Very timely and resolved the problem quickly

We have been having issues with our AC Unit off and on for about a month now and we had a gentleman come out to service it and to check and refill our Freon if necessary, the young man told us that everything was running well and everything checked out great. The very next day we were gone the majority of the day and came home to a warm home. Our AC had not been running for some portion of the day, so we contact One Hour Heating and Air as they were the ones whom had came out the first time. At this point we were very distraught because we had paid for an AC check and now our AC wasn't working. The next day One Hour Heating and Air sent out a different technician to come out xxxxx. I must say he was very polite and helpful. He looked at our ac unit and diagnosed the problem that the other technician clearly didn't catch and fixed the issue. We were very pleased with the service and commitment to make the situation right. Thank you for your help xxxxx!!!

The compressor on our air conditioner went out on Sunday night. All of the teams were busy that night, however, xxxxx and xxxxx came out first thing this morning. Despite being frustrated and hot, these guys were awesome. They were very knowledgeable, friendly, and not at all pushy. They really knew what they were doing and provided me with options to either fix or replace our unit. Because I felt we needed to replace our unit, they called out another person in sales to verify the replacement and to walk us through our different purchase options. They are definitely a great business and I completely trust their expertise. They also have great guarantees and warranty plans.

[redacted] with One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning of [redacted] this week did the semi annual maintenance on 7 HVAC units we own. [redacted] was very thorough on his checking each unit and writing a detailed report. All his work was done in a pleasant and professional manner. We have used [redacted] for approximately 6 semi-annual checks. Will continue to request this technician in the future!

Both of my AC units broke so I called in the morning and they were able to get a technician out that afternoon. [redacted] thoroughly troubleshooted the units & luckily one just needed the powerswitch turned back on lol! The other needs repair that involves ordering a fan which they can have & install for me tomarrow at 8am. I called around many places but decided to go with one hour because they are efficient and very responsive. Thanks [redacted] for doing a wonderful job today!

Even though his company didn't install my A/C unit originally, he was more than happy to find the problem and get it taken care of right away at the best possible price. [redacted] went out of his way, above and beyond, coming in on his day off to install temporary air while the part needed was ordered, ensuring my comfort in my home as it was 90+ degrees outside. I would highly recommend [redacted] and his company to others for their A/C and heating needs! Very pleased!

[redacted] was our service technician that came to fix our a/c unit. He came in, and went right to work accessing and solving the problem. Our a/c was back working in no time!

I had a technician come to my decease brother house who had purchased a complete new Heating and Air system from One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning - Charlotte. (xxxxx)\r\n\r\nThe service person told me that the unit had a defective pressure switch, which was not under warranty because my brother did not have them come out and change the air filter every 6 months. I ask what changing the filter had to do with a defective pressure switch and he said nothing. They charge me $278 for the call.\r\n\r\nYou should never, never use this company if your are smart.

I received excellent, efficient service for the installation of my new heating and cooling system. xxxxx and xxxxx were fantastic and left no trace of the huge job that had been done. I am grateful for the technician xxxxx who "diagnosed" multiple problems with my old system during my 6 month check up. One problem, high carbon monoxide levels in my attic, was especially scary and needed to be fixed right away. I am grateful to One Hour Heating and Air for giving me the best system for my home.

[redacted] and [redacted] from One Hour Air Conditioning and Heating performed a duct cleaning and Aeroseal duct sealing procedure today. The dryer vent was also cleaned. The results were unbelievably outstanding.
They were prompt, personable, and professional in all aspects of the job. Their knowledge of the product was most informative. They answered any question that I had.
