I was sent a letter from World Hyundai in Matteson Illinois for guaranteed financing for $25,945= dollars for a vehicle with a rate between and 8.99% for months then after pulling my *** I was told I did not qualify for that rate and would receive a rate of 22.99% and would have to take a vehicle under $16, I was shown a *** *** which was offered to me after negotiating for $13,- my down payment 0f $1800, doc fees was $172.15, I was taxed $(tax was overstated $as 7% of sales price is $945.00) for a total to be financed of $12,at 22.99%for payments of $ I was kept till closing on the sixth of June and told to come back the next day with two letters showing my address on my driver's license after told I could take car home via taking their insurance as my insurance company was closed I came back the next day after requesting via voice mail to cancel their insurance that I had put down an additional $with my own poli

I was not pleased with the sales personel at world hyhundai eric *** told us that they work with banks and getting approved was no problem untill he ran our credit which is not the best then he said can we try someone elses credit and that didn't work either.we try one more person and he told us that they were running his credit and we never seen eric again and after about mins we just left world hyhundai as far as I am concerned it was just a waste of my time and gas driving there

If I could give this place a negative mark I wouldI dealt with a guy named brendon and he told me that I was approved and all I had to do was bring in my fiances pay stubs with herI drove minutes after being personally guaranteed a car and finally arrived to wait for minutes before someone came and acknowledged us to tell us that it was a miscommunication on their partOn top of that brendon never even showed his faceHe couldn't even acknowledge that he wss wrong and apologizeVery very unprofessional if you want a place that is great and treats you like family *** *** ** ** *** ***! Then I get a call a few days later saying that I was approved from their finance manager and my paperwork was sitting right in front of her and she doesn't understand why they turned me away because I was 100% approved so I hope to god the owner is reading the rest of this now that I just added I will for sure never step foot in there againThey have no clue what that are doing obviously
