Review: I have been calling Pacific Brochures for two weeks, they were suppose to send my envelopes weeks ago. after calling numerous times they finally pick up the phone, you cannot ask too many questions you will get hung up on. now I think they have my number on the reject list because for a week straight they have had me on hold for several minutes and than say please try back later, and just hang up on you. they never call you back only in the beginning when their trying to get your money. I paid $50.00 and now they wont give me the time of day! I don't understand how there still in business with all the complaints?? Thank you!Desired Settlement: I would like for them to send the envelopes now!!! or give me a full refund.

I am e-mailing you concerning my mother [redacted] who had sent $45.00 in a money order to Pacific Brochures out of San Diego CA for a mailing envelopes work from home job(mail order program). My mom only received information concerning the mail order program from Pacific Brochures. They stated in their advertisement off their website that she would receive envelopes to stuff information concerning Pacific Brochures and Pacific Brochures would pay her $1.00 per stuffed envelope. This company is a scam, not a legitimate company, they failed to fill their obligation of sending my mother the envelopes to stuff. The reason why I am e-mailing the Revdex.com is because my is on a fixed income and was trying to do something from home to earn extra income. It is just the principle of the matter, ,Pacific Brochures took her money ($45.00) and did not send her the 300 envelopes to stuff that was stated in their advertisement. My mom has been waiting since the middle part of August of 2014 and no envelopes has arrived at her address. My mom has called Pacific Brochures at 1-800-707-1810 several times to request her money back she mailed off to them in a money order and they have not called her back, her calls have fell on death ears as it seems and I don't appreciate this. Review: Searching for Work at Home opportunities on the internet and found a company called Pacific Brochures / Home mailer program. They were to advertise and secure SASE envelopes and send them to me for stuffing with their mailers and mailing them. I Paid $50.00 by credit card ($35 for the program and $15 for RUSH handling)on 10/20/14. The program material was received on 10/26/14 and included their Home Workers Guide, program information and mailers that I was required to make copies of for mailing. Instructions were to call in three weeks if the envelopes were not received. At three weeks the first call was made to the primary phone number (1-800-707-1810) and I was instructed to call a [redacted] at 619-567-2316. I continued to call both numbers and left messages for call backs but none were received. My last call was made on 12/2/14 and found that both phone numbers were disconnected and the web site was taken down.Desired Settlement: My credit card company already reimbursed my account as a dispute and want them to be reimbursed if this scammer is ever caught.

I just recvd. the package today, I would go through the business for a refund but they said it only has a 60 day money back guarantee, today was 62 days..seems like good timing to me.

The worst part is I didn't recvd. the envelopes like I was suppose to. I recvd. a letter stating that if I want the envelopes I would have to submit more money depending on how much money I wanted to make and how many envelopes I wanted to get. I would have to spend anywhere from $95-$250 to supposedly get the envelopes. Again I would get this money back after my first shipment is completed. I refuse to send more money without a guarantee. The website never stated that more money would be do. Seems like a complete scam.Desired Settlement: Paid $45 through Paypal would request a full refund of the $45 back through Paypal. Would also like to see them adjust their website to truly so the initial start up cost.

I worked in nursing for over 20yrs, I got to a point where it became hard for me to walk or stand for long periods of time. I found Pacific Brochures and it has been a blessing to me and my family. I can work to provide and also be there when my children play the sports that they choose. I have never missed a game since I started working from home.

Review: On July 17, 2014, I sent Pacific Brochures $55.00 to be able to work for them on their mailing program. As of this date 8/22/14 they have not sent any envelope, they did send a envelope from them with a booklet with on-line jobs you could try, two papers in it one to putting thing together and the other was to get more people to sign up with their company along with a letter saying the envelopes would be here in three weeks; but I never got any envelopes. I called them to find out what was happening and the they told me I have to make copies of the paper they sent me asking for others to send me a self stamped envelope and I would send them information on how they could mail envelope. Diane is the lady I talked once after that I left messages but no answer. I sent emails no answer. I am a 66 year old cancer patient that is on Social Security Disability and the money I sent to them so that I could get a little more money to pay my bill was my utility bill money and they have since been disconnected. I would like a refund or the envelope and I have not gotten either one. I would like a resolution to this. I did not sent out any copies of the advertising to anyone else because I didn't want anyone else to get scammed as I have been.Desired Settlement: If they are paying for people to stuff envelopes, I would like to have the job, but if not I would like my money back and to file a civil case to recoup a hospital bill because of my utilities being disconnected and having to go stay with relatives for two weeks until my SS check came.

I can send the others if you need to have your memory refressed. Pretty much everything you said was incorrect. You were told the way things worked REPEATEDLY. You can return everything for a refund, you were also told that.

Review: I'm calming my [redacted] dollars the company trick me into believeing they were professional people trying to help me achieve my financial goals. However I'm not a fool so therefore can the Revdex.com help me to get my refund back and potentially break down there operation so that others wont be fooled into a scam. No refund has been returned. I emailed them and told them I have never received any product from Pacific Broucher. I just want my 50.00 put back. 35.00 plus 15 rush which after 3 months this isn't a rush order.

I am not able to work as I am on dialysis that takes up my time 3 days a week. I thought, hey, this seems like a great way to earn extra income. I paid $45.00 for the program and received it a short time afterwards. The Pacific Brochures guide which I was told is what I would be selling. Now, it says that you don't have to do anything. No advertising, don't have to call people, or do anything other than what they set up for you. Your envelopes will come in the mail in a couple of weeks. It says if its been longer than 3 weeks to call them.

I've written emails and they tell me this:

You receive the Free Mailer Program and The Home Workers Guide. The

Home Workers Guide is the product we sell. You don't have to buy

anything or send any money to the companies in it. You will be

sending out our sales letters to people who are interested in

purchasing our guide. We pay you $1 for every one you send out,

regardless if they buy the guide or not. If they do buy the guide

you receive an extra 20%. The envelopes come stamped and addressed.

At the end of the week you send in a envelope payment form so we

can

keep track of how many you have done. We send out checks every

other

Tuesday. There is no limit to the amount you can send and no

minimum

that you need to send. It’s up to you how much time you want to

put into it. You never need to talk to customers or do any

advertising. Regular shipping is $10 and that goes out in a week or

rush shipping is $15 and goes out the next business day. You are

paid with a check or direct deposit every other Tuesday.

Its a piece of crap company. Please, please, don't do what I did and waste your time or money on this company. Especially you disabled or older folks. Its all just a huge scam.

I had my hesitations but I went ahead and did itcuz I could totally use the extra money. They were very helpful and quick to sign me up. I did have to wait a few weeks for my envelopes to arrive but when they did they continued every day like I was told. I read several bad reviews and I dont know if people just dont follow thru with the process or what.. but I average about 350 a week.

Review: Contacted Pacific Brochures, by which they advertised under[redacted].com to provide employment of sending out brochures/envelopes to be stuffed. They hype up the website to entice on-lookers to pay $50.00 for their Home Workers Guide which is of no use--and they promise to provide a maximum of 1,100 brochures/envelopes to be stuffed paying $1.00 for each envelope. They request you to wait approximate 2-3 weeks and the envelopes should arrive on your doorstep. After speaking with [redacted]; she explained that my file showed delivery between May 5 and 11, 2014. She told me to call her (###-###-####) after my call to her Monday, May 12, 2014--and told me to call Wednesday, May 14, 2014 if no envelopes arrived. Called her and got Disconnected response. Called (###-###-####) and the answering prompt stated that my message would not be routed through to Customer Service. When [redacted] called me back three (3) times; the number she used to call was

(1-999-999-2112). She assured me each time that she had trouble receiving her envelopes in the beginning. She told someone that I was cute; not seeing me; but probably how she interpreted my voice. She seemed very nice, I am disappointed that this did not happen. I received an e-mail from Henry Wotton on May 5, 2014 encouraging me that the envelopes would arrive that week, which did not happen. He also sent me an e-mail today, May 15, 2014; replying that the phones worked and he did not know what I was talking about. I replied, still did not receive envelopes and why did he not call if phones worked. My problem is that I looked forward to this employment. However, nothing was delivered from them and they SCAMMED me and others out of $50. They said initially they would REFUND the $50.00 if we were not satisfied.Desired Settlement: After refunding my $50.00, I have no further complaint. Please make sure they do REFUND the $50.00!! They probably will continue to SCAM under same name or change their name. But I will have been Refunded what I put in. They probably will have a good laugh and criticize us who hold them accountable; but it will end for me with the REFUND of $50.00.

I will return their small brochure ineffective to all who sent their $35.00 for a cheap version of employers who are not REAL. I will keep Revdex.com abreast of if I receive my $35.00 and when. Then, only then, would this be CLOSED. HOWEVER, since these magets are targeting innocent persons as myself who only wish to earn their money and was hopeful to be on a Company Payroll; I believe this Company should be put out of BUSINESS. Although, I know they would probably find another way to SCAM--but at least Revdex.com should be AWARE of these TYPES of businesses now and in the future; and keep an EYE on PACIFIC BROCHURES--their location;profiles/websites anywhere they would crop up AGAIN!!!

Again this is more of a rambling diatribe then anything else. If she returns everything in reusable condition she will receive a refund. Shipping is not refundable.

I've tried calling them, put on hold each time and no one picks up. Also, tried to send them an e mail, can't send it through. Its a scam they just want you to buy the guide.

I can't speak for everyone or anyone else, but for me this is a great opportunity to get some extra cash working from my home. When I first started using the Free Mailer Program I wanted an easy way to supplement our family income, well for us is the first program that works... Some weeks I make more then others but at the end of the month I have a nice we a more than decent payment from Pacific Brochures.

Review: we responded to an ad in the american classifieds for stuffing envelopes for $1.00 a piece. We checked out the company as best as we could, to us there was no red flags that we saw. So after we checked them out we called them and they assured us they have been in business since 1996. So at that point we allowed them to charge a $45.00 deposit, then we would get $35.00 deposit back after we sent in the first 500 stuffed envelopes, we were told the envelopes would arrive in 2 to 3 weeks at the latest. After 3 weeks we started calling to inquire about the envelopes, and then we where directed to a voice mail for the name of [redacted], we left over 20 messages, and know one has returned our calls, nor can we get in touch with anyone at this business.Desired Settlement: follow through with contracts they make with people.

I am a stay at home mom. One of my lil girls has recently had surgery and I can't really go back to work right now. And I was nervous about getting into something I didn't know much about and there was a lot of scams and rip offs out there. But Pacific Brochures is a really neat and fun way to make a some or a lot of extra cash depending on how much time you have to spend on this! It's great!!!! IF you need the money....

Review: I just want to inform you that a website, www.pacificbrochures.com, which is hosted by [redacted] is a scam. They have stolen money off of dozens if not hundredths of people. Their website looks professional, but their staff do not know the meaning of professionalism. Click on this link, [redacted] to read the stories of other people just like mine.

I ordered express delivery and paid $50 on August 22nd their offer to make money from home mailing envelopes, which they provide. As of today, October 25th, I haven't received any envelopes. On August 25th, I received a book with information about other companies offering to working at home. After waiting patiently, I contacted them several times to ask about the envelopes that I didn't receive. They offered, to supposedly, re-mail them and I agreed to wait, but still haven't received anything. I requested a refund, and a person by the name of [redacted] responded "If you send everything back you will receive a refund. If you don't you wont. It's just that simple." My response was, I did not pay $50 for a book with information about companies offering work from home opportunities. I can get that off the internet.

What they are doing is false advertising and theft.

I'm reporting Pacific Brochures to the following agencies as well as the [redacted]Desired Settlement: I want my money back. However, I also think that they should not be in business. There are numerous stories just like mine. It's absolutely wrong what they are doing.

Review: I am a college student and I was seeking employment. I found this company online. The agreement was that I would receive envelopes to mail from home. I would need to pay a processing fee in the amount of $45. I was supposed to receive the envelopes and mail them. Upon mailing the envelopes, I would receive a refund.
