The failure of the seal on the insulated glass unit is not a warranty or service issue that belongs to Quality First It is a product warranty issue with the manufacturer Nevertheless, in order to take care of our customer, we are not waiting for the manufacturer is handle the warranty
issue We have ordered the units and will install them for the customer

I am rejecting this response because: Yes, the August contract was cancelled (which I personally did WITH Quality FirstThe contract we are discussing is from June As the attached contract reflects, this is a contract through Quality First*** *** is still paying on this, and this is what we need paid in fullThe last attachment from *** *** even admits that *** *** owes, "no further obligations"

I contracted with Quality First Home Improvement for a Cool Roof and Solar I was working during the time the roof was installed They did pull a permit for the roof but did not have the roof inspected The day the roof was

Quality First took an outrageous sum of money and poured an uneven and discolored patio and retaining wallThe surface of both the patio and the retaining wall is wavy and sloppyThe texture varies from one area to the nextThe seams are crookedThe weep holes are at uneven heightsThe curbs are uneven in thicknessWhen we asked Quality First to correct their shoddy work, they simply painted over the patio, saying the paint would "hide" the unevenness of the original pigment mixThe result is even more of a mess! Tim is a great salesman! Sold me on $30k worth of solar panels that I had to take a loan for Bonus: he said I would get a 70" LG HDTV as part of the promotion Panels went up really quickly; however, it took over a month for them to come out and show me how to monitor them and check production, etc This all happened in Dec/Jan After that time I called my salesman every couple of weeks and asked about the tv "It's coming, Angela They're on the way" is what I was consistently told Well, it's almost September and no tv and no contact from the company When I spoke to one of the "owners" he said well you have the solar panels, most people want the panels and it's not the tv that sells them Guess what, I would have bought the panels anyway But when you say you're going to do something, you should follow through I feel like they led me on for months! During that time, they actually called me trying to push their current promotion I politely declined the first times they called The 6th time, I asked them to quit calling me Customer service has gone out the window with businesses these days! It's disappointing I received a package in the mail and when I opened it, out came the solar blueprints/specifications and the permit No note So, I guess I'm supposed to hold onto them so if I need to find a repair person I'll have them
By the way, the solar panels work great so far! Way to go LG! LG is doing it right I guess

This customer was provided precisely what he contracted for In fact, the power output of his installation has exceeded what was estimated He did not contract for a 100% installation If he wants that kind of power generation, then he would have to purchase additional panels
