I purchased a vehicle from World Hyundai almost a month agoI put a down payment and was approvedI signed all of my paperwork, got insured calls were made to confirm my references and employment and I traded my current vehicle in at the timeI left a happy customerAbout a week or so later I received a call asking me to return to sign some more paperwork that they had "forgotten" to give me to signI went all the way there from the south side of Chicago back to Matteson to do soNext thing I know about weeks later I receive another call from their office telling me to return with the vehicle or they would file a police report on me and that they needed me to come back with the vehicle because something was wrong and also told me that they would pay my first months carnote for the inconvenienceThey lied to me, they tricked me to come back there with the vehicle so they could take it back, give me me down payment and my previous car backI don't appreciate the way they do bus

The World of Hyundai dealership is not taking ownership of lying to us as well as there is no dealership in the State of Illinois that will only be able to approve car to be financed and the most defective at that on their lotI understand being limited due to challenging credit however there still should have been more than one car to choose fromAfter being lied to by Erik one of their main car salesman and after the bad customer service why would we contact ErikThey calles my husband Tremel daays straight pretty much begging him to come in so that they can ugrade the raggedy vehicle when he got there on MAY 25, Erik walked up to him and said you don't qualify for any vehicleAlso, without my permission and with me being there ran my credit that day and I have proof of thisIt hit my credit as a hard inquiry and I was notofied through an alertI contacted them and spoke with a lady who stated it was a miistake and they will send a letter to the credit bureaus saying it was an error

Me and my son went to this dealership to trade in my son's car based off a referral from a family member saying this dealership is a great place to deal with so we wentThat was a big mistakeMy son has a *** Mkz and good credit and was interested in trading vehicle in for a sonataMy first request with the salesman Damon was to not shop my son's credit around because I know it can harm his creditHe stated no problem and that they wouldn't do it well, that was a lieWe were there for 4hrs and not once was offered any complimentary refreshmentsFirst I was told my son's deal was done only to find out it wasn'tThen they wanted a consignor to give him more incomeI agreed to help so deal could get down yet that didn't happenI finally was disgusted and left but I was told I would receive a call in a hour with deal detailsWe never received a call yet our credit was continuing being ran to banks which wasn't suppose to be doneI finally texted the salesman since I didn'
