I depend on One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning and their very capable, customer friendly staff to keep my home warm in the winter and cool in the summer They have always been only a call away when a problem develops and I know I can be assured that they will keep the equipment in great shape I have been very happy with all of the service men and women who have worked at my home Their level of expertise is very evident and they have taken the time to answer any of my questions and to be sure that the system is working properly before they leave I have also taken advantage of the yearly maintenance program and it has been well worth it

Can't help but think they are only in the business of ripping people off, especially the elderly They did an inspection of my parent's gas heating system and "recommended" that it be replaced for around $In the report they wrote "Heat exchanger in poor condition - has water damage in bottomdeep scars[sic]....", could not read most of the report The tech brought in a salesman in an apparent attempt to help make the sale So much so that when they left my mom was terrified that the house might burn down and worried about carbon monoxide poisoning
I had a different company come in and do an inspection and they said everything was fine, only wear on a unit that is only years old, and nothing major was wrong So I called the salesman and he backed off the claims of the unit being in poor condition, said that there were no current holes or cracks, but "it only takes one heat cycle for a problem to occur." Of course he did not have a reason why separate inspections would have very different results Additionally, anytime someone has to preface an answer with "to be 100% honest with you" as the salesman did, causes me to believe that the other statements are not 100% honest
The second company read the report form One Hour and stated that if the damage was that bad, by law he would have to disconnect the system The second tech said he was familiar with One Hour and told me they are a "commission based business" and only get paid if they sell stuff
I also found out that last year One Hour convinced my parents to replace the outside AC unit even though it was only years old - life span, minimum of years So I have to conclude that my elderly parents were taken advantage of last year and this was a new attempt
Be very careful, get a second opinion if you had an inspection by One Hour

xxxxx, as well as a new trainee, come to my home today for my bi-annual HVAC serviceThey gave me a minute call ahead, were here exactly when promised, introduced themselves then got to workThe maintenance for my heat was done quicklyThen they spent a good bit of time going over everything with me and answering all of my questionsI did not feel pressured to buy anything additionalNor do I have concerns about the condition of my HVAC unit

The Technician was on time, professional and knowledgeable!! Great service!!
