I shopped online on World Hyundai's website to search for a car after being in an accident I was upside down with a current auto loan open on my totaled out carI called on a Friday afternoon to inquire about a car that I found on their site and asked if the car was in stock before I wasted my time and gas to travel there I was told in detail that the car was indeed there and that they will have it pulled out for me to test drive and see after I was asked what time I would be there I traveled from the city to the dealership after leaving work early only to find that the car was NOT there and that it was a body shop getting repaired because the car was in an accident As anyone could imagine, I was extremely upset because I needed a car like yesterday The dealer that I was involved (Eric) attempted to make the situation better by searching for another vehicle but by that time I was too upset to focus because I needed to search for another car immediately So while he looking for a car, I walked out The following day after having no luck at another dealership, I returned with my parents who are frequent World Hyundai customers in attempts to assist me with finding a new car I dealt with Clarence *** who was very courteous, attentive and easy to talk to I also was introduced to Mike *** who I explained my situation to and he worked a MIRACLE in order to get me in a car that very day Not only was my upside down balance rolled into my new car loan, I also ended up in a newer car than I had at a reasonable price AND with only miles! And to add a cherry on top, Eric remembered me from the day before and apologized for the inconvenience TRUE EXAMPLE OF GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!
