Returned mail today. Phone no longer in service. Lost my registration investment and never paid as promised. I agree this company is no longer in business.

I have been with Pacific Brochures for 4 and a half months. I have tried other programs for years and never made a penny. With Pacific Brochures It has been the first time I have actually made any money!God bless everyone there!

Review: I called pacific brochures to start working from home. I am a stay at home mother with kids and I thought this was legit company that would allow me to stuff envelopes from home. I sent them $50 to pay for the envelopes and the shipping. they sent me some papers. which stated I would receive my envelopes in 3 weeks. if I did not receive them to call a number.

a month went by, I never received envelopes. all numbers were disconnected and the website could no longer be found. the email address was unrecognized.

I then realized it was a scam.

what do I do because they stole $50 from me. again I am a mother with children, who cant afford to lose money.Desired Settlement: It would e nice to get a refund of my $50 dollars and if someone could figure out who this person/people is. because im nt the only person they have done this too. they are stealing money from people.

Review: I sent money to get started in a brochures mailing business which I never received. It is a scam....... The number they give you is disconnected as well as the email address. I sent them $50.00 in a money order. I have received nothing. It was sent to them Nov. 9th. I have the receipt from the post office for the money order. This is so wrong.Desired Settlement: I would like my $50.00 back plus $500.00 in compensation for all the phone calls and emails and my time which no one responded to. I have been out of work for 1 yr. for medial reasons and thought this would be a great investment, instead I got screwed.

Review: When I sent in my money of almost a hundred dollars to work at home as a home worker, I expected to receive by mail, envelopes that I could mail out. However, I don't understand how a company like Pacific Brochures could get a four of five star rating when they processes a money order of almost a hundred dollars and preceed to ignor multitude of phone calls to customer service and to a lady-named [redacted]. "Our A rating system works on a 4 star grid" is one of the statement in their home page. Yet the man ho answer the phone states that the "employees have been very very busy." Doing what? This company should have a F minus rating for taking a disable senior money and supplying nothing in return. I have made over ten phone calls to this company and written them three times with no response. I dont have a computer nor do I know how to run one. It states nothing in their contract anything mandatory about having a computer or knowing how to use one. If you have any suggestions on how I could get my money back I would appreciate it.

I never received amy letters. Every time I called the lady was rude and didn't care. All she could say was you didn't read your papers .we don't sent the letters. Well I DID READ THE PAPERS IT SAID I CAN MAKE $1 A LETTER I MAIL. They took my money I called to get my money back. The same guy every time said that the same women would call me back never did.. I got no letters no money lost $45. And then the same women yelled at me on the phone. It's fake fake....

Been with Pacific Brochures for just over 8 months. They wont make you rich but you can get a decent income from this and who doesn't need some easy extra money?

Review: I signed up with pacific brochures as a work at home job due to a health issue and not being able to work a public job and had been out of work for two months and needed money now...understanding it would take a few weeks to get started. The rep grasiously took 45.00 dollars that I made very clear to her I was giving her money I was having to live on and she assured me it was guaranteed. Since September I have called numbers that don't work and have basically had to tell them I would turn themin to Revdex.com to get what was to be my packet ( 3 sheets of paper!!) And they have blocked my e-mail so I can't contact them. I want my money back!!!!! They are a SCAM! And they should be stopped. Even though I was a bit skeptical at first, Pacific Brochures really came trough. After sending a couple batches of letters the first paycheck came in and my skepticism was completely gone. I've been doing this for almost a year now and I can finally say I have a steady income and if needed I can always get more out of this. The hours are great couse I make them this way and the workload is whatever I feel like that day. I love doing this and would definitely recommend them to anyone I know.

Review: This was suppose to be a work at home opportunity mailing brochures for the Company. I called and spoke with an individual at their corporate number prior to making a $35.00 payment plus $10.00 for shipping and handling fee. I was advised I would receive a packet in the mail within a week and the envelopes and material within the next 2-3 weeks. My original inquiry and purchase date was October 24, 2014. I received a packet with information about the position however it was not consistent with what I was told what the position was. So I called and spoke with an individual who told me to disregard what I received, that she had gotten numerous calls and if I read it further down I would see the position only required I stuff and mail the brochures. She ensured me that I would receive envelopes within 2 - 3 weeks. When that still did not occur, I called again, spoke with another rep who transferred me to the voice mail of a lady named [redacted]. I have called numerous times since, received live reps on 3 occasions and explained I did not want a voice mail yet to speak with someone live. To date nothing has came via mail, no return phone calls, no return emails and as of today their 800 number is disconnected. Please advise if there is anything further you need to look into this company and if it is fraudulent as I assume since that is how it appears to put an end to their deceitful practices. I would like my money refunded but I am aware that may not occur.Desired Settlement: Although I was looking for an opportunity to work for what they advertised as mailing brochures, I would like an explanation of why they would advertise a product, transfer calls into a voice mail and not return calls and apparently sell a product that does not exist. Since this company apparently is advertising something non existent I would like my money refunded.

Review: I sent a money order for $5* to pacific brochure nearly 2 months ago and they have not yet sent what they promised. I have tried to contact them via the telephone on 3 numbers provided by them on their advertisements with no results. I sent an email to them and I got a reply from someone named [redacted] who told me I must be dialing the wrong number and nothing further. I quoted the numbers I dialed and explained to [redacted] that when I dial [redacted] - you are kept on hold forever; when I dial [redacted] - I get the message that "the call has been forwarded to [redacted] and no one is there to take your call." when I dial [redacted] -the recording says that this is not a valid number.

I think this is completely, totally outrageous and fraudulent.Desired Settlement: I would definitely like to have my $** returned to me immediately by pacific brochure. thank you

Problem number one is there is no extension 201, that would be the reason no one answered, [redacted] is NOT A VALID PHONE NUMBER, that is why you get that message. The other number is the number you call and you DID SPEAK WITH THE AD DEPARTMENT. The only one who is lying here is you.

I have seen the outrageous response from Pacific Brochures, and its obvious that these people are blatant liars and thieves who are out to rob poor people blind and I hope the law catches up with them. You will note from my letter that the number they quote in their response [redacted], I NEVER MENTIONED, so who is the liar? the numbers I quoted that I am calling are [redacted] quoted in the newspapers (which I still have); [redacted] and [redacted] on documentation received from them to say "THANKS FOR MY MONEY and that they will be sending the envelopes which usually takes 2-3 weeks, and as soon I receive them I should call [redacted]." Of course I never got any envelopes because they never intended to send anything and that is why none of the numbers works.

my compliant is that the package that was suppose to be giving to me was not giving. I only receive a booklet about other business from, I never receive the package to work the business that they promise me. I was promise to be working for the company, but never receive the necessary information to start the business as they promised when I applied for it. Never got nothing but a book that was not their promise to me, if so I would not have applied or giving them 45.00 for just a broucher in the first place.

I am retired and working with Pacific Brochures has given me the ability to supplement my income and enjoy a better quality of life. This is a wonderful way to work without the normal hassles of driving every day to work. This also gives me the freedom to plan my work around my personal life as well.

Review: I placed an order for the Pacific Brochures Program (my receipt) You sent a payment of $45.00 USD to Pacific Brochures.Apr 18, 2014 18:54:54 PDTReceipt No:[redacted]I have never gotten the envelopes I was supposed to get to start the program, when contacting customer service, they told be to wait a few week, its been way over the time period for them to send this out, and when you call to leave a message, they do not return calls in a timely manner. I was skeptical about the program because of some of the reviews, but when I spoke to the lady on the phone, she assured me that it was not a scam and that the envelopes would arrive and they help me get started. I don't have 45.00 dollars to throw away.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund and I don't believe I should have to pay to ship back anything, when they did not keep their word, or even communicate what the status was of the shipment. I'm out 45.00 and I really feel scammed, and to think I referred people to their program, I really need to call all the people I told, and make sure they do not invest in this company, I don't want them to have go through this process to get it resolved. I really hoped this was a legitimate program.

I have been a stay at home mom for almost 14 years and I am so excited to be able to still stay home and make a living! It's so easy to get started and I plan to make enough money each week so that my husband can actually quit his second job!!! Thank you!
