I brought a car from world Hyundai back and I have had a lot of problems with the car where as they have even blown out my engine to me getting it back and it's still not working so they took it back and on the way back in they tow truck took off the paint off on the back of my bumper I have called they gm more then once because they don't notify you of recalls or nothing they have over recalls on they car and mine have had most of them but they won't fix them unless you demand it they fire all they service mangers every weeks they are the worst service department ever

Fred explained to the customer that the initial quote was the amount mentioned, however once we were into the repair it could change if additional work was required to be performedThis is standard policy with all guests and this is discussed at the time of write up

The entire experience here has been great as usual Great customer service It's my third vehicle from World Hyundai and I will be sure to buy here again!

I was sent a letter from World Hyundai in Matteson Illinois for guaranteed financing for $25,945= dollars for a vehicle with a rate between and 8.99% for months then after pulling my *** I was told I did not qualify for that rate and would receive a rate of 22.99% and would have to take a vehicle under $16, I was shown a *** *** which was offered to me after negotiating for $13,- my down payment 0f $1800, doc fees was $172.15, I was taxed $(tax was overstated $as 7% of sales price is $945.00) for a total to be financed of $12,at 22.99%for payments of $ I was kept till closing on the sixth of June and told to come back the next day with two letters showing my address on my driver's license after told I could take car home via taking their insurance as my insurance company was closed I came back the next day after requesting via voice mail to cancel their insurance that I had put down an additional $with my own poli

If I could give this place a negative mark I wouldI dealt with a guy named brendon and he told me that I was approved and all I had to do was bring in my fiances pay stubs with herI drove minutes after being personally guaranteed a car and finally arrived to wait for minutes before someone came and acknowledged us to tell us that it was a miscommunication on their partOn top of that brendon never even showed his faceHe couldn't even acknowledge that he wss wrong and apologizeVery very unprofessional if you want a place that is great and treats you like family *** *** ** ** *** ***! Then I get a call a few days later saying that I was approved from their finance manager and my paperwork was sitting right in front of her and she doesn't understand why they turned me away because I was 100% approved so I hope to god the owner is reading the rest of this now that I just added I will for sure never step foot in there againThey have no clue what that are doing obviously

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:I knew it would be very difficult to finance a vehicle given recent personal events that have occurred and gave World Hyundai all necessary information needed to review my credit a month prior to this issue, so that we would not be wasting each others time I also fully disclosed my credit before these promises were made so when the car salesman said he could not only get me financing but if I ran up there that evening, he would waive the down payment I had no reason to believe he was using a typical, predatory, deceiving sales technique I did my due diligence and seen that World Hyundai was accredited by the Revdex.comSo why would a business that's highly regarded risk their reputation by blatantly lying to a perspective customer? When I came in, I was interested in a vehicle that was priced at $5, Allen said no, how about a Hyundaithen "No, we can't do anything for you." Enjoy your hour ride homeThe bottom line is, I am fully aware of my damaged credit, I made you fully aware of my damaged credit, I gave World Hyundai all information needed to see how damaged my credit is and weeks later I get a message out of nowhere making promises that couldn't be kept, wasting my time and money in the process.

I purchased a new Hyundai Sonata from World Hyundai in July of I was sold this car partly because the salesman promised free oil changes for life I took my car in every month for this free service for years When I took my car in for the October oil change, all of a sudden they have nothing in there records to show this promise Their manager says there is nothing they can do to honor this agreement
I thought others shoul know this is not an organization to trust or do business with
