My name is Barbara ZI live in Fairfield CaOur introduction to Quality First Home Improvement was when Kurt gave us a presentation on replacing our windows and gutters He was very thorough and had a warm, friendly attitude We scheduled the work on our windows and gutters and both jobs were completed on scheduleThe windows and gutters are working perfectlyWe can really tell the difference with the temperature in the hous from the Windows Both the Windows and gutters look beautifulThe project coordinator Carlos and his crew were wonderful as well They did a great job
We did another project of remodeling bathrooms Kurt gave us a presentation offering various possibilities The project coordinator was Arthur He came and helped us pick out all the fixtures etc At that time we decided to do our second bathroom remodel Arthur helped us schedule that as well The work on the bathrooms was scheduled to take about weeks each Both were completed ahead of schedule They are beautiful and we are very pleased Arthur's work crew Sasha and Dimitri were wonderful, putting everything just the way we want it
Every work crew that has worked on all the projects were very neat and clean with all of their work and there was no mess
We would recommend Quality First Home Improvement to anyone who needs work done on their house

We brought solar from Quality First Home Improvement, Inc on 8/20/for years and only to found out we are not look to to *** for monthsMy friend *** *** who refered me to this companyOn 1/24/17, she told me her solar was not hood up for months tooAnd with many months (6-months) finally she did get her refund $from months she paid *** $1,I have mailed my months of *** bills to *** *** (VP) & *** *** (manager) with letter attached, please give me a call when you received themBut they never did and many calls to them (6-times) with messages of course no word from themI also sent a certified letter to the *** *** (CEO) about the problem and their staffAfter weeks no word from them at all- they don't careFinally I got *** (VP) on phone told me he will email *** (son) and explain everythingOn 7/21/email from *** (VP) - documents 1) 9/1/- AM - *** email *** (***) 2) 9/1/- AM - ***

The spark arrestor was installed for the customer on 4/29/and the customer signed off as satisfied

ur window were order on 9/8/Quality First Home Improvement, IncCitrus Heights, CA Contractor's LicNo *** Phone: (*** *** A few days later someone came out to measure the window so they could be orderWe were informed someone would contact us and schedule an installation in about a weekweek went by no phone call almost week went by and we called themAfter serval more calls we were finally told there was a problem at the window manufacture and they would let us know when the windows would be installedFinally one window was installed 10/The second window was installed on 11/The first window there is no sign of any caulking around the windowThe second window they put caulk on the inside put didn't frame the window or caulk the out sideWe spray the hose and water came in were the old handle to open the old windowsThe manager *** *** came out on 11/to look at the windowTold are handy man that he would call next week to let us know we a ne

On 9/15/we entered into a contract with Quality FirstPer sales person the work would be completed by Feb 2/15/which was an error They poured patio concrete in October, but since then no additional work has been done, which included a patio coverTo date, they have been paid per terms of the contractWe've made numerous attempts to contact them to have the work completed, but no one has returned our calls or responded to our emails requesting to compete the jobSince their end of the contract has not been fulfilled, is the contract null and void?
What is our recourse? We have not been able to move forward to complete the rest of our back yard landscaping due to lack of response and completion by Quality First

On 6/22/I signed a service order to have gutter caps put on my home When it came to the rainy season, I would get drenched when going out the front and back door of my home I contacted the company described the problem and they said they would look into it Nothing happened About a month later I started calling them again...and they finally sent someone out to look at my house The worker told me they had put on the wrong gutter caps for my home and it would he taken care of I have called them numerous times and actually started keeping a log of my phone calls, who I called and the outcome It was always we'll take care of it I even put in two service requests at the corporate office and no response We are now getting into the rainy season I have told Quality First to take off the gutter caps and refund my money ($2,319.00)

We just had our driveway and connecting walkways overhauled plus a slab for the trashcans behind the front fence poured by John and his crewOutstanding job! Tear out of old driveway in one day, pour the nextThey even installed PVC conduit under the driveway and sections of walkway for running waterlines laterBrush finish came out perfect and curves at e smooth and cleanI would hire them again for certain

This door was installed properly. When it was kicked in, the frame did not come out, it split. The customer admitted to the fact that he had left his security door unlocked and open. The fact that he had a security door indicates that he did not feel safe in that area. There
is no resicential prime dor is breproof, all can be kicked in

We went into contract with Quality First a year agoIt was to pour cement patio and build a patio cover that was connected to the homeAll was included in the contract including the permit for the work to be completedAfter everything was done the city came out to sign off on the permit and Quality First didn't show up, so the city would not sign off on the workSo now we do NOT have a signed permit, the city will not come out unless Quality First meets them at our home, and I cannot get Quality First here to finish the jobI've called them numerous times to try and get them to finish the job, come out to the house and get the permit signedThey keep saying okay they will, BUT THEY NEVER DOThis has been going on since April of 2016, it is currently January They don't talk to me on the phone now, telling their secretary to take a message and they will get back to me........BUT THEY DO NOT We owe them over 20K for a job that is currently not permitted!
Very, VERY frust

Quality first is a great company! Not only did they install my windows quickly and professionallyBut the crew was curtious and cleanI will use them again for my other home improvement projects!!

I am rejecting this response because: I agreed to let them do the job per described in the contractI did not add anything else other than what was stated.the sale man who wrote out the contract under bidded the job by $The person who called me stating he would do the job for $moreI said I have a signed contract but he didn't careI may not be smart but I have common senseI don't want a contractor who goes into a job losing moneyThe quality of work would sufferYes after they refused to do the job per our signed contract yes I agreed to let them out of the contractIt just shows me that a signed contract doesn't mean anything. I just wanted to let you know what I went throughAs far as I'm concerned it's over

Quality First did a great job on my Customer’s roofIn fact they came back to us for the windows on their home I love working for a company that says what they will do and then does what they said

RE: Solar Module Interconnection Delay Complaint The customer received a detailed letter addressing their complaint dated 7/21/2017, sent certified The customer is responsible for providing the interconnection information to *** (Net Metering Agreement and Customer
Authorization) The documentation was provided to them three times In that they did not follow through, there is no liability on the part of Quality First for electrical costs that would have been prevented had the customer filed the necessary paperwork with the electric company Quality First has all the documentation of correspondence, emails and conversations with the customer on file supporting the above, available to Revdex.com at their request

I am rejecting this response because:All of the above is acceptable. But until the work is complete we are not willing to resolve the compliant. The window seals are another issue yet to be resolved. We hope to work all of this out. Thank you *** and *** ***

Our District Project Coordinator has met with the customer and we have come to an agreement. Quality First will pressure wash, stain and seal the concrete in question. We anticipate the project will be complete by the end of the month, weather permitting

My experience with Quality First Home Improvement was everything they promised it would beMy house had dry rot and peeling paint, Quality First re-did the entire exterior with Tex-Cote 'cool wall'Not only does it look better than I had imagined, the Tex-Cote made a huge difference in the temperature inside my houseThe team that worked on our project was professional and friendly, and did an excellent job! I will definitely use them again on other projects I need done
