We had a great experience with Patrick Riley Cooling, the Service Pro, Freddy, was very courteous and respectful. It was a pleasure working with him. He truly knows how to deliver exceptional customer service. He repaired our unit quickly too. We will definitely continue using Patrick Riley for our AC issues and we got a service plan with them too!

Curtis's service was exceptional- he showed up at the time he promised.

He even called 10 minutes before he arrived.

He was able to give us a few options for the repair.

He also was able to arrange the major repair on the same day.

My husband drives semis for UPS....on a midnight shift. In summer, a cool house is essential for him to sleep during the day so he can be a responsible driver. Our AC suddenly refused to stay on for more than 2-3 minutes. Travis called us ahead of time to let us know he was en route and we told him we had dogs in addition to what we had already done to solve the problem. He was just amazing - friendly, knowledgeable but willing to ask others for guidance because our problem wasn't textbook. This man is wonderful and deserves a total shout out. We would trust him with anything .....just an all around nice guy who knows his stuff but isn't egotistical or afraid to get dirty.

Not a reliable company, my new air took 8 hours to install, the first time the wrong units, were not the ones I paid for, so I have to wait until the correct units were brought in. The job done was poorly perform, and not completed, the installer was negligent and discarded parts needed to complete the job. I had to wait 3 months and over 20 phone calls before the unit was completed, now hoping it OK, and investment of $8,000., and it was completed not with original parts, but some alternative parts. The salesman Michael W[redacted] was not honest not reliable. Every day I regret doing business with this company, overpriced, terrible service, DO NOT RECOMMEND, so do not be taken by this company, that includes, salespeople and management. It took Ted, the manager, many calls to come to the phone and take care of the 2 open holes in the furnace. The APS Residential AC Rebate so far has not been sent to APS, after 3 months. If you do business with this company, and after reading this Review, you will be very upset, as I have been since the initial installment last May..

Today I had an AC checkup with Patrick Riley. The technician, Freddy P. was enthusiastic, friendly, and knowledgeable. Everyone I have dealt with on their staff have made my AC maintenance experiences very pleasant the last couple of years. Yes, I renewed my maintenance agreement and recommend them.

Curtis was very helpful. It was already 7 pm when called. I expected to get on the list for next morning service but he responded quickly and was here as soon as he finished the job he was working on. Our AC unit was running but not cooling, Curtis quickly identified the problem as low Freon. He was able to determine the cause of the leak, repair and recharge. We had a comfortable nights sleep thanks to Curtis

I was so impressed by the excellent customer service I received today from the team at Patrick Riley Cooling, Heating, and Plumbing, that I felt compelled to do something I have never done before…write a Revdex.com review. The great experience started with the pleasant voice that answered my call. Perhaps I was very blessed, but within an hour and half from when I made the phone call, the technician was at my house and in my attic! He was very helpful and knowledgeable. I will definitely use this company again. I felt respected and appreciated the fact that the issue with our unit turned out to be something we could fix, so we wouldn’t have to pay the $350 for repairs. The fact that he shared that information with us really meant something.

Great service, technicians are always on time and professional. Special thanks to our tech-Curtis, other companies could learn great sustomer service skills from Patrick Riley!!!

Quick to the rescue.

We had a tune up in mid May but the old system could not make it past today's heat. Freddy P came out and knew we had a condenser fan issue as the last tech missed it. Once it was in place Freddy also detected that we needed a boot start capacitor for that old condenser so it woudl always kick on. I believe the issues are fixed and that I have coverage for my new parts and the system is blowing cold again in about 3.5 hours from when I noticed it was not. Thanks Freddy and the team at Patrick R[redacted] from the call center to the tech I was pleased. .

Travis F. was at my home today for a routine service on my a/c unit. He was thorough and polite. He proposed options my a/c was needing and performed the service with integrity, good attitude and in a reasonable time frame. Even in this July Phoenix, AZ heat!

VERY EFFICIENT SERVICE CALL. TECHNICIAN EXPLAINED WHAT HE WAS DOING AND SHOWED ME THROUGHOUT THE REPAIR. HAVE PREVIOUSLY INSTALLED IN 2015 TWO (2) AIR CONDITIONING UNITS AND CAN ONLY SAY IT IS SOME OF BEST SERVICE I HAVE HAD. WILL RELY ON THEM FOR ANY ADDITIONAL REPAIR/REPLACEMENT THAT I HAVE TO DO.

Senior Tech "Freddy" came out on 7-22-18 to do our 6 month A/C check. We purchased our new A/C's in May of 2015 from Patrick Riley.

Freddy did a couple of things that hadn't been done previously on the A/C checks that he said sgould be standard practice. Besides checking all the readings, he waxed the units, and leveled them both out. When they were installed last year, they weren't leveled properly and Freddy said that it could be an issue as time went on so he did it for us. Why this wasn't taken care of prior, not sure. Waxing also wasn't done prior. He also noted the new furnaces installed didn't get drip lines installed and he said he would do them for our fall check up. He was VERY thorough, didn't rush through things even though it was over 100 degrees outside, and made me feel very confident in his abilities. I do hope he's out te chnician for the future check-ups.

I cannot believe how fantastic an appointment for my a/c turned out. freddy was the epitome of a wonderful serviceman. he made us so comfortable, explaining everything to the fullest and answering all the questions we had. I have NEVER had such a great encounter, patrick riley, I must tell you that freddy is a pleasure to work with, Patrick Riley, where have you been all our lives? lol I will always do my electrical and plumbing with you, we even bought the VIP package!! looking forward to future business with freddy and patrick riley!

The worker Travis F. was very knowledgeable and very kind. He knew what he was talking about and seemed to make it very easy to understand. I would recommend this company and recommend Travis F. to do the service on my air conditioner..

I want to thank Michael W[redacted] for his excellent service at my mother's house this week. He diagnosed the possible issue with her air conditioner first thing yesterday, but had to come back today to do the repair due to the system being completely iced over. He came back this morning right on time and fixed her air conditioner, at much less cost than we expected, and treated my mother, who has Alzheimer's, with kindness, patience and respect. I would recommend Michael to anyone, and will absolutely be calling him with any future repair needs at both my mother's house and my own.
