Review: I wanted to make you aware of an extremely poor experience we had last night at your [redacted] Tour in [redacted]. Tickets for this event had went on sale on May 30, 2015 in which I purchased four tickets for front row seats. Prior to purchasing these tickets, I called as my son wanted to be on the front row near the aisle where the wrestlers walked to the stage. I was reassured at that time that the tickets were right there at the aisle as requested; therefore I purchased four tickets in Section 2, front row, seats 11-14. These tickets were for my [redacted] son as a reward for maintaining straight A’s all year in school while still exceeding in football, wrestling, basketball, and soccer last year, as well as for my ** year-old father’s birthday whom introduced my son to WWE since he was in [redacted]. In fact I called on three other occasions just to ask other questions about a WWE VIP experience I saw on the website, and each time I still inquired about our seating to make absolute certain we were on the front row near the aisle the wrestlers walked to the stage. This was the first time we have ever purchased front row seats for any event, but I wanted to ensure since this was part of my father’s birthday present, he would not have any problem seeing with others jumping up and down, etc. Last night when we got to our seating, we were exactly on the opposite side as advised, we were closer to the last row on the floor. My husband could literally reach his left arm and touch the wall of the stadium seating. I inquired with one of the staff and they explained there was a mistake and nothing could be done. I took a picture as my view was of the fourth row, and not the wrestling ring. Also there was a [redacted] father and his two children that were sitting on the fourth row in our section and was able to move to the third row in the section I was in view of. When I question the staff last night, I was explained that he had asked as his children could not see and allowed them to move to the closer seating. I then asked since I was misinformed not once about our seats, but four different occasions within the last two months could we move as well? She explained that I am already on the front row, and I advised no I am not, front row would be looking at the ring, our seats coincide with the last rows on floor seating. There were several seats in the section in front of the ring that were not occupied; and although she allowed another family they could, she could not allow us the same and there were four seats directly in front of the family she did allow, we would have to ask another staff that handles that section. No sooner than I was denied the same respect as the other family, several other people came up and sat down in the seats that I had asked to move to. I have pictures that I can provide upon request, that you will see the man in the blue shirt, holding his phone up to take a picture, that the staff allowed to move, and there are four people that and sat in the row ahead of him- starting with the girl in the ponytail. My son had to fight crowds to run to the railing to get a glimpse of the wrestlers close-up when he should not have had to since we paid for front row tickets. In fact, they allowed one man that had a camera who had not paid for floor seating, but allowed him to stand against the wall who was extremely pushy and to run up to take pictures as well. My husband was extremely frustrated then asked the staff member that was handling the section to check the seating and the tickets in his section, and he said that he could not do so. We were absolutely baffled by his response. This was the first WWE event to come to our town; my son is an extremely huge fan, just as my father, and this was a horrible experience for all of us. I would be more understanding if I had purchased stadium seating or bought the tickets the day of the event and tried to sit down in floor seating; however I paid $400.00 for the tickets within the first couple of hours they went on sale, and was misinformed not once but on four different occasions. I sincerely feel discriminated as an Asian that the staff would not allow us to move, while she admittedly allowed a [redacted] family to move.Desired Settlement: I am requesting a refund due to the misinformation and poor treatment received by the WWE staff on numerous occasions. I purchased four tickets to be sat in the front row, near the aisle of where the where the wrestlers came out to the ring so we would have the ability to see the match clearly without any issues with others ahead of us. I am able to provide pictures of my view which was not the ring in front of me, but the fourth row and beyond, as well as the [redacted] family that was allowed to move closer for seats they did not pay for or sit in.

Review: I purchased this service on March 26, 2014. There is a 6 month commitment but the service does not work properly or as advertised. On April 6, 2014 some friends and I were watching the live stream of WrestleMania on [redacted] The video was grainy and choppy (at one point even skipping a whole match). The audio was also distorted and low quality. The icing on the cake was the horrendous customer service being offered on the biggest day of the year for World Wrestling Entertainment. I made numerous calls to them over the course of an hour.-On the first call attempt I spoke to a man who transferred me to someone else, the call disconnected during that transfer. -On the second call attempt I was transferred again to someone else who was completely inaudible, as if they had bad service. I was forced to hang up and...-On the third call attempt was finally transferred successfully and they could not solve my problem.I had to explain to each person the story from the beginning. When they transferred me no information was given and no record was being made. I was even given a 5 or 6 digit number that no one knew what to do with. I wound up explaining the story four times in total that day.I do NOT recommend this product to anyone. It is unreliable and they don't seem to care about their "fans". You are much better off ordering through your cable provider. As for me, after being a fan for 15 years I am officially finished. I will not renew my subscription and I will not be ordering a WWE PPV or putting another dime into their company ever again. I wasted $60 on this service.Desired Settlement: I want a refund. I rather order the PPV's the traditional way through a cable provider. This will cost me MUCH more money than the $60 WWE Network fee. However, if I am not refunded the $60 I am not spending another dime on WWE Entertainment.

Review: I signed up for the WWE Network and paid for it and they have failed to provide the services that they said will be provided. I was under the impression that I would be able to watch the network on my xbox 360 console and I have not been able to do so.Desired Settlement: Unknown

Review: I purchased the wwenetwork on the [redacted] on Monday morning 2/24/2014 @ 9:15am. And 48hrs. Later I am still unable to access the app at all I've called numerous times and I was told a different story every time of when the app would be up and running I was on hold for 45 mins after I was transferred to technical support then when someone did pick up the line they hung up so I called back trying to get a refund and once again I was on hold for a 1/2hr. Its very unprofessional and just hearing all the different stories is nerve wracking. I just want a refund please help me in this mannerDesired Settlement: Refund my account

Review: I placed an order on [redacted] on 24th november 2014 for an item for a Christmas present,

The next day a received an email asking me to contact customer service as there was a problem with my billing address, so I called them by phone and also emailed them my details and was told there was no problem and the item was shipped, I also got a confirmation email to the same and it had a tracking number but states that tracking number will not work for 3-6 days so I didn'ttry it for a week but it still didn't work so I emailed asking for more confirmation of shipping and received email stating again that my order had indeed been shipped, so I waited another week to try tracking but still nothing so emailed again, waited over a week for reply which said they were resolving issue with shipper then I got another email saying that shipper hadn't picked up package to begin with so sorry but have issued a refund which will take 3-6 days.

I never once asked for a refund and they never even tried to send me what I ordered, and I am now unable to get this in time for Christmas despite them having my money for over three weeks, I now have my money back but no time to sort anything out and they havnt responded to any of my emails sinceDesired Settlement: To stop treating customers badly and deceiving people and to maybe try to help rectify THIER mistakes by offering next day postage to make up time they have wasted instead of just "sorry have your money back"

Review: I contacted the company customer service upon learning that my minor son, age **, created an account on this site and used my credit card, without permission, when creating the account. I spoke to a representative on or about [redacted] who stated that the account was created on February 10, 20** and that the month of February was free and that the subscription was never cancelled which is why my account was charged. I informed him that my son did not have permission to use my credit card and that I would like the account cancelled and to have a refund since it was unauthorized and he is a minor and the representative said he would do so and provided me a confirmation number.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund in the amount of $9.99 to the credit card they charged ending in [redacted].

Review: Last month wwe came into my [redacted] and charged me 9.99 when I cancelled. I called and the customer service was very rude and would not give me a refund saying I have to go through the bank. which my bank does not do.

it was not right even when I cancelled it. ! the customer service rep was not nice and blaming me for everything.Desired Settlement: Refund of money and something for dealing with the nasty person who I was on the phone with.

Review: I ordered the WWE Network last month and this month is suppose to be free. But I get emails of the Wwe company trying to charge my credit card. I have called and complained to the Wwe network and the were very rude and of no help. Review: On April 6, 2014, I subscribed to the WWE Network in order to watch Wrestlemania and try out the service to see how I would like it. Immediately upon subscribing, I could not use the service. All the streams were constantly buffering and completely unwatchable to me. So within the first 30 minutes of subscribing, I called the WWE to cancel this subscription and get a refund since I can never use it. They asked me to call back the next day and noted the account. I called back the next day and was promised contact within 10 business days to confirm the cancellation and refund. I never heard back. I called them back after getting billed the second month for a service I haven't been able to use since the first minute I subscribed and tried to cancel immediately. They again gave me the runaround and promised to contact me again. I just received an e-mail denying my cancellation and refund. This is unacceptable. I should not have to pay for a service that is not being provided to me.
