my original complaint, and also sent by email initially to WES.

I have spoken with [redacted] at WES, and confirmed that [redacted] has in fact finally received the updated evaluation. As a final note, this issue with WES cost me admission to [redacted]'s January class, approximately $3000, and the loss of five working days. All due to their initial error and the difficulty in even reaching them to attempt resolution. As I explained to [redacted], all of these issues are not acceptable, and she indicated that WES is looking into how they handle matters from several angles. Review: I contact WEs for an evaluation of my international credentials to apply for jobs in US. I have pay up front with my credit card $187 on Dec [redacted] 2012. They required my university to sent a sealed envelop with my certificate , so my sister sent it and I kept the delivery confirmation receipt. the envelop reached WES but they lost it. After that they never contact me, I have to spend numerous hours on the phone and they still denied their fault in the lost of such valuable documents. They authorized me on the phone to get a second copy of my certificated in Spain and send them by Fax. Then after another month I have to contact them on the phone because they never told me anything. They received the international fax but still don't want to finish my evaluation. Every time I call them on the phone they wont listen to me and they keep on asking me about the sealed envelop they lost. After $300 spent in certificates and international mailing and faxing , I don't have the credential evaluated. Their service was very poor and the costumer service on the phone was not useful at all, they don't have internal communication and nobody was following my case. Review: I contact WES regarding my credentials evaluations and requested them to process the documentation attested by my school's Vice Principal since he is incharge of h examinations and issues the attested documentation for credentials evaluation. The agent at that agreed to sending in the documents that I had with a letter which shows the university is autonomous / deemed university. Based on this conversation I paid a fees of 249 dollars for a course-by-course evaluation. After preparing the document, I called in to check and confirm the information before sending the documents. The agent at that time refused to acknowledge the previous conversation I had. She said it doesn't fall in line with their policies and can't take the dcuments attested by the VP of my university. Now my money is stuck because of the faulty information provided to me. They have not done anything on the application and are going to deduct 20 dollars as part of their policy. I don't think this is fair. I put my trust in them because of the conversation I had with them and they have no reason for deducting 20 dollars for mis-guiding me. I was misguided by them and they are repeatedly saying I agreed to their terms and conditions before submitting the money. However, the thing is they are not willing to accept their mistake and make it right.Desired Settlement: I want a refund of 249 dollars. Review: On May **, 2014, I created a customer account requesting course by course evaluation of 2 certificates: Bachelor degree ([redacted]) and Master degree ([redacted], [redacted]). I paid $242.00 full service fee. I mailed the copies of my 2 certificates to WES in NYC and my customer account was updated successfully. On June **, 2014 my ORIGINAL transcript of my master degree was delivered via DHL to WES in NYC (sealed envelop with original transcript and release form), tracking # [redacted] and delivery signature proof was emailed to WES. However, 3 weeks later my WES account was not updated and still showed that both original transcripts were not received. From this time till now, I sent more than 30+ emails and I got back were emails with instructions on how to send the original transcripts. Finally, when I emailed WES that I will file a complaint against them, they emailed me that they received a COPY of my transcript from my school not the original and they updated my WES account with this information.

Now I am very sure that my school in [redacted] mailed the Original transcript not a copy because I paid a fee of issuing an ORIGINAL transcript. It was very very difficult for me to have my original transcript issued and mailed via DHL from Sudan to WES, it cost me valuable time and money. I lost a job because I was not able to get my certificates evaluated due to the delays caused by WES. I was told to acknowledge that they will take $50.00 dollars out of my money ($204.00) which I replied that they should take it and give me my balance. Review: I have spent hours on hold on their phone line.

When I spoke to customer service on the phone they seemed disinterested.

I asked them if they could check with their 'evaluator' whether they were taking the university's letter they had received into account. They did not seem present, so I asked them if they could tell me in their own words what they were going to ask the 'evaluator' - they declined and hung up on me.

I sent them three emails via their website. It seems to be purposefully not sending the sender a copy via email, so that they could deny ever having received one?

Because they never reply.

For the second email, that I sent last week, and the last email, that I sent this Monday, I was smarter, and copied and pasted it into a document on my computer. Here they are:

Review: I ordered a transcript evaluation service on Feb [redacted] that was completed Feb [redacted] and sent standard postal mail to Merit Construction. 14 days later, I informed them that the package had not been delivered and on April [redacted] paid for [redacted] day delivery by UPS so I could get the package. They have yet to resend the original package or the UPS package and they have not responded to numerous attempts to contact them. This is a process that is going on since I requested my evaluation on February of the present year. I received an email of confirmation that they were ready will all documents for the evaluation on March *, 2014. The evaluation was completed and supposly sent on March **,2014. The truth is I believe it was never sent because it never reached and at this point before sending they never mention an address issue. I really want to make clear that when I requested the evalution I filled in the full address fo Merit Construction, Inc. At this time since they were arguing address issues, I paid for an extra copy and to be sent to other address. This extra copy never arrived also. What I want from WES is a refund for this extra copy for an amount of $70 and for the Standard Delivery which was $14, this makes a total of $84. Is worth that you can make notice that this came as a result of having a bad service from them, and that they only reacted after receiving this Revdex.com complaint. Which made me receive an evaluation that was supposed to arrive around March ** and reached almost one month later. I really appreciate that Revdex.com can take a minute to take care for the customer's welfare. I would make the suggestion that you keep an eye on these WES guys, I made some research about them and found out that I am not the only one having this kind of problems with them. Review: I am applying for graduate schools and unfortunately I needed to use WES evaluation report. I called to the customer service they told me that I need the permission of Brooklyn Collge, where I am studying now to allow mw to order duplicates, becaue it paid for the evaluaton. I contacted BC and the person in charge of thst issues sent WES representative the permission. I called WES back to make sure they received it, they said it will take time. I was keep calling them during a week and the answer was the same, didn't get it. I called to BC to request to send it again, and asked for the contact person. Once I gave the name to WES, they found the letter right away and told me I can place an order and sent it by mail ( I was almost late with some applications by that time). I sent money order with the names of the schools I am applying for and on January **, aproximately in 2 weeks after they got the permission, I received a letter from WES stating that they cannot process my request, because they need the permission from BC. It was shocking for me, I almost got a heart attack. I called them on that day and asked to explain why they cannot process my request if they received the permission. Again I gave the contact person and after I talked to 3 people, the 3rd was able to find the letter and said they will proceed with my order.

I requested the fastest delivery, because I reached the deadline for some schools already. They refused and said they will send them using the service I paid for (i paid extra for 3-5 days delivery, but they had to send the reports a week ago)

I also asked if I am able to use the permission to order duplicates in future, the person said he will discuss it with someone. I asked them to provide me with the tracking number ( called since morning and made a final call around 5pm when they close), the guy said they still didn't send anything and will provide me with number only for the one report which will be sent by 2 days air delivery, most expensive, $30 shipping cost that I paid for. The rest pf the reports will be sent by regular mail, have no tracking number and I also paid extra $12 for each for faster delivery.

in addition, I tried to evaluate my transcript from Russia in 2008 myself and paid around $300. My university in Russia, Voronezh State University sent them Official transcript in the sealed envelope and the translation of it. However, they did not evaluate anything. WES said the ducuments have to be varified by Education Department. There was no way fo me to do that, there is no such a thing in Russia. I called them on January **asking why Brooklyn College was able to get the evaluation done and my evaluation was not processed. They said that since 2010 their policy changed and the reduculous policy was gone. However, they said in order for me to complete the evaluation, so I would not bother to contact BC again for that, I still have to follow the policy of 2008 ( it changed in 2010). I told them it is not possible and asked if I could get my official transcript back, so I could evaluate it somewher else. They said they will not return me anyhthing. I am just thinking is there any justice? how is it possible to be so incompetent in so important issues and get away with it?

It is very frastrating that this company can ruin people's career and lives and health and get away with these.Desired Settlement: I would hope that they could finish my evaluation that they started in 2008 using their current policy so I would be able to request the duplicates of my evaluatlion any time ineed them. Review: I have ordered a translation of my swiss credentials through WES. After several delays and resubmitting documents, WES decided that my education is equal to an US high school diploma. I was not satisfied and asked for a re- evaluation, since it seems that they do not understand the meanings of the swiss education system. I also told WES that I want my money back and I will file a complaint with the Revdex.com if my credentials are not re-evaluated. The re-evaluation resulted in no changes, and was told, that I could not get my money back. I have finished 2 apprenticeships. the first in baking and pastry arts from 1991- 1994 the second as cook from 1995- 1997. Since they are related, I was not required to repeat the general education classes such as german, accounting, general math and so on. That way I only had to complete the applied courses, and was able to finish the cook apprenticeship in 2 years. WES told me, that my 2nd apprenticeship subsumes and supersedes my 1st apprenticeship. This is not true, since I made myself more valuable and knowledgeable to an employer by having additional education.Desired Settlement: I want WES to do their research and acknowledge my first apprenticeship as additional education, and not have it superseded by my cook apprenticeship. I also want them to have somebody to call me and talk to me that has some common sense. I also want them to forward my papers to a competitor to re-evaluate it.

Review: In February, I applied for PhD program in Drexel University and after they received my application, they asked me to provide them the transcripts evaluation report by World Education Services as an extra document. In March [redacted], I applied for WES Evaluation - Course by Course, paid the application fee and send them my application documents. After 2 weeks, they received my documents and reviewed them and according to my application status all my documents were acceptable except my BSc degree transcripts which they asked me to send them in signed and sealed envelope again. I sent them my BSc transcripts that they accepted and then they changed my application status to “In Process” and according to my application status their report should be ready in May [redacted]. However, unfortunately in May [redacted], I received their email in what they asked me to send them my MSc degree certificate which I had sent them and they accepted. In their letter, they also wrote ‘for completed degree program they need a document’ without any explanation. Their email was meaningless because I had sent them an acceptable copy of my MSc degree certificate in which and my official certificate translation and my official transcripts which all I had sent them, it is wrote that I completed my MSc degree. Therefore, I sent them an email to tell me what happened to the MSe degree certificate copy which I had sent them or what new documents they ask me to send them, but they didn’t answer me. For two months, I have sent them more than 20 emails and I just received auto response which we will answer you very soon, but no answer. Now after two months, I am sick and tired of their humiliating behavior. I had to give up my application for Drexel University because I couldn’t send them the evaluation report. I did search on the internet and unfortunately, I found they have a long history for this kind of behavior and they delay on purpose. As their applicants are from overseas and they know that they don’t sue them for not doing their job, they show now respect for their customers and they just ignore them. Actually, I ask myself, when they receive the application fee in advance, why they should bother themselves to make the report. I would like to add, although obviously they think their applicants are stupid rich people who apply only for fun, this application cost me about one and half of my monthly salary and I spend all my save for the new year holiday because I received the request email for the evaluation report from Drexel University just before the new year holiday in my country and so I gave up all my plans and stayed three weeks in home in the holiday, just because of this application.
