I am not able to work as I am on dialysis that takes up my time days a week I thought, hey, this seems like a great way to earn extra incomeI paid $for the program and received it a short time afterwards The Pacific Brochures guide which I was told is what I would be selling Now, it says that you don't have to do anything No advertising, don't have to call people, or do anything other than what they set up for you Your envelopes will come in the mail in a couple of weeks It says if its been longer than weeks to call them
I've written emails and they tell me this:

SHIPPING IS NOT REFUNDABLE.  It says this on EVERY SINGLE PAGE OF OUR SITE.  Mrs [redacted] was told this over and over again when she called. She may have not know this since she never signed up with us, her husband did. The only way to sign up with us is to...

agree with this policy as per our terms and conditions. When she was told this she started to threaten us with everything she could think of. If you don't do what I want Im going to do this and that.  That does NOT WORK WITH US.  Her husband was issued a prompt refund of the deposit less shipping and handling.

Please return everything in reusable condition. A refund

I don't know a nice way to put this but NONE OF WHAT SHE IS SAYING IS TRUE.  She filed a complaint with the Revdex.com the same day she signed up! She was belligerent with the customer service rep AND DID CALL HER A LIAR.  She is the one who took the number down wrong, not her!  Here is...

WE THEN TURN YOU OVER TO OUR COLLECTION AGENCY AND REPORT YOU TO ALL THREE CREDIT BUREAUS.  AT THAT POINT YOU ARE ALSO RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COLLECTION FEES AROUND $100.  If you decide you don't want to do the program, that is fine. return everything for a refund. You can return everything for a refund if yo do not want to wait. You can also keep working with the ad department who you have been talking to on the phone.

My name is [redacted]. I recently contacted the Revdex.com in an attempt to get my money back from Pacific Brochures. The Revdex.com contacted me a few weeks ago after getting in touch with Pacific Brochures and notified me that, according to the company, I would receive a full refund if I sent back the brochure that I received in the mail. I've already mailed the company their brochure and still have yet to receive my refund. I tried calling the company to check on the status of my refund but the number has been disconnected. The company's website is also down so I have no way of getting in touch with Pacific Brochures.Is there any way you can help me?Thanks,[redacted]

I'm not really sure what she is rejecting with our response. She can return everything for a refund, it is what she asked for.

I have not once spoken to anyone on the phone. I'm not sure who they think they have been talking to, but it wasn't me. I have none of the "advertising" materials because your instructions clearly said that no thee advertising was needed...it was optional.  I opted not to do it.  I just simply want a refund.

Again this is more of a rambling diatribe then anything else. If she returns everything in reusable condition she will receive a refund.  Shipping is not refundable.

You paid $50, you paid at the end of July, we never send envelopes just like it says on our website, you never send a letter saying that people need to send envelopes for us, we responded to your emails here is one of four responses

I can send the others if you need to have your memory refressed. Pretty much everything you said was incorrect. You were told the way things worked REPEATEDLY. You can return everything for a refund, you were also told that.

So choose option two

No refund has been returned. I emailed them and told them I have never received any product from Pacific Broucher. I just want my 50.00 put back. 35.00 plus 15 rush which after 3 months this isn't a rush order.
