the only documents I received from his
company. These documents are in reusuable
condition even tho it is not stated anywhere
in writing.
I sent these documents on 11-11-14 via
U.S.P.S.
Thank you for your help in setting this
matter.

Thirteen times? Really? If you called thirteen times to ask for a refund, you were told thirteen times tO send everything back for a refund. Why wouldn't you just do that in the first place? ITS ON EVERY SINGLE PAGE OF THE WEBSITE.

There is NO SET AMOUNT OF ENVELOPES.  We DO NOT GUARANTEE A SPECIFIC AMOUNT OF ENVELOPES.  Like you stated in your complaint ALL OF THE ENVELOPES COME FROM THE CUSTOMERS, there is no way for us to give you a specific amount or a specific date they will come in.  You do have sixty days...

to try the program and still receive a refund. All of those details are on EVERY SINGLE PAGE OF OUR WEBSITE AND ALSO REEXPLAINED IN THE TERMS & CONDITIONS SECTION.

I have not spoke with anyone on the phone from the ad department.  I have left messages but no phone call was made to me.  I do not have the resources to send the material back.  I want a refund of everything including the shipping cost I have paid for. If they pay for the shipping for me to return the material and they refund all my money, I will send it back.

You do have 60 days to try the program and still receive a

That is not quite the way it happened.  After using profanity and being told the same thing over and over, that is the response she received. SHIPPING IN NOT REFUNDABLE. She sent everything back and her money was refunded within a week less shipping and handling.

I don't know how many times you an be told the same thing.  The
envelopes come from the CUSTOMERS, we DO NOT SEND any envelopes. There is no
way for us to know exactly when the envelopes will come in. Two to...

is our best estimate. You are  extremely  rude and used profanity. What did you think was going to happen? Of course they are going to end the call. That is what they are trained to do.

First off you don't leave a message with us, YOU HOLD for the next customer service rep. If you hang up you do not receive a call back. Im guessing that's what she is saying.  If you would like a refund please return everything in reusable condition. A refund will be issued within a week.

When it comes back you will get a refund. Just to set the record straight the refund policy IS ON EVERY SINGLE PAGE OF OUR SITE.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I have seen the outrageous response from Pacific Brochures, and its obvious that these people are blatant liars and thieves who are out to rob poor people blind and I hope the law catches up with them.  You will note from my letter that the number they quote in their response [redacted], I NEVER MENTIONED, so who is the liar? the numbers I quoted that I am calling are [redacted] quoted in the newspapers (which I still have); [redacted] and [redacted] on documentation received from them to say "THANKS FOR MY MONEY and that they will be sending the envelopes which usually takes 2-3 weeks, and as soon I receive them I should call [redacted]."  Of course I never got any envelopes because they never intended to send anything and that is why none of the numbers works.   
 
All I need is for them TO RETURN MY MONEY -  MY US$50

I [redacted] never received any product from pacific brochures. I called several times only to be told [redacted] will return your call. When I did talk to [redacted] which was twice, she explained it would be rushed to me. I verified my shipping address with pacific brochures. Just to make sure they had the right shipping address. They did. I never received and envelopes so therefore I have nothing to return. Return my money. This is stealing.
