I hired Summit Law Firm, no Wyolaw, LLC as a debt consolidation to consolidate by debts. That was 9 months ago. I have paid them $351.00 a month for 9 months and they have not reached out to any of my creditors. I have lost over $3,159 paid to them and now I am still being contacted by creditors and have two creditors that have issued paperwork to take me to court. I have contacted Wyolaw every single week and they give me a reason why the person assigned to my account cannot talk to me and why I cannot have their email or phone number to speak to them myself. I want my money back and will hire an attorney to help with my bills and all of the lost time I have. Every single month they automatically withdraw $351 from my account. and I am stopping the withdrawals and want my money back. I am on a limited budget which Is why I did this in the first place and now I have lost 9 months of bill paying and money I could have used to pay my creditors

We believe we have now resolved this matter to the clients satisfaction.

I entered into an agreement with Summit Law Firm to consolidate my debt. I began making monthly payments of $365 in Nov. In 10 months not one of my creditors have been contacted. However one of creditors harassed my wife which led me to negotiate with them directly. They just recently “settled” if you would like to call by arranging payment of $90 a month to pay off a $1600 balance after receiving $4000 from me. I am extremely frustrated and feel that I was taken advantage of and mislead.

I hired this law firm to help manage my debt. I’ve been with them since November 2018 however they have not settled any of my credit cards and not two of those credit card companies are suing me. I was directed by Wyo (was Summit when I first hired them) not to speak with any of the creditors myself as this would interfere with their process. Nothing had been done by them except to take my $351/month. They have done nothing but get me into legal trouble and now I have to appear in court which they promised me would not happen. I have had to deal with the court paperwork myself as they seem to not be able to assist me, even though they are the lawyers. They do not follow up on deadlines and therefore had I not been paying attention to them myself, I would’ve missed court deadlines

We have resolved this issue to be clients satisfaction

This company Wyo Law formerly Summit Law Firm does not do what they say they are going to do for you. I signed up with them 9 months ago and their promise is to settle your debts with your creditors for you by getting the amount you owe reduced and getting all the fees dropped so you pay only a small portion of the debt owed. They said that they would contact the creditors to let them know that they are representing you in settling your debt with them.
They also have a company called *** that they "work with" that is supposed to automatically withdraw a certain amount out of your checking account every month to build up enough money so they can start negotiating a settlement with your creditors. The money is withdrawn, however, when you check the account, you will find a small fraction of what you have paid in! When I called them to find out where all my money was they said that Wyo Law withdraws funds for fees they charge! I was shocked to find this had happened! How are you supposed to build up enough money to repay your debts?
They said that it would take 7-9 months to build up enough in the account to be able to negotiate with. Well, I have paid them $3000.00 to date and the account only has $450.00 in it! What a fraud and a scam!

I called both companies and asked that my account be cancelled and all my money refunded! I got the run around from both and no guarantee that it would be done. Wyo Law advised me not to cancel that I would be responsible for my own debts, which by the way, I am! They have ruined my credit rating which was good prior to this and now it is bad. I am appalled by how some business can be so callus to screw people over when they really need help and trust they will do what they say.
I could go on and on about this company but that is the gist of the complaint. I want my money back in full asap. I am hoping this will help with an investigation of this company and help shut them down so they can't do this to anyone else!!!

We were assigned to Summit law firm a year ago when we decided to do debt negotiations. We pay global client services 596.88 per month. We have been paying for 12 months now and nothing has been done on our behalf. I only have 1153.00 in my account at global. I have paid 7162.56 so that means I have paid summit/wyo law 6009.00 in fees! They haven’t done anything for us. They never call or email. We have to call only to be told they are working on our case. When one of our creditors sued us, we had to take care of the response because they didn’t have a litigator assigned to our case. Then we had one who started negotiations. When we didn’t hear back from him, we called to find out he was gone and we were back to no one again! I think we have someone again assigned to one creditor, but again we NEVER hear anything! The amount of money we have paid them could have paid one of my 3 credit cards off by now! At this point I want my money back and I will pay my creditors off on my own. This has been the worst experience ever and I just want out!

Entered into a contract with Summit Law Firm/*** now known as Wyolaw LLC to negotiate and settle credit card debt, which began in January 2019. This was an attorney up-front pay where negotiations would begin with their fees added as they pursued creditors. We forwarded all correspondences to date and they only replied that they were received. After eight months of waiting for results, there was no significant communications that anything was being done. Making numerous phone calls to their "call center" that they stated was a law group did not provide any information including, negotiators, status updates, reason for name change, locations. The call center agents were evasive and stated they could not give out pertinent information?!?!..Suspicion was raised and I stopped auto payment and disputed this with bank institution and fraud department. They also changed the bi-monthly withdrawals from our bank without our permission or authorization. Upon signing original contract the "voided check" was for a certain amount which was changed with no notification. Called Wyolaw that has a standard 800# for (Wyolaw, Summit Law, and ***). Spoke with a CSR and cancelled program and was told our refund was roughly over $1,000 and a check would be mailed to us in approximately 10 days. This is hardly the amount that was invested in this program since January 2019. And in May 2019 is when the dollar amount was changed without permission though the bi-monthly total was the same. Feel this is a scam and notified attorney and other resources that state may be the case. Please pursue this as I see this business's Revdex.com accreditation has been revoked resulting in a "F" rating. Could use your help to go after these scoundrels.

We signed a contract to Sumitt Law now they changed there names to Wylo Law. I payed them every month. I payed them year for $3000.oo to do debt negotiations. They tried to send me to a loan shark company called ***. To settle debt under 90 days after I got lawsuit summons from my creditor. The *** I refuse to sign contract they wanted to double charge me more than my debt. Wylo keeps giving me runaround about the lawsuit. They took my money in the account and never negotiate with creditors. I have to see a lawyer now to file complete bankruptcy. I was scammed. That money I payed them could been used to pay creditors. Now they make up excuse on refunds to pay there attorney for not doing there job. My attorney told me I payed them to do there job and have not done nothing but steal my hard earned money in there pockets. I have been scammed.

We have discussed a resolution with the client that they have indicated is satisfactory.

My complaint is with SUMMIT LAW FIRM, LLC now called Wyolaw, LLC. It is the same scenario that I have been reading of the other complainants that got ripped off from this "so-called debt consolidation company". I was contacted by Gabriel who said he represented Summit Law and would explain how I could consolidate my credit card debts by making monthly payments to Summit Law who would settle my credit card debts by immediately contacting them to state they would represent me in settling this credit card debts by negotiating a settlement and payment plan 40% to 50% less than I owed due to my financial hardship. At the time I signed up with them I was paying the minimum amount to the credit cards with no late fees. But it was difficult for me to pay them and my business and home mortgage because I was hit by a car in a crosswalk and had suffered broken legs and a concussion that affected my memory and was recovering from that which obviously made me vulnerable to internet scam artists for the first time in my life. I had a great credit score before they told me to stop paying my credit card minimums and, instead, they would handle my settlement by signing up with them to set up auto pay monthly payments into their escrow account and they would contact the creditors and start the negotiation as my legal representative. Gabriel said a notary would stop by the very next day to get me to sign the document and get my signature instead of sending me by email a copy of what I would be signing. the notary would explain any questions I had in signing the document. But instead she said she was in a hurry, late for another contract signing and was hired as a notary and could not answer my questions about Summit Law and knew nothing about the company other than she was hired to get my signature in her presence. Gabriel explained I would have legal counsel and if she did not contact her I should contact her to make sure I was dealing with a legal company and not being scammed. I did not get an accounting of my money that was automatically being taken out of my bank account into an escrow account. After not hearing from them I got the phone number of global client solutions that was hired to withdraw the monthly funds of $251.64 out of my bank account and found out after 9 months of payments that should have been $1994.04 but Summit Law LLC had withdrawn all but $600plus so the operator said that if I wanted to stop the withdrawals being done electronically I should stop payment immediately. Her escrow services for withdrawing and disbursing funds to Summit Law LLC on their instructions were costing me only $10.50/month. So after contacting Summit Law and notifying them that I was terminating my relationship with them as my legal representative to negotiate my credit card debts and demanded full reimbursement minus the escrow monthly fee of $10.50 which was a reasonable payment I had being paying for I was told I would get a refund in the mail. I got $$523.21 returned to me and they had kept $1470.53 for services rendered but there was no services rendered. No fees negotiated. My credit because I trusted them to work with my creditors took a tremendous hit while I was recooperating from my broken legs and concussion and no services were rendered in spite of them representing that I was paying monthly for legal consulting fees. I contacted the attorney who said she was under contract as their legal consultant in Florida where I reside and told her how I was not notified by Summit Law as to a settlement of my account through my monthly payments and she sent on my complaint to the company and promptly terminated her employment with them because of my complaint of being ripped off and their illegal, unethical business practices. She told me since my refund was not at all what it should be since they did not negotiate with my creditors that I should try to negotiate with my creditors myself to reinstate my credit and in the meantime she would pass on my complaint to them and I should call them back and this time talk to a supervisor and not just anyone at the phone number I was given called the support team for Summit Law now using the name Wyolaw, LLC.

We have resolved this matter to the clients satisfaction

I hired summit law firm to handle my debt negotiation and consolidation in September of 2018. For the past 10 months the firm was withdrawing money from my checking account and negligently did not do what they said they were going to do which was consolidate my debts. I have been sued by two of the creditors and the firm’s response via email was always the same “negotiations are underway” However, when I called them several times to ask for an update, they said that they have no attorney assigned to my case and that I would have to go to court myself to file the response. I never filed this type of response in court so I asked her what to do and all she uncaringly told me was to ask them (the people who work at court) for instructions on how to file a response. Their customer service is horrible and insensitive to the situation they put me in.
I decided to drop from their program and get my money back which is approximately $3777.20. all they said was that I am going to get approximately 460 dollars which I don’t understand why because they haven’t done anything to settle my debts. The company lied to me as I was told that they will consolidate my debts and my credit score will improve between 6-9 months of me being in the program. They have also tried to pass me off to a loan consolidation company (which by the way would have involved more money and more time in the program) so they can get all their fees without doing anything to negotiate credit card fees. I demand all my money back, as these people dishonestly lead me to believe they would help me, but obviously all they care about is the money coming in, not the people struggling to consolidate their debt. I will be reporting this matter to the Attorney General of ***.

Summit Law took us for thousands of dollars to consolidate our bills --contacted no company and companies could not contact them - even after 6 months - did not contact anyone or pay on bills to consolidate. Now this company called Wyolaw LLC-says
they have taken over Summit -- taken what over ? more embezzlement ? I refuse to pay more money to these crooks that may have used our name to gather more money from other establishments to feed the embezzlement -- they use this Global Client
Solutions that cannot even know that they are legit.

We have reached out to the client unsuccessfully both via email and phone. We encourage them to contact us if they want to resolve this matter.

I cancelled my account back in June with WyoLaw Firm/ Summit Law firm as it was previously named. The reason for my cancellation was that they did absolutely nothing about my debt. I paid 2200.00 in fees pretty much with nothing to show for it. None of my creditors were contacted. But whatever thats not why im complaining. I requested and was granted a refund of a portion of fees in the amount of $750.00 by a "manager" named Kevin. I've spoken to him no less than 10 times in regards to when and by whom my refund would be issued. He claimed 3-5 business days from July 26th that my refund would come ACH from *** (***) into my bank. *** is the payment processing company that processes your payments every month. (Please do not fall for their lies stating that *** is a bank account where your funds are held because its really not. All they do is draft your monday and dispurse it to WYOLaw and your creditors get nothing.) I've called *** they have no record of my $750.00 refund, in fact they claim that once my accounts been closed nothing can come back through it so Kevin is lying apparently. Ive called and asked to recieve a call back and havent heard back from Kevin or anyone else. This company is a scam and a complete fraud. I am fed up and just want my money and the correct date to which I will recieve it. Eventually there will be enough complaints to where hopefully they will close down. Changing thier company name does nothing to or for the 100s of people they've scammed out of thousands of dollars. I WANT MY REFUND AND I WANT IT NOW!!!!! And I will not stop fighting this until its given.

I am rejecting this response because: Summit/ Wyolaw has NOT resolved my complaint to my satisfaction. While they did give me a partial refund I called back and requested a further refund of ALL fees not rendered. I paid over 2200 dollars into this business. Receiving back only $750.0 is and was not enough. They still have $1500 of my money, and I will not stop complaining until it is returned back to me.

Regards

Signed up with Summit Law in late October 2018. They have been drafting money from my account since. They have not done anything of what was contracted. I have done everything they have asked, sending all correspondence from creditors to them right away. After receiving a summons I right away scanned sent the summons within 5 minutes of receiving it. I called them after sending it. I was told that the information would be sent to the negotiating team within 2 to 3 days. I waited, nothing. I called them everyday and was then given the same response each day that the negotiating team would review it, if they could not negotiate anything it would escalate to an attorney. Court date approaching and nothing but the same response. August 1st, I start researching and I find that the Revdex.com has revoked their accreditation as of July 30, 2019. I read the complaints that were word for word experiences that I am having now. These people need to be in jail for what they have done to several people.

This firm is supposed to represent me for debt negotiations, but I have been trying to get information/representation for a hearing summons that I sent them on July 3rd and I have made no headway. On July 24th I went to court unrepresented and was granted a 2 week extension. I have spoken with 6 different people and sent and email to Wyolaw/Summit and I still don't have answers. In every call I am told that I am being placed on hold while to representative talks with the legal dept. The rep then gets back on line with me and tells me that no one has been assigned to my case and it is under review. Today, I was told Hugo is my litigation negotiator, but he wasn't in, so I have to wait for his call. Since they have never called me - it's always been me calling them - I doubt this will happen. In light of this, and the fact that the "Roadmap to First Settlement" provided when I first entered agreement with Summit states that there would be calls from them with a plan on which creditor would be the first for them to negotiate with and this has never happened, I wish I had never entered an agreement with this place. In addition, at the end of every call they have a 1 question survey that asks if your matter was handled the first time you called. The first call I made, I spoke with Caleb and it was to confirm they got the email with my summons. Caleb confirmed this, so I gave a favorable response in survey. Within days, I received an email to elaborate on this good review, which I did. For the 5 subsequent calls I made regarding my summons, I pressed the Zero indicating my issue was not handled - I NEVER got an email to elaborate on the negative review. I am beginning t think they are a fly by night company and just scamming money.

WyoLaw Response • Aug 20, 2019

We have discussed the matter with the client and have a plan in place that will resolve the matter to the clients satisfaction

I first heard about this company (not sure what the name actually is since I’ve heard at least three different names to date) via a letter I received in the mail from “***” stating that I could get a personal loan to pay off my credit card debt. The terms seemed very enticing so I called and gave them my basic information to see if I would qualify. Shortly thereafter, I received a call from a Brendan M advising that I did not qualify for a personal loan; however, I did qualify for their debt reduction/resolution program. Brendan conveyed that this company worked directly with actual attorneys and had a very high success rate with getting nuisance value settlements in a much faster timeframe compared to the other debt resolution companies out there. The name of the company was now Summit Law Firm (no further reference to ***). Despite much hesitation, I was sold and signed up for the program on 02/06/09: $500.96 a month for 42 months (but Brendan advised it would likely be done much faster than that). They had a notary come to my house to sign all the paperwork and even my boyfriend, who is an attorney himself, said everything looked legit.

On 02/08/19, I received a voicemail from a Thomas S. stating that he was “Thomas calling from Summit Law Firm regarding my debt settlement program”. I spoke with him later that day and he advised that he would be handling my case. He advised that there would be a lot of waiting around for the first three months but that I would receive periodic updates and they would be contacting my creditors with notices of representation and would attempt to start negotiating with them around the fourth month, and would likely get the first settlement at month six.

When you look at the very well put together/pretty little packet that they send you, the “Roadmap to First Settlement” indicates the following:
Day 1 Welcome –Introductory attorney phone call. Onboarding email sent (never happened)
Week 1 –*** Voice setup instructions emailed. A link emailed to download the signed program contract (never happened)
Week 2 – Onboarding phone call with our client services team (assuming this was the call from Thomas). A recap email will be sent within 24 hours of phone call (never happened)
Month 1 –First payment drafted on the date you selected (this of course, happened)
Month 2 –Monthly check-in call (never happened)
Month 3 – Strategy Call: A client services team member will walk you through our plan to deal with your creditors. During this call we will identify the first creditor we will work with to ensure the best outcome for you (never happened)
Month 4 – Monthly check-in call (never happened)
Month 5 – Monthly check-in call (never happened)
As you can see from the above, they completely misrepresented their plan of action and what they were going to do right off the bat within the first five months.

Obviously concerned because I never received another phone call from Thomas after February, I called him in early May expressing my concern as I had not yet received one email or status update, as promised above, since I started the program in February. He told me that an attorney (as was the selling point by Brendan above) should be reaching out to me shortly. He asked that I give it another month or so and if no one calls me to call him back and let him know. He also claimed that the Notices of Representations (“NOR”) went out to my creditors, but I was never served with copies of those either. What attorney signed them and why hasn’t he or she contacted me yet, especially if they were already working on my case sending out NOR and Cease and Desist letters?

Come July I look at my account on Global Client Solutions (yet another company involved, who is supposedly a third party responsible for your deposited funds) and it’s completely drained: services charges, retainer fees, admin fees, etc. I understand that this “company” takes their money upfront but what exactly has been done on my case to substantiate these charges? They haven’t done a thing on my case hence why I have not received any updates/documentation with a plan of action.

On 07/24/19, I called Thomas expressing my concerns. He asked for my email address again (yet I provided my email address when I started the program). Shouldn’t they have my email address on file already considering their first task going back to February was to send me an email?? He also inquired whether an attorney has contacted me yet. Obviously, he is handling my case but is not an attorney as was sold to me at the beginning of this program. When I asked if he could send me a quick email with the customer service number, he immediately said “no, I will just text it to you” which I thought was very odd. Not only that, but the fact that he has never called me from an office phone, only a cell phone. He text me with the customer service number and advised that he created a note in my file and an attorney would be reaching out (been told that 3 times before). Now everything about the program seemed off so I decided to do a reverse look-up of his phone number. Come to find, this number does in fact belong to a Thomas S. but he resides in ***, . Then if you look on the Revdex.com reviews, the only reviews that are positive (and extremely boilerplate) are from a Thomas S, or a Thomas S. even responded to some of the boilerplate good reviews on behalf of the company thanking the folks, which is also very suspicious. I immediately text him (since this is the only option I have for communicating with him) asking when exactly were the Notices of Representation sent out to my creditors and to provide me with copies ASAP. No response (shocking).

I decided to call the customer service number that he provided and come to find the opening recording says, “thank you for calling WyoLaw Firm, formerly doing business as Summit Law Firm”. Another name change –not suspicious at all. Luckily someone immediately answered. I spoke with Chavon and basically reiterated all the above and my concerns with not only the lack of communication, but how my credit cards will be settled if I only have a couple hundred dollars in the account every month because they are taking all of the money I’m putting in. She kept trying to explain that the fees would fall off at a certain point which I get. However, when it’s all said and done, I would have paid $21k to them on my $29k debt, so that would only be an $8k savings. How is that even a deal or a real savings?? I have had friends who have utilized debt reduction/resolution programs with $20,000 in debt and paid under $2,000 in fees to non-profit programs and their debt was resolved in less than 4 years. I, unfortunately, was sold by the fact that this company used attorneys and may be able to get even further savings for me because they would fight for me. It is sad that is not happening and there is no prospect that it ever will.

I still didn’t really understand how the numbers were working out so Chavon advised that she would be sending me an email with a breakdown of the 42 month plan. I then inquired as to who Thomas S. is because this is the only representative that I’ve heard from since I started the program. She told me that she had no idea who Thomas S. was, nor did he work for Summit Law Firm...she could not even find his name in their system! When I offered to give her the phone number he’s been calling from, so they could investigate it, she immediately refused and said, “no we can’t look him up by a phone number”. This is all seeming like a big Ponzi Scheme! Oh and shockingly, when I began to ask for items (proof of NOR, accounting, letters, etc), I never received anything. I also never received a call from an attorney, a response from my last text/call to Thomas S., or that email from Chavon either.

Not only is this an entire scam to take all your money, do absolutely nothing to get you out of debt and put you in a deeper hole financially as you were to begin with, but now there’s also a concern with a breach of security with ALL of my personal information being with these people who claim to not know each other! How did this person who they claim doesn’t even work for the company get all of my information? Based on all the complaints on the Revdex.com (which are almost all identical), this company should be shut down immediately. I called this morning to request a full refund for the $2,504.80 that I have paid into this scam and of course no answer. I am demanding a full refund; otherwise, I will be taking further legal action for all the misrepresentations listed above. This company has sold not only myself, but several other reviews that I have seen online, by misrepresentations, and appear to have obtained all of my information under false pretenses thereby invalidating the entire contract. I am done with this company, am canceling, demand an immediate refund, and if not obtained, will be taking further legal action, inclusive of notification to the State Bar of *** about malpractice, and approaching my local District Attorney’s office about the dynamics of initiating an investigation into potential criminal activity at the Federal level. This needs to stop before anyone else gets affected!!

Hello,I have received the reimbursement funds from the business. This issue has now been resolved.Thank you for all your help

One year ago, I received a mail reading that a company named Summit Law Firm can help me settle my debt with my credit company. We signed an agreement and they started drafting money from my account on a monthly basis (~$600). I was told not to contact my creditor or answer any calls. After a couple months I received letters from my creditor to threatening me to sue me. I sent the letter to Summit Law Firm and asked them what I need to do now. They said they will send a letter to my creditor and will let them know that Summit Law Firm is representing me. This letter never sent out. After 6 months, I received a summon from the court and it turned out the creditor has sued me. Again I scanned it and sent it to Summit Law Firm. I was told that they will represent me in the court and I don't need to be worried about it. They never showed up for the hearing. Three months later I received a letter from the court informing me that the creditor recorded a lien on the property I own. I contacted Summit Law Firm seeking an update on my case and they said they just assigned my case to a negotiator and the negotiator will give me an update soon.
So far, they have drafted my account for 12 months and done absolutely nothing. They never bothered calling/emailing/updating me. Every time I call them, they keep saying that they are working on my case and then I receive another letter from the court showing the creditor has gone farther.
Last time I called Summit Law Firm (just today), they said I have to pay 9-12 months so they collect could enough money in my account before they start negotiating my debt with the creditor. I have paid them for 12 months, already, so this is irrelevant.
In the past 12 months they have drafted over $6500 from my account which I am not sure will ever make it to the creditor.
As of a month ago, the creditor went ahead and recorded a lien on the property I own and every time I call Summit Law Firm, the customer service rep. says they are working on my case. I called three times and was not successful to talk to the negotiator assigned to my case, if this person ever existed.

Regards

I have paid $428 a month for 7 month to Summit Law also known as Wyolaw as part of my debt resolution plan and after finally getting access to my account I was informed that I only have $550 in it. This firm has not contacted any of my creditors and I am being sued by several of them now. Discussing matters with the firm ends with no resolution every time as they just tell me not to worry about the legal threats and to send in paperwork. Their fees are stacked and they tell do not fully disclose the truth in lending. I was told there would be a one time fee of 159 and a monthly retainer fee of 100 until the 900 retainer was met then everything else would go towards my debts but they are charging me $10 for banking, $55 for customer fees, 100 for retainer fees, and 159 for another fee each month! The biggest issue is that they accepted an account that was co-signed without disclosing the forseen issues. The account was my husbands and we were under the impression the account was no longer cosigned after having it open for over a decade. Now my mother-in-law is being sued, there is family tension, and we are drowning in debt. We went from good credit and 100% on time payments to large defaults, being sued, losing family relationships, and having no options but to pursue bankruptcy. We may lose everything. My next 4 entire paychecks will be obligated to taking care of my mother in laws legal issues. I want every penny back from this scam. I have 7 months of past due payments to get caught up on!!

We have resolved this matter to the clients satisfaction

Dear Revdex.com:

I initially placed an inquiry online for help with debt consolidation. I was initially told it would be about 3-6 months for debt to be consolidated by Mr. Peter Dayton. I was informed that my credit would take a hit for a couple of months but it would ultimately indicate that the debt had been settled.

To date all of my creditors indicate that they have not been contacted by anyone to resolve this issue. In fact, my creditors are still reporting that I have not paid them anything since I went into this problem. My credit score is in the toilet. I reached out to this company after losing my job to understand my options and to determine how many accounts were settled. I was informed that it takes 7-9 months and that my debts have not been resolved. I was also informed that I could forbear payments for about two months until I got back on my feet. After careful consideration I decided to withdraw entirely from the program and use those funds towards my mortgage. I was informed that it would take 7-10 business days and that they will first take out their fees then refund me the balance. I was also informed that a breakdown will be sent out along with a check. It seemed like a lifetime and many calls before receiving the check for $278.42.

This is ridiculous. I have not paid my creditors anything in six months.
I have been making payments in the amount of $547.66 for six months for about a total of $3,012.13 (give or take a few dollars) and I received a check for $278.42 with absolutely no breakdown as to what fees they are alleging. I called Summit Law Firm to discuss this issue and they are alleging all of these fees. However, never once did anyone indicate what were the fees for nor did they settle any of my debts consistent with what they were originally contracted to do. They have been basically taken my money without rendering services. I requested to speak with management yesterday and was informed that I would receive a call today by Mark. However, I have not received not one phone call. I called and spoke to someone named Brianne who informed me that someone would reach out to me by Tuesday (Kelsey).

I would like a full refund as there were no services rendered to my satisfaction nor as contracted and now my credit is in the toilet because of it.

We have attempted to contact the client several times unsuccessfully. We encourage there client to contact us to discuss a resolution

This law firm hasn’t done a single thing they said they would. Not one single service has been performed and I have been paying over $475 per month for a year. Now my credit is completely ruined and they are giving me the run around. They also changed their name to Wyo Law Firm since they lost their Revdex.com accreditation! Please do not do business with this company. They have ruined my credit and I feel they have stolen from me. They lied to me from the beginning. Then they tried to sell me a loan from another company after I complained! I am sick to my stomach and have been taken advantage of.
