Review: they promised that you could watch wrestlemaina 30 if you paid for there wwe network but yet the network app froze and locked up every few minutes so the ppv was unwatchable, and that was the only reason I agreed to buy the wwe networkI had hoped and assumed it would stay on the network to be watched anytime sense they advertised that they had all the ppvs on there and that it more then likely was not working right due to the fact that they didnt have enough servers to support the amount of people on all at once, but I figured it would be left on there so at least I could watch it latter but nopeDesired Settlement: I would like my money back sense they didnt deliver what they had promised

Review: I placed an order for a championship belt on 12/14/14 during a promo sale taking 20% off my order with $5 flat rate shipping. My total for the purchase was $322.51 and that was withdrawn from my debit card on 12/17/14. I received my package and noticed it had several scratches and was defective. This was intended to be a Christmas gift. The next business day (12/20) I e-mailed wwe about the defective product I received. On 12/22, wwe replied and on 12/24 I received a return shipping label from them. Unfortunately this wasn't settled before Christmas and I had to make other arrangements for this persons gifts. Per wwe, they encouraged I send the product back in the original box. The box was too badly torn in the original shipping and I had to purchase a new box and packing tape out of pocket to return the item. [redacted] shipped the return back on 1/5/15 and wwe received the defective merch on 1/7/15. On 1/12/15, the debit account I made the purchase through was credited $317.15. My original purchase was $322.51. I was shorted $5.36. Per wwe's website policy, "shipping and handling will not be refunded, unless a product is received defective or damaged. Refunds for products will be based on the price paid at the time of your order." Seeing as how my product was defective, I should have been credited back my full amount.Desired Settlement: I would like the $5.36 credited back to my bank account. I'm fine eating the cost of the new box and packing tape as I do believe that was an issue with[redacted]. It is irritating that I did spend about $17 for a defective product that I couldn't gift. I'm also upset I had to make other gift arrangements inconveniently close to Christmas and couldn't wait for wwe to send a replacement as the return label was sent to me on Christmas Eve. I would like to be allowed usage of the original promo which was 20% off any championship belt with $5 flat standard shipping for my next purchase since the promo is now invalid and I would like to purchase a belt for this person as a future gift and continue to be a loyal [redacted] customer as this is my first issue after spending hundreds of dollars. If it is difficult to do that, perhaps a gift card equal to that discount.

Business

Response:

We apologize that the belt received was not in pristine condition. The $5.36 will be refunded, and I will contact the customer to confirm we will honor the offer of 20% off a title belt with $5 flat rate shipping.

Review: I purchased the WWE Network from the World Wrestling Entertainment,Inc. on Friday, May 2nd. Once I noticed that they charged my credit card I tried to use their service. It would not function. I am a computer technician with 31 years experience so I think I know how they work. The streaming video would not function at all. When I called their tech support line at ###-###-####, I got information that I told the individual that I had already done. After about a half hour the person came back and said that after he had talked to corporate that they did not have service in NEW Mexico. This seems utterly strange to me especially since WWE has a show here next month. Their tech rep said I would get a refund. Today I received an email stating that I would not get a refund because I signed for a six month contract... That is okay if it worked at all, which it does not. Please help.Desired Settlement: I want my $10.73 reimbursed and the contract voided if they can not provide service as stated.

Review: I placed an order at WWE Shop Express and have not received any of my items. I have sent two email to the business who responded on my second request with a phone number to customer service at ###-###-####. Upon speaking to the customer service rep and providing them with the order number, confirmation I received and item descriptions I was told they did not have any records of my transaction. I have a order confirmation number along with a charge to my credit card from WWE shop express on it. The customer service reps did not handle my issue but kept pawning me off on someone else until after two hours they said nothing they can do. How can I have a receipt from them with proof of payment and yet receive no merchandise or even help.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund since my items were not delivered nor given at the event as promised.

Response:

We apologize that the customer was not contacted back. We have refunded the customer in full for this order as they did not receive it. Customer should already see the refund on their account.Sincerely,WWE Shop Customer Service

Review: My husband is a huge WWE fan and I was really excited to get him some merchandise for Christmas this year. I ordered on December 4th, and waited for shipping confirmation for 2 weeks that never came. On December 18th I was told that the items I ordered were no longer available, but they would give me free overnight shipping on a new order. After submitting the new order, I again waited for shipping confirmation. I emailed a few times and was told that they had no record of the order but a supervisor would call me back. I waited and waited, and finally called in again after Christmas to try to find out what happened. They refuse to correct their mistake and expect me to just re-order and pay them as if this hasn't taken a month to resolve!Desired Settlement: I want WWE to send me a size medium [redacted] muscle shirt and a [redacted] baby bib free of charge.

Business

Response:

We apologize, but we have no record of either order. However, we will send the two requested items free of charge. They should be received in the next 5-7 business days.

Review: on october 28th I purchased 6 months of wwe network for 59.94 so my son and I could watch [redacted] and [redacted] clearly and at our convenience. I was horrified to see that only shows a month old were available, I complained to wwe chat that day who were condescending but spoke on the phone to a kind and agreeing of the problem in wwe not making it clear that no current shows of [redacted] and [redacted] are available. This is very deceptive and nowhere have they made it clear in advertising= they make it seem that anything you wish to view is available anytime you want. Today nov 1st the wwe denied my request for a refund stating agreement rules. Well something hidden in small print and Not made clear is CLEARLY DECEPTIVE OF WWE. All we wanted was current shows, we did not get what was expected at all, WWE should be ASHAMED of themselves for cheating and DECIEVING us the WWE UNIVERSE... Sincerely, [redacted]Desired Settlement: Refund my money, or provide current shows ... we have no desire to see old reruns

Review: On 2/27/2014 my son ordered a free trial to the new WWE video website posted. It was advertised in two locations on page, one just free trial for a week and other with fine print at bottom with a six month subscription. He clicked on just the free trial in upper righthand corner. He was asked to give credit card info to be held so when free trialwas over it could be used for a subscription if he wanted it. My husband let him charge on his [redacted]. Could not access site after this. I called a half hour later that night to cancel out and was told it was done. Subsequently I have been receiving e-mails that a refund is denied and we are being held to a six month subscription which we did not order. We called [redacted] and they are investigating however I have called WWE about six times and always I hit a brick wall and another e-mail arrives, the latest stating it is denied because we did not cancel in a timely manner.I can get phone records showing we called a half hour after ordering the FREE TRIAL. We want a refund and cancellation of this entire thing. It looks like a scam and access to the site is still unavailable. Cecile BermanDesired Settlement: They claim we have subscribed for 6 months at $9.99 per month and if we do not cancel before 6 months they will automatically renew the subscription. We did not subscribe in the first place and we want a refund and cancellation now since we called right after ordering what we thought was a free trial period.

Review: I have recently emailed wweshop.com (1-12-14) about their service, I sent them the following message:I have been a customer for over 3 years and this past order will possibly be the last. The first issue (last year) I had was when I bought a S[redacted]" shirt and selected a "XXL" size and was shipped a "XL", I called and asked for an exchange of sizes and was informed that you didn't do exchanges and the only way I could get refunded was sending the shirt back, which I had to pay to ship it back so I was still out money for nothing. Also this past order I bought a Rise Above Cancer rubber bracelet and [redacted] black "Rise Above Cancer" shirt. I received the bracelet in the mail only and then called customer service and asked when the shirt would be shipped and the person on the phone wasn't sure and tried to get a supervisor and none were available. He told me that they would leave my information for them to call me back and I waited 3 days and still hadn't received an email or phone call. I called back and a lady told me that they didn't have those shirts anymore and that I was refunded. The point I'm making over that was that it was advertised on the website as "in-stock" while I have browsed other merchandise and I have read "out of stock" on others that I have been interested in. I don't know how many others have had issues like this, but I have thought about sending this information to the Revdex.com. I am not satisfied and don't think that the customer service department is very well handled. The next day (1-13-14) they replied back:Dear Corey, Thank you for contacting WWEShop.com!We reviewed your account and do apologize you have experienced issues placing orders. We show that your concern has been escalated for a supervisor call back. Please allow 24-48 hours for this call back.Sincerely,KathyWWE Shop Customer Service TeamToday's date is January 21st and I have still yet to receive an email or phone call from anyone.Desired Settlement: I would just like for management or anyone of higher corporate standings to see how they have done in handling their business, I am just one person. They promised a simple phone call and couldn't follow through. I really enjoy their merchandise, unfortunately it is only exclusive to them. If they had better service then I would continue to shop there.

Review: I contacted WWE Network on 04-27-2015, to cancel service but they still charged me for a month of service. They insisted I must cancel at the exact time that I ordered in order to prevent billing. That is false advertisement because they say on TV ads that you can cancel at any time. I want an immediate refund of the monthly charges.Desired Settlement: I would like a total refund for the erroneous billing charges immediately.

Response:

Review: I made a purchase through [redacted] in the amount of $84.88 on 12/15/2014. After checking my credit card statement I was then charged $100.86 five times equally the amount of $504.30. After I called and complained three times, I was told they didn't see that amount and that charged and there was nothing they can do. After I said I wanted to cancel the account I was told they couldnt because it was already processed. The fact that this was done before christmas and they told me theres nothing they can do it wrong. I never authorized $504.30 to be taken from my credit card for a $84.88 purchase.Desired Settlement: I want my credit card credited the full amount of $504.30 and I am going to return the order as soon as I receive it in the mail.

Business

Response:

We are unable to see this amount being charged to this customer. We have reviewed our payment processing logs, and see the amount of $84.88 being charged to this card but no other amounts. I don't see the other amount at all on the payment logs. If the customer can provide a copy of their bank statement that shows the charges, we will work with the payment processing company to get reversed immediately, however I am unable to do anything now as the payment processor does not see this amount being charged.

Hello,

Review: I signed up for the new WWE Network, it does not work on my computer. After being on the phone for over five hours. I spoke to five of their support staff, that spoke very little understandable English and they didn't understand me either. As they were trying to troubleshoot my problem like I had an [redacted] they didn't understand that I am on a computer and do not have an [redacted]. They also sent me email about using the network on my [redacted] and said they were working to get the problem fixed for [redacted] users,(I don't have an [redacted].) As well as at first they all said I couldn't receive a refund, then after speaking to them and they couldn't troubleshoot my problem, and letting them know that I was contacting the Revdex.com. I was told finally that since it doesn't work on my computer, I would get a refund on my bank account within 5 to 10 business days. That was last month, and I have yet to receive that refund, and the network has yet to work on my computer. This company is one that I will not be in touch with ever again.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive the refund to my bank account that was promised to me a month ago. Since the support staff after speaking to five of them and being on the phone for that long, said I would receive it within five to ten business days. I also have emails that document the trouble that I have had with this company.

Review: We husband and I subscribed to the WWE Network in April. In July we decided we no longer wanted the subscription and cancelled in online. WE have still been billed the $10 per month subscription fee since cancelling. As of today we have been billed for a total of 5 months (totaling $50) for a service we cancelled. I have contacted the WWE Network customer service. They confirm that my accounted was cancelled in July as we requested and do not see that I am still being billed. They suggested I contact our bank. Our bank informed us that it is WWE that is still charging us and we need to take the issue up with them. I have called the WWE customer serivce twice and still getting the response that they can not help me because it shows my account is closed and they do not see any charges made since cancelling. I just want the charges to stop and for my husband and I to be fully refunded for the months that we were charged after we cancelled.Desired Settlement: I would like WWE to stop charging our card $10/mo and refund me for the months they have charged me for the WWE network after we cancelled.

Business

Response:

We have found that the customer had multiple accounts. One account was closed, but there was still one active account. We have closed the duplicate account and refunded the customer's money. Customer has been contacted to make them aware of why they were still being billed, and that we have refunded amount requested. This should solve this complaint.Sincerely,WWE Network Customer Service

Review: On Friday, July 31st at 10:19 AM CST I placed an order online for a WWE [redacted]. I paid an additional $41.99 to add next day delivery. The order screen states that next day shipping means "Delivered the next business day". After I placed the order I received an email stating that I need to call WWE to release my order. I called back within 15 minutes of placing the order. The order had not yet been imported into WWE's system so they could not verify my information. I called back in an hour (11:31 AM CST to be exact) and the WWE representative verified my information and released the order. This morning, I checked my order's status and it still had not been shipped. I called WWE to see what's going on and I was told that I would actually receive my order Wednesday or Thursday. I was very upset and explained that it is misleading to list next day delivery when I won't receive my order the next business day. The representative I spoke with said she would speak with her supervisor. She came back and said the reason it takes so long is because I have to call to provide information. I explained that I called an hour after placing the order so there should be no reason for my order to take additional days to process. I'm very upset that what they advertised on their website regarding shipping times/speed is not actually correct. This has actually happened to me twice now. The first time I was told their shipping warehouse was damaged and caused the delay. I ended up cancelling my order at that time and wrote it off as a one-time incident. Since this is happening again - for no real reason, I am putting in a complaint.Desired Settlement: I doubt it's possible but I really want my order delivered today since that is when I was told (via the website) that I would have it by.

Business

Response:

I apologize for the delay in receiving your order. For the safety of our fans, we do verify all title belt orders. Unfortunately, this verification process does delay some orders, especially those with next day shipping. We take your complaint seriously, and will look at the messaging to clarify "next business day" shipping and possible delays. I would like to offer you a refund of the shipping that you paid or a $50 coupon code to use on your next shop order.Sincerely,WWEShop Customer Service

Review: Hello first I signed up to watch a program. It would not work so I called up WWE was on hold for over hour. when the person answered I could not under stand them because the back ground noise was very loud. When I finally understood her, they sent me to technical support. Support told me to try a bunch of different options. They said try this and then hung up. It did not work so I called again. After being on hold for another hour someone answered. Still could not understand them barley speak English and also way too much background noise to hear right. They went through lots of options on my computer again and said it will not work. This took about three hours. With all of the things they said to try, I had to fix my computer because they told me to add lots of programs to make WWE work. It still did not work. Then they hung up. So I called the next day to cancel service. They hung up on my twice after being on hold for at least an hour. After talking to someone they said that it was ok to cancel because it did not work and could not watch any programs. I called today to cancel after I received an email stating that I was not allowed to cancel. They said that they only have one program in their computer at WWE that does not allow cancellations. The operator said I would but I can not.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund and no more payments.

Review: I've contacted WWE in order to seek assistance on several occasions and have received no formal response whatsoever. In the past 2 months I've spent $2168.08 for their merchandise and another $1000 for tickets to an upcoming show they have in [redacted] on May 17th. I would expect with spending that kind of money I deserve some level of customer service or assistance but instead I have been ignored completely.

This particular occasion I placed an order on March 29th for "[redacted]" side plates for myself and a [redacted] Championship belt for my wife; this order totaled $365.97. This order arrived in 2 parts, the "[redacted] Championship" belt yesterday and 1 out of the 2 "[redacted] side plates" arrived today. I called WWE shop and was told that I would need to ship back the plate that I received today and that they would need to wait until they received the "1" plate before they will ship me the correct piece (almost like I'm a criminal or like I was they person that messed up the order). I didn't understand the tone or reasoning on why I would need to wait approximately another 10 to 15 days when I did nothing wrong except giving over my hard earned money to someone that could care less about customer service. While this is not a huge issue it was the icing on the cake.

I placed a second order on March 30th for what is described as [redacted]" - Order Number: [redacted]. I belong to several belt collector groups and "Casted Replica" generally means that the belt is approximately 4mm in metal thickness on this belt and it has much greater detail. What I received was NOT a casted replica and I quote the description as:

"The WWE Attitude Heavyweight Championship Adult Size Casted Replica Belt is the first in a series of newly casted replica belts. What does casted mean? It means thicker plates with a tremendous amount of detail in them, more than ever before."

Well I own the previous belt and that belt is approximately 2mm and so is this one because I used a micrometer to confirm. This is a misrepresentation (referring to a false statement of fact made by one party to another party, which has the effect of inducing that party into the contract).

At the time of purchase there was nothing in the description referring to 2mm and I have a screen shot of that because the of the 6000 members of the forums I belong to; numerous of those have stated that they received 2mm instead of 4mm. At the same time others have stated that they received 4mm CASTED replicas.

Previously (meaning a week ago) WWE’s website did NOT state a plate thickness at all. RECENTLY their site changed to read "Plates are 2mm thick".

Even “IF” the site contained this information before, it still would be a contradiction of your description above "It means thicker plates with a tremendous amount of detail in them, more than ever before". I believe you'll agree that it would be a reasonable assumption for a consumer to make that this implies that the plates are NOW thicker than the old replica's thickness of 2mm. I am certain of this thickness because I own an attitude replica produced several years ago prior to this new thicker casted version.

I've also bought 4 other belts from WWE and own a total of 13. Every single one of them came with a belt bag and this one arrived in a box with NO belt bag just tossed into a box with a thin layer of paper on top. Half of the belts I've bought from WWE have had small plating issues and 2 of them arrived with small dents. Better care of these $300 to $400 trophies needs to be taken. Fans are buying these and without the fans WWE would be WCW; not to mention that many of these kids collecting these cannot afford $300 to $400 a pop.

Here is the link DIRECTLY to the 4mm page:

and here is what it has been changed to: [redacted]-A,default,pd.html

Your assistance and attention are hereby requested in resolving this matter in the shortest time frame possible.Desired Settlement: I understand mistakes happen and I'm willing to "give" a little for a product I care about, so I am requesting a response with a resolution that involves I want what I "paid for" which is a 4mm replica (NOT a refund). I would also like my [redacted] and not be penalized 2 weeks because WWE made a mistake.

Review: On Feb 3 2015 I purchased a yearlong gift subscription for myself to WWE Network. I clicked the link I was e-mailed and it said the gift subscription was now active. At the end of that billing cycle on March 1st I was still charged $9.99 from my bank account. When I called, it was explained to me that the gift subscription actually wasnt active and couldnt be active until I cancel my monthly subscription. Nowhere in any of the emails I was sent about the gift subscription mentioned this. Why would I pay for a year of service but still want to be billed every month? It only said the monthly subscription needed to be cancelled if you didnt want to continue service. I didnt want to cancel my service so I didnt think I needed to cancel it, plus the email link didnt give any error when I clicked it. I contacted WWE immediately when I noticed I was billed and they have continued to deny my refund.Desired Settlement: I only want my $9.99 for the month of march refunded back and the gift subscription back dated to the beginning of March when it should have taken effect. Also they need to add a line to the gift subscription email letting current monthly sunscribers know they still have to cancel subscription even if you pay for a year long gift subscription

Business

Response:

We will make sure the customer's monthly account is canceled and refund the March subscription fees as long as the gift subscription is active and paid.We apologize for the misunderstanding and the extra steps the customer had to take to resolve this problem.Sincerely,WWE Network Customer Service

Review: Well I have the wwe network and the wwe says it has its library of videos on there but has false advertising because it doesn't have all the years of [redacted] wwe [redacted], or wwe [redacted].Desired Settlement: Fix the network so it has all years of nitro, raw, and [redacted]

Business

Response:

WWE Network has over 3,000 hours of programming on-demand and more is added every week. There is never anything in our advertising that states we have every minute of footage. We have every Pay-Per-View event ever but the shows stated by the customer are not pay-per-view events but rather broadcast TV shows. Broadcast TV shows are releasing to our VOD library over time.Sincerely,WWE Network Customer Service

Review: I was not made aware that an [redacted] or a [redacted] was needed to use the wwe network subscription, nor was I told that there could be no refund because it was a gift. I feel like the specific were not explained, therebye I have spent $118.00 FOR A SUBSCRIPTION THAT I CAN NOT USE. I WAS ALSO TOLD THAT TH PHONE CONVERSATION WOULD BE RECORDED , SO THERE IS THE BURDEN OF PROOF THAT I WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF ALL THAT WAS NEEDED TO UTILIZED THIS .Desired Settlement: I WOULD LIKE TO RECIEVE A REFUND, BECAUSE I CAN NOT USE THIS SUBSCRIPTION, NOR CAN I AFFORD THE EXTRA EQUIPMENT NEEDED.I SHOULD HAVE BEEN TOLD WHAT WAS NEEDED TO USE THIS

Business
