The last time I put in a complaint was about my internet going out every three minutesIt took me twenty minutes to load this page and around to finally finish a speed test, my speeds are horrible and I don't know what to do because Zito Media seems to be doing nothingWe were supposed to have a tech out yesterday but they told me he wasn't in our area but as soon as they said that he pulled into our drive way stayed for a few seconds then PULLED OUT and leftAll he has to do is check our taps and replace our drop line AND our in house lines but that seems to be too much of a job for a technician that is TRAINED to do his job properly, not only that but they leave wires hanging out of the cable connectors which can cause issues when it rainsI've never been this furious and upset about a simple problem but when someone doesn't do their job then what can I do? Next time a tech comes out I want my internet fixed, I want to be able to use my $modem that I BOUGHT myself with MY money and not one of their leased modems that does the EXACT THING AS MINEI constantly drop internet with their modem and mine so it's obviously not the*** modem because they've changed it out with ten different onesA long time ago they ran lines to my house (docsis lines) And the modem we had had its own wifi signalWELL it fried so they upgraded us to a modem which doesnt work on lines so that is our freaking issue I believeIf they could run docsis lines and fix my*** problem that'd be greatThis is the third complaint i've put in against them because they are not doing their jobs or they are half assing itAnd if the problem isn't my lines they better find the issue or else i'll take them to small claims court or i'll just swap internet providers

Customer states she has had internet speed issues and also advises we have been disconnecting and reconnecting her services every weekendWe have no record of her calling customer support for assistance in this matter and without knowing about the issue, how could Zito Media know she had a problem that needed resolutionThe reason her services were disconnected and reconnected multiple times was due to payment arrangements that were not kept by the customerThe customer has defaulted on payment arrangements multiple times and we have done everything we could do, as a company, to assist in every possible way and to be most forgiving of these defaulted payment arrangementsShe complained about some cables that she claims were left just hanging, but we show no record of any calls advising the cables were left hanging and she states she has already taken care of them herself at this pointMs*** has also expressed her dissatisfaction with the monthly usage caps that have been set for each tier of service and we advised her that if she upgrades to a higher tier, she will have a higher data usage cap for the monthShe complains that she is still experiencing issues with the speed of her internet serviceOnce again, she has never contacted Zito Media directly to request assistance with this issue

I recently had a poor customer service interaction My internet is intermittent at best and had called to get a technician to come out I was told they would be out on Friday No one showed Called back on Friday night and was told they would be there first thing Saturday morning Again, I called back Saturday night and the agent I talked too was very hateful, disrespectful, yelled at me and hung up on me when I asked her name and to speak to her supervisor I called back and was transferred to a supervisor and was told that he would sit down and talk to her By Sunday night, finally a technician came out The technician we have never had a problem with and always try to go over and beyond service but still NO INTERNET SERVICE AT ALL!!!

Zito Media bought out our former cable/internet companyUpon buying them out, we were never informed about a monthly cap on our package of internetWe have had Zito for about 8+ yearsWithin those years we have upgraded our package TWICE, and STILL we seem to "exceed" our monthly capExcept we aren'tI downloaded my own tracker and we are so far under our cap it's not even funnyWithin ten days we exceed GB, but my tracker says we only exceed about GB, if on busier daysThey tell us technicians are coming out when they don't, technicians lie to our face about us not being home when they were scheduled to come outWe trouble shoot our equipment until our ears bleedWe have constant outages and are being heavily throttled when we "exceed" our capThey tell us it's netflix, so we stop watching netflix, we still "exceed" our cap within ten days of the new monthWe are DONE with these peopleIt's a scam! When we complain about our "exceeding" they try to get us to upgrade, and that's with me asking them questions, all I hear about is upgradingNEVER

Have had nothing but issues with these people I believe it’s on the corporate and executive and not be call center or teks Paying for 100 megs a second rarely get even 50 hardwired in the evenings I drop down to between 25 KBS to five mags I’ve had this issue I’m going for more than a year without speeds half the time we’re missing TV channels or sound. I cannot in good conscience recommend this company to anybody I would strongly recommend going with anybody else or even going without cable and Internet and getting a cell phone

We have, yet again, had the same problems with Zito mediaThey are our only internet provider in the area and it is absolutely the most ridiculous service I have ever receivedFor one week our internet will work splendidThe next, it will reset every minutes (I know because it got SO ridiculous that I kept a log)We have called on multiple occasions and for a while they swore our issue was our modemSo, last week they brought a new modemIt worked for one dayThe Sunday after Christmas my husband called and was told it must be our router that was the issueZito media is quick to blame anything but the actual issue hereOur entire neighborhood has the same problemsDo we all have defective modems and routers?? I did discontinue service with this company for several reasons based around their unprofessionalism, such as being told that they do not care about my town and therefore do not need to restore any service in a timely manner, but just because I have discontinued service does not change the fact that they still have refused to fix their act of vandalismI will not consider this resolved until they are held accountable for their actionsVandalism is illegal and should never be tolerated, regardless if someone has an account with the company or notAll they need to do is replace the cable on the satellite that they slashed and I will consider this resolved
