Review: I ordered a mail order program from Pacific Brochures on August 06, 2014. I was supposed to send a large number of letters for this company and I paid $45.00 up front for the program. I was supposed to receive letters, envelopes and stamps that I was to mail for them. They sent a letter that I was supposed to make 500 copies------ I received no envelopes or no stamps. I returned their product to them on September 03, 2014 and requested a refund of my $45.00. I have called the company at least 5 times requesting to talk with owner. Whoever answers phone hangs up when I request a refund. I do not have a name of the owner. I have a copy of my cancelled check and a receipt for mailing of the program back.Desired Settlement: Refund of my $45.00 plus $5.54 for sending the program back to them.

Review: my wife and I was interested in taking part in this companies mailing program. I we were told and is advertised on their site that all we had to do is make a copy of there ad and mail them with envelopes they provide. they never provided the envelopes. I messaged the company and they said we had to do free adds for them. my response was how was I supposed get paid if I do it for you for free. I demanded my money back and they said send back the stuff in usable condition. so I sent back the book that I got.

I got nothing else with this company. no envelopes and mailing list like there website states they will provideDesired Settlement: I want a full refund of my $50 that I spent on the scam.

Review: On April 20,2014 I signed up to stuff envelopes from home and sent $50 to get started. I was told it would take thirty days for the envelopes to be mailed to me. I waited and they never came. When I did talk to [redacted] which was twice, she explained it would be rushed to me. I verified my shipping address with pacific brochures. Just to make sure they had the right shipping address. They did. I never received and envelopes so therefore I have nothing to return. Return my money. This is stealing.

Review: This is a work at home mail service. The company promised to send out envelopes addressed and stamped for you to put their brochure in. I sent a money order for $50.00 for a fast return. I mailed the money order on July 31, 2014. On August 9, 2014 I received a letter with their instruction book. I have called the number that they said to call ([redacted]) at ###-###-#### if you hadn't received the envelopes. I have called and left messages 3 times to a machine. No one ever calls me back to let me know what is going on. I am requesting my entire $50.00 back as I can not use the instruction book without the envelopes. Review: I purchased the "Free Mailer Program Package" on June 27, 2014 with standard shipping.

Paying for the Mailer Program at $35.00 plus $10.00 for standard shipping equaling a total of $45.00

The sales representative (female) said that my advertisement would be posted the next day, and I would began to receive responses immediately.

However, that since I did regular shipping it would be a couple (2) weeks before I receive my initial 100 pre-stamped envelopes.

I have called multiple times regarding the delivery of products, and have left several messages with [redacted].

I called July 10, 2014 only to be reassured that my envelopes have been sent and should be received within the next week.

When I asked for a UPS, or FED X tracking number. I was giving the excuse that they don't send them from that building, and she didn't have that information.

Unfortunately, after the last call to customer service towards the of July, questioning why I haven't received my envelopes? This was the third call...

I have been unable to get through on either phone number provided.............. I also never received any call back from [redacted]!

Both numbers the "Customer Service Number (1-800-707-1810)" as well as her "Direct Line (619-567-2316)" are forwarded to the same voice mail.

I am extremely unsatisfied with the way this "Business" seems to disregard there customers, and have failed to provide products that were purchased.

Even more frustrated at the fact that I called the 1-880-707-1810 back to back on my day off, and wasted more than an 2 hours,

got no response, or representative only forwarded to voice mail , or disconnected due to high call volume after 15 minutes of listening to elevator music!

When contacting your customer service line I have been unable to get through in order to speak with a Representative to fulfill this request for a money back guarantee. Although it specifically says that on every page of your website there's a full money back guarantee. There's no link connecting you to a page to fulfill your request for your money back. Also, if you never received any products "since there sent from the customers", how are you to send them back in order to receive your refund?? Review: I ordered a mailing kit from this company. What I got was paperwork with a member code number. I did everything I was supposed to do and nothing came back to me. I feel misled and lied to.
