They did not have the WiFi that they advertise,
The room was smelling like mold
The one side of the bed was lopsided
There was areas of the room that were not cleaned by house cleaning
The towel bar, when I put my hand on it, fell off the wall
I had sent an email requesting special accommodations due to the vaccines that I have that need to be refrigerated, and although the email was opened at a time, it was never questions of me or nobody asked me about it

July 6, I stayed at a Wyndham HotelI was awoken at 3am with bites on my face, neck, and armsBed Bugs! I had to see a doctor because of the allergic reaction to the bitesThat week I contacted Wyndham and they had me send all bills and pictures of bitesI even sent pictures of the bugsNow, September 8th 2016, I haven't heard anything from WyndhamI have emailed, left messages with the SpecialistThey have chosen to ignore this horrible situationI called the executive offices and she researched my reference number, only to tell me I was being sent paperwork to work with their insurance companyNow I have been passed off to a different companyI will never stay at a Wyndham Hotel againThe only thing I wanted was the money back I paid for the doctor and the prescriptions

We stayed at the Tyrp by Wyndham hotel in Time Square RIGHT after it openedWe were put in a room where the a/c did not work in the summer and had water leakingWe were then moved to another room where there was URINE all over the bathroomWe were assured it would be cleaned when we returned from our evening outWe got back in after midnight and it was still not cleaned! We then called to the front desk and was told there was no one to clean it! I went down tot he front desk and was offered the cleaning products to CLEAN IT MYSELF! I complained and complained to management the next morningWe were offered free breakfast, and told we would not be charged for the nightWhen we got back to *** we found we were still charged! I fought and fought and no one seemed to want to assistThe manager then said he would mail us a voucher for two free nights next time we were in the areaWe NEVER got the voucher so since we are returning for our honeymoon in two weeks I called and menti

I lost money on this room and you want to offer me 25% off on a night stayThat is so unfair and you know itIf you are not going to refund my money then what is the problem with offering me a one night stay for free? You were paid for the room that I didn't stay in and you were able to make a profit because you were able to resell the room to someone elsePlease don't insult meWhether I booked through a 3rd party or not your hotel was able to find me another room, refund my money and or ask me to come back another day for the price of the room at greater or equal value because the room was paid for! I have worked in hotels and when something like this happens we want our customs to feel valued and we have done what ever it takes as a hotel chain to never receive bad reviews

I am having an issue with having one of your franchise locations of Baymont Inn and Suites located at *** *** ** *** *** There was suppose to be a refund and I am having issues

During a major event, it was almost impossible to find a vacant hotelIt took calls to find this one
Major renovationsI got almost the last roomThe air conditioning did not work, and it was degrees in the room
I politely asked times, to fix itThe clerk would not do anything, nor call the managerIt was an emergencyI am disabled, and had a lot of luggageIt was only 4:pm, so a contactor could have been hired
