Fake scam site. They bait you with potential suitors who are fake so that you sign up for membership to communicate and the people disappear. They should be shut down. Any positive reviews are fake too. Just don't do it. Try [redacted] or [redacted] or [redacted]. Even [redacted] is better. Good luck

I apologize for any unwarranted charge(s) on your credit / debit card. We take security very seriously, and we would like to help you resolve this issue.
So we can properly investigate this issue, please provide the following information:
-The amount of the charge(s)
-The date the charge(s) occurred
-The first 6 and last 4 digits of your debit or credit card number. For example: "XXXX-XX" then "XXXX". Please keep in mind, if your purchase was processed through PayPal, Amazon, or iTunes, we will not have your Credit/Debit card on file.
Users in all countries can provide the partial credit card information in a direct reply to this email. Users in all countries can also submit this information by fax to: XXX-XXX-XXXX , Attn: Zoosk Billing/Unauthorized Charges. When submitting a fax, you can send all of the information in one complete fax. Please include your email address when sending a fax so we will be able to look up the account or send additional information.
Users in the United States and Canada may contact us by phone using our toll free number: 1-888-We-Zoosk (X-XXX-XXX-XXXX) during our live phone hours from 8am-5pm, Pacific Time, seven days a week. If you are unable to speak with a live representative you may be prompted to leave a voicemail recording with a brief synopsis of your question or concern. A Zoosk Customer Support Representative will then return your call.
We are also happy to work directly with your bank or credit card company if they are investigating the case as well. They will have the appropriate information available to them that will help us locate the account that used your card and phone number. Upon initial investigation, I was unable to locate the account using the phone number you provided to the Revdex.com.

I also tried searching for your account using the number that you included in your report: XXX-XXX-XXXX.

I apologize for any confusion concerning the renewal of your Subscription. Our records indicate that you purchased a 6-month Subscription on Jun XX XXXX. All Zoosk Subscriptions paid for with a credit or debit card automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle. However, our records indicate that your Subscription has been canceled successfully.
Zoosk's renewal policy is outlined during the purchase process. The renewal terms that appear on the purchase page are available here: http://www.zoosk.com/autorenewterms. They are also available in the Terms of Service http://www.zoosk.com/tos and the Help section https://zoosk.zendesk.com

Your profile is no longer visible in the search field and you will no longer be contacted on your Zoosk account as it is no longer active. To ensure that the account is not reactivated, please refrain from opening any Zoosk Notifications emails that you may receive over the next 48 hours. Performing certain actions on the content within these emails can possibly reactivate your account.
Upon deactivation:
- Your profile and your photo will no longer be visible to Members
- Members can no longer reply to your prior flirts
- You will no longer have access to messages in your account
- You will lose all of your Zoosk Connections
- You will no longer have access to any Coins purchased

Our records indicate that you successfully purchased a 1-month Subscription on Oct XX XXXX for $ 54.94 . The purchase price also included a one-time Activation Fee of $ 24.99 . This fee covers the start-up cost of the Subscription. It will not apply to renewal charges. This is shown to the customer before confirming their purchase, I have provided screenshots below of the confirmation page on multiple different platforms.
Additionally our records indicate that the first request for Cancellation we received was on Dec X XXXX and in this request stated that you did not realize that the Subscription would renew. Please note that our renewal terms are also outlined during the subscription process and can be located by clicking the link below.

We apologize for any unwarranted charge(s) on your card. We take security very seriously, and I am glad that a representative was already able to refund or void the charge that was placed on your card.
Unauthorized charges will generally originate from individuals that have acquired stolen credit card numbers and are using these numbers on Zoosk or other sites to abuse these services. We strive to keep this type of activity at bay by investigating suspicious behaviors on Zoosk that may indicate such an abuse. Because the unauthorized use of credit card numbers on our site is damaging to our reputation and degrades our service for our legitimate users, we employ a dedicated anti fraud team and use automated tools to detect these types of abuse.
We work together with law enforcement agencies and will assist with investigations regarding fraudulent use of credit cards. However, to ensure the privacy of our users, we are only able to provide account information if a subpoena for information or court order is issued. We encourage you to file a report with the authorities in order to retrieve the information that you are seeking.
