Freddy from Patrick Riley Cooling Heating Plumbing did a great job. We were moving into a new house and we were in a mad panic when the AC wasn't working. Patrick Riley gave us SAME DAY SERVICE, which for anyone who lives in Arizona, knows it's very difficult to do with AC during the summer. Freddy came around 6 in the evening when most people were probably already done with work. He was very professional, explained every fix and charge in detail prior to doing them. While further work was necessary to complete the problem, Freddy gave me the exact diagnosis we needed to pursue resolution to our problem. Thanks Freddy!

My AC failed yesterday evening. I called for service shortly after 10 PM. Technician (Freddy) was on site by 11:30 PM, and diagnosed the problem within 10 minutes. Problem was fixed and AC was blowing cold air by 12:15 AM. Outstanding service!

Travis was on time after calling to confirm arrival time; he was extremely helpful in answering all my questions, addressing my concerns, explaining the technical info in an easy to understand manner. He took legitimate photos of my unit and made needed recommendations.

Service Pro Travis F. was out at our house on 07-09-16 after the A/C went down on a 111 degree day! Patrick Riley had a technician to us in less than 2 hours and Travis had the 25 year old unit up and running in less than one hour. Travis was friendly, professional, and very well trained. I've had Patrick Riley come to my house twice and both times I've had a very professional and knowledgeable technicians come to my house.

James with Plumbing Masters came to our house to flush our water heater that we had purchased last year. While at our home he did a plumbing inspection and found three faucets dripping and other problems. After giving us an estimate of cost we approved him to do the necessary repairs that were done in a timely manner and very pleased with the outcome.

Freddy Perez arrived during the appointed time and was eager to find the problem. Within 15 minutes he had an estimate prepared for the necessary repairs. He made additional suggestions that were preventive but applied no pressure. He made the necessary repairs within an hour. His worked appeared professional and was very courteous during the entire visit. A very pleasant experience.

I purchased a new split a/c and gas heating system from Patrick Riley. I got a very clear and accurate cost estimate for the system which they held to. They explained very clearly what my key decision points were in configuring my new system. The installation was done over a couple of days and went smoothly.

There was a quality control follow-up a few days later and the system checked out well.
