I was very pleased with the furnace service received by [redacted] Very polite, explained and corrected the problem and he showed up exactly when promised

xxxxx was very polite, efficient and on time He did an awesome job!

Our air conditioner stopped working on a very hot xxxxx dayWe called One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning-xxxxx and they sent xxxxx and another man to our houseThey performed tests and found the cause of the problem, which they quickly fixedBoth xxxxx and the other technician were very professional and did a great job

[redacted] and [redacted] from One Hour Air Conditioning and Heating performed a duct cleaning and Aeroseal duct sealing procedure today The dryer vent was also cleaned The results were unbelievably outstanding They were prompt, personable, and professional in all aspects of the job Their knowledge of the product was most informative They answered any question that I had I would recommend [redacted] and [redacted] to anyone What a team!

The Technician, xxxxxwas not only very knowledgeable but also demonstrated that he caredThis is what makes the difference between a avg HVAC tech and an excellent techHe was very merticulous and considerate of my hvac systemI couldn't have gotten luckier with a better techIts too bad you can't pick specific techs by name, but if I could it would be xxxxx everytime I needed HVAC serviceAs far as the company, very reasonable costs and not trying to milk you for everything you gotI highly recommend anyone needing AC work to seriously look at One Hour Heating and AirIt's not quite as recognizable as some of the others but will be very soon given the quality, expertise, and reasonableness of their serviceSure you can go with others like xxxxx but be prepared for horrible follow-through and incompetenceOr you could go with xxxxx and get absurd pricing costsOne Hour Heating and Air went above all expectations and I would definitely be going back to them for all HVAC needs

[redacted] is a top notch service technician He went out of his way to locate the heating issue and resolve it He serviced the unit and we feel comfortable knowing it is operating optimally He also suggested things we can do to improve the life and operation of the system By far, the best technician, he takes pride in his work

I was very pleased with the service I received on my air conditioner today My house is so much cooler now and the man who did the work did a great job He knew exactly how to fix the problem I decided to sign a service contract with this company and cancel the one I have with another company so I will be dealing with one company instead of having different contractors come out whenever I have a problem

Both of my AC units broke so I called in the morning and they were able to get a technician out that afternoon [redacted] thoroughly troubleshooted the units & luckily one just needed the powerswitch turned back on lol! The other needs repair that involves ordering a fan which they can have & install for me tomarrow at 8amI called around many places but decided to go with one hour because they are efficient and very responsiveThanks [redacted] for doing a wonderful job today!

The technician who came was polite She explained everything on what she is doing and on our part what need to be fix She is very helpful and nice

The service tech called before arriving to let me know of his arrivalOnce here, he was very exact in his approach to servicing my unitWe discussed possible ways to make my unit more efficient, but there was no pressure to make these changes at this time
