One Hour Heating and Air Charlotte has been awesome I used them in July for a repair and I purchased their warranty The warranty came in handy in Febwhen I was called for a reminder that my warranty includes a check on my heating unit for the season I was glad to get the call because I meant to call but continued putting it off One Hour Heating and Air Charlotte tech xxxxx came out the same day A part had to be replaced and thanks to having the warranty I was covered I appreciate the fast service and knowing my heating system has been inspected and working for the winter season

We just recently used One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning - Charlotte for a new gas pack furnace The owner, xxxxx was very pleasant to work withThe original sales team (xxxxx and xxxxx) that came to our home were very informative and excellent in their presentation and pricing They were both very friendly and courteous However, the installation team (xxxxx, xxxxx and xxxxx) that actually did the work were excellent They were always courteous and answered our many questions They explained what they needed to do to get everything finished All were very friendly, knowledgeable, and covered their feet each and every time they entered our home These guys really know what they are doing and we would give both the company and the employees we worked with a very high recommendation

I live in *** and had an issue with my Pressure Switch on my yrold Goodman furnace, the Installer did not register my warranty and the part was not covered! I called and spoke to the Manager, *** and he assisted me, he had my furnace part ordered and replaced without me worrying about paying for the higher cost for the part and labor
