Adam was very neat and clean Did a thorough job would like him back next year

Very happy with the service I receivedMatt the service man was excellentHe was very thorough and explained what he didMatt was easy to talk toI would use this company again and I would ask for Matt

Quick to the rescue
We had a tune up in mid May but the old system could not make it past today's heatFreddy P came out and knew we had a condenser fan issue as the last tech missed itOnce it was in place Freddy also detected that we needed a boot start capacitor for that old condenser so it woudl always kick onI believe the issues are fixed and that I have coverage for my new parts and the system is blowing cold again in about hours from when I noticed it was notThanks Freddy and the team at Patrick R*** from the call center to the tech I was pleased

Chris did an excellent jobHe was professional and very niceI highly recommend him

The tech that took on our problem, was very knowledgeable and keep me informed as to what he found as a problem, at which time we discussed a solution and repair He had very high work habits and did the job in a very professional manner If I have any other problems, I want him to be my repairman By the way his name is Louis Dwith Patrick Riley Cooling/Heating

Horrifyingly incompetentI have never in my life dealt with such an epic disaster of a companyI called them up to replace my old dying AC unit last year and they were the first to get someone out, I should have held out for a few other quotes but I jumped the gun as I wanted it to get done ASAPOnce the tech showed up he was able to get our old unit up and running and then we discussed new unitsWe went with the slightly more expensive Trane as it had a transferable warrantyThey had some guys out a couple days later to replace our ac unitThe guys they sent to my home were embarrassingly terribleThey left a HUGE mess everywhereMy crawl space access is in my closet and all of my clothes were covered in insulation after they leftThere was insulation and other debris all over my floor, carpet, and all over my front yardThere were little scraps of metal all over my yard as wellThey left a canopy on the side of my houseThey cut the PVC drain line too short so it was just draining all over my roofThey spilled blue PVC glue all over my brand new roof and now there is a huge stainThere were pieces of PVC piping lying around in my backyard along with an empty bottle of PVC glueThey kept having to leave and come back because they forgot thingsThey were supposed to install a new intake grate as mine is an odd size and is impossible to find filters for and they didn't do thatAs soon as it hit 5pm they bolted out the doorAfter they left I noticed that we weren't getting much air out of our master bedroom AC duct and I told them when scheduling my quality checkI told them it doesn't seem that the ducts were connected there as it was working fine beforeWhen the guy came to do the quality check he had no idea about my complaints, including the new grate and no air coming out of the master bedroom ductThey don't seem to communicate anythingHe fixed some of the things mentioned, but when I asked if he could go in the crawl space to see if everything was hooked up in the master he refused saying that he would get stuckI specifically mentioned this on the phone multiple times and yet they sent someone who couldn't fit in the crawl spaceHis explanation as to why there wasn't much air is that it isn't running as long as our old one would haveHe said to just turn the air down more, at this point we had it set to when we used to have it at and it was still uncomfortably warm in our bedroomAfter insisting that was an unacceptable answer he said he would have someone come out and install a new intake in our bedroomHe seemed to think that was the problem, without even looking in the crawl space, but I assumed he knew what he was talking about as this is his jobHe said they would take care of it as they ruined my roofI then get a call from the office saying that they wanted to schedule a time to give a quote for a new intakeI had to explain to him again that there is no way I'm paying after the horrible job they've done so farAgain no communication between employeesThe manager came on and said that they will take care of it and assured me that this will solve the airflow problemSo now I have to take another whole day off to sit at home with no AC while they put in a new intakeWhen the guys showed up to install the intake they drilled a hole in my ceiling then went up in the crawl space only to come right back down to let me know that the duct wasn't even connectedAt this point it's been about weeks and this whole time I've been cooling my crawl space instead of my bedroomThey hooked everything up and leftAbout a week later my AC stopped cooling the house down again so I called them up to take a look at it and the tech that originally came outI told him everything that happened and he was lividHe had no idea that these guys screwed me over so badHe went up in my crawl space and then found that the original guys put everything on backwards and that the intake ductwork had collapsed under the weight of another one that they put on top of itThis was the third time someone from Patrick Riley came to my house after the work had been done and this was the first time it was discoveredNow I have to spend a third whole day at home sitting around with no AC while they are up there redoing all of the work that had been done previouslyI own my own business and when I'm not taking on jobs I'm losing lots of moneyI tried explaining this to them but they didn't really seem to careI was told that they would replace the tiles on my roof a month ago and no effort has been made on their end to do anything about it other than offer to fix it, but they still haven'tThey promised that a manager would call to apologize, but I haven't heard anythingMy AC bill the month I was cooling my crawl space was $Now my AC is out again and when I called they had no idea what had happened in the pastI've told everyone I can to stay as far away from these scammers as possibleAfter over a year I still regret ever calling Patrick RileyThey are one of the most untrustworthy, careless, reckless, poorly run companies I have ever dealt withI have found out that the intake ducts came off so now they've reattached them with glue this timeAfter over a month of not hearing back about the roof tiles they promised to fix I spoke with the manager Ted and he finally came out and got a roofer to get a quote to repair the damageTed offered to add another intake line to our bedroom which is nice of them, but when they went to install it they left a large crack in my ceilingI am beyond frustrated, it seems everyone they send out damages my home, leaves a huge mess, and/or installs things wrongI just can't believe how much money I gave these peopleSTAY AWAY!!!! Today I had an appointment between 8-for them to service my ACI noticed at 8:that I had a missed call from them earlier in the morning and called back to confirm that I am homeIt's now after and nobody has shown up so I called and was told that they bumped me to late in the afternoonNobody told me about this when I called earlier, now I've been sitting around waiting for them all day, which costs me money as I'm not out workingThey refuse to take responsibility that they decided to not show up to our scheduled appointment and are now telling me I've been given a 12-time slot but I won't be home after and they refuse to send someone out by one, even after the hellish experience they put me through last yearI was told a manager would call me back as he is busy on another callAn hour later after not getting a call I called them and was told the managers were in a meeting all day(so the person from earlier lied) and she got someone for me to speak toHe said it's company policy to give the customer a few hours to get back, which they failed to doAs a business owner myself I would be out of business and ashamed of the service they have providedAs of this date the roof tiles they replaced after spilling pvc glue on them are not properly attached and I haven't heard from the manager Ted in almost a year after telling him to discuss this with the roofing company they used

Travis Fwas at my home today for a routine service on my a/c unitHe was thorough and politeHe proposed options my a/c was needing and performed the service with integrity, good attitude and in a reasonable time frameEven in this July Phoenix, AZ heat!
Thank You!

Travis Fwas professional, extremely knowledgeable and efficient As he serviced our Trane air conditioning systems We were so impress that we plan to request Travis for our semi-annual check-ups

We had exceptional sales service from Patrick Riley last summer when we were "shopping" for our new units Now that the season has changed, we had our check up by a technician, Travis F He was professional, thorough, knowledgeable and took the time to answer a number of questions I still had about our new units Each time I interact with anyone from this company I'm impressed and will most certainly continue to use them for my heating/cooling needs

We are so sorry for the inconvenience this mishap has caused, we would like the opportunity to rectify this problem as soon as possible. As you know the damages were done by a subcontracted crane service.  They have been notified, are aware of the proposed damages and are ready to rectify this...

issue.  Due to our conflicting schedules we have been unable to find a time that works for both parties to meet and resolve this but, we will make ourselves available to correct the damages caused by the crane company. Please call Daria at the office number ###-###-####.  She will schedule a time that is convenient for all of us to meet. We have reviewed [redacted] concern. We found a mistake on his invoice. We sent a supervisor to assist our technician on this call. The supervisor quoted [redacted] a price to complete the work, $629.00. Our technician  had quoted [redacted] a price earlier in the conversation for the investigative...

portion of the job. Our technician wasn’t made aware that the price of $629.00 included this. Immediately after reviewing his invoice the next morning, we uncovered this. I tried to reach out to [redacted] via phone several times to clear this up with him, but was unable to reach him.  I did send him an email explaining this, and apologized for the miscommunication that occurred. We have refunded him the $278.00. We look at this concern as opportunity to make corrections and get better at communicating among ourselves, and with our customers. We thank him for his honest review.ell us why here...

Again we are so sorry for the inconvenience this has caused.  Patrick Riley will issue a credit for $1,575.00 for the install of a new York unit. Please allow 2-3 weeks for a refund check to arrive at install address on file.  Again sorry for the inconvenience this caused.

We gave Patrick Riley over three weeks with over ten contacts to resolve this issue with a meeting. We have busy professional and personal lives. Patrick Riley wanted multiple meetings and was either unavailable or unresponsive to set up a meeting at our convenience, despite our offering four different days and times.  Then, Patrick Riley attempted to shirk their responsibility and blame their subcontractor. Patrick Riley is responsible and has accepted this responsibility in writing via handwritten note and e-mail. At this point based on their correspondence and unresponsiveness, we have lost trust and faith in Patrick Riley's ability to resolve the issue. We want a refund. The new compressor and all parts were covered under the warranty. Our money paid for labor. We want a refund on that labor.

We have contacted this customer and came to a resolution.   We are sorry that they had a bad experience with our Technician, and we will make sure we correct this in the future with training.

Curtis came out to do a maintenance check on my furnace, which eventually evolved into getting a new furnace. Explanations and charges were given all thru the process. I didn't feel that there was any sales pressure involved. Curtis was very professional and courteous and they left my house as clean as it was when they came.
