Patrick Riley Cooling, Heating, and Plumbing

We had exceptional sales service from Patrick Riley last summer when we were "shopping" for our new units. Now that the season has changed, we had our check up by a technician, Travis F. He was professional, thorough, knowledgeable and took the time to answer a number of questions I still had about our new units. Each time I interact with anyone from this company I'm impressed and will most certainly continue to use them for my heating/cooling needs.

I was so impressed by the excellent customer service I received today from the team at Patrick Riley Cooling, Heating, and Plumbing, that I felt compelled to do something I have never done before…write a Revdex.com review. The great experience started with the pleasant voice that answered my call. Perhaps I was very blessed, but within an hour and half from when I made the phone call, the technician was at my house and in my attic! He was very helpful and knowledgeable. I will definitely use this company again. I felt respected and appreciated the fact that the issue with our unit turned out to be something we could fix, so we wouldn’t have to pay the $350 for repairs. The fact that he shared that information with us really meant something.

We contacted Patrick Riley to replace our complete HVAC system. They did a great job explaining everything along with available options. That was over a year ago since then we have had them out for routine annual maintenance. Travis who has been to our home is a great representative for the company. He was polite informative, wore shoe covers in our home with out being asked. I would highly recommend this company to my family and friends.

Freddy was knowledgeable and efficient in finding the problem with my A/C. He recommended the appropriate remedy to fix my problem and gave me a reasonable price for the repair.

Had issue with my cooling and they found that my ac was performing normal and my insulation in attic was inadequate. Didn't try to sell me anything that was not needed.

I took advantage of a radio special for a complete tune-up. Louie D[redacted] was the tech who performed the service. He did exactly what was described on the radio. It was the most complete tune-up on our system ever. I was told what he would do and he showed me what he was doing and took pictures to show those things he did when I was not available. It was extremely professional. I would recommend this company. And a special shout out to Louie D[redacted] for his superior work.

I called and got a service tech named Travis F. he was was very clean and respectful of me and my house putting on booties over his work boots upon entering to check Tstat setting. Had the right tools and attitude to get me fixed up and running. He made a couple of phone calls nice to see he had help from the dispatcher as well as assistance from another tech after hrs. He diagnosed the problem and was turning in a work order to get the parts picked up and installed. When he left he had written down everything that he had done and took the time to explain it to me the repair procedure. I'm very pleased at this time.

Freddy P[redacted] serviced my two AC units on 05/18/2016.

He was courteous, prompt, and efficient.

I have no problems with his performance.

I observed Patrick in his work is mannerism and his professionalism hehe is cops and all categories his knowledge is very expensive he is polite well-groomed he is very compassionate and understanding to his customers this is the guy that that has put my faith in the company he works for I would have him back anytime

To whom it may concern: Today I had called Patrick R[redacted], my A/C contractor regarding my A/C not working. I had it checked a month and a 1/2 ago by Mark who said there was vandalizm done to the outside.

Today Louie D[redacted] came to see why the A/C stopped working. He again found vandalizm but this time from the inside. The wires were all taken off and laying around.

He took pictures, showed them to me, and thoroughly explained what happened. Within 10 minutes of his arrival, he had my a/c working during the heat wave of 113 we had this day. I was especially taken with his manners and the layman's terms he used to describe to me what transpired and about the age of my a/c and the probability that is was manufactured in 1989.

I want to tell you how honest, helpful and qualified he was at this job site. I asked for him to me my technician through my contract.

I was a little upset about the price of $210.00 as I had contracts with Patrick R[redacted] for the last 3 years and they came to my house only a month and half ago to check my a/c and put in $300.00 worth of FreeOn as well as charging me for a contract visit year.

I have not spoke to Patrick R[redacted] yet, but I intend to do so.

However, I am thrilled with his empoyee, Louis, who doesn't have any blame in this.

Travis F. was on time and did a complete, thorough inspection of my units both on roof and in closet. When done, he explained what looked good and what the equipment needs were with no pressure put on me at any time. I selected the items to be fixed and enhanced and he went to work. upon completion, he showed me photos of the work done!

After tuning in to a very informative radio program by Patrick Riley about possible air conditioning problems and solutions I called to set up a service call. The price was extremely reasonable as it was a radio special. The receptionist who called to remind me of our appointment was very friendly and helpful. The technician, Freddy P., was cooperative, knowledgeable and efficient as he went about following his checklist to complete the service on our air conditioner. It included checking the outside unit followed by a climb into the attic to check the blower and ductwork, etc. I was given a complete detailed report of his findings and recommendations I felt confident about his summary and suggestions. I was pleased with the price and service and recommend Patrick Riley Cooling, Heating, and Plumbing and the technician, Freddy P. to service your air conditioner.

also strive to be honest and courteous with our clients and keep them well informed on time frames and any delays.  We do recognize that some jobs take longer than other jobs and that is why we have time frames.  It is our goal to accommodate and keep our clients as happy as possible,  It is never our intent to waste anyone's time.  We are working to improve scheduling priorities and training by management.

Louie was very thorough and determined to find out why we had a water leak, he tried everything and looked into everything. I swear he is the first a/c repair guy in the 8 years of homeownership that went to the extreme to determine the problem, most are here for 10 minutes or less and the problem is not fixed or found.

Travis F. was professional, extremely knowledgeable and efficient. As he serviced our Trane air conditioning systems. We were so impress that we plan to request Travis for our semi-annual check-ups.
