I was very pleased with the service I received on my air conditioner today. My house is so much cooler now and the man who did the work did a great job. He knew exactly how to fix the problem.

xxxxx did my semi-annual servicing of my HVAC unit. He was very cordial and professional. WHen I asked him a question that he did not know the answer to, he called his supervisor for assistance. I appreciated that as opposed to him making up an answer. He represented One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning very well.

Air Conditioning check was conducted by xxxxx on Aug. 4, 2016.
xxxxx called to confirm the appointment and arrived when he said he would.
He is a very personal individual but extremely professional. He was very efficient in this work and kept me informed as to what he was doing and why.
Upon completion of the job, xxxxx proposed a number of future service options; all very reasonable. There was no pressure, merely information.
Also, I felt very comfortable with xxxxx being in my home. He was well attired and covered his shoes when he entered the home.

I would not hesitate in recommending both xxxxx and One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning.

xxxxx did a thorough job with the inspection of my heating unit.

ON NOV 15, 2014 MY HOME GAS FURNACE WAS NOT HEATING. THE TECHNICIAN FROM ONE HOUR AIR CONDITIONING AND HEATING EXAMINED THE UNIT. HE SAID TO ME THE UNIT GAS IGNITER WAS BAD AND IT NEEDED REPLACEMENT. THE PRICE FOR THE PART HE SAID WAS $369.00. I SAID, I GUESS I DON'T HAVE A CHOICE, GO AHEAD AND REPLACE IT. THE TECHNICIAN REPLACED THE IGNITER AND GAVE THE BAD PART FROM MY UNIT BACK TO ME UPON MY REQUEST. I PAID THE GUY AND HE LEFT. THE UNIT WAS WORKING OK AFTERWARD. I LOOKED FOR THE IGNITER ON THE INTERNET; THE PRICE, $35.00. HAVE I BEEN ROBBED OR WHAT? - UNBELIEVABLE HOW THIS GUY LIED TO ME AND TOOK MY MONEY. MOREOVER, THE TECHNICIAN WAS PUSHING ME HARD INTO BUYING THE COMFORT CLUB MEMBERSHIP AND FURTHERMORE, HE TRIED HARD TO CONVINCE ME TO ACTUALLY REPLACE THE ENTIRE UNIT; FURNACE AND CONDENSER OUTSIDE UNIT TOO, BEWARE OF THESE GUYS EVERYONE!. - I DO NOT RECOMMEND THESE GUYS TO ANYONE AT ALL!!!,

Wow! Timing was right on....Problem was address and fixed just before a weekend with scorching temperatures. Thank you, xxxxx for everything!
