I've divided my review into two segments - scheduling and service. The scheduling was always pleasant, but it took five separate calls, and two appointments that had to be rescheduled, because the information I communicated about timing requirements was lost between the person I to whom spoke and the person who did the scheduling.

Once that hurdle was overcome, the technician arrived on time, did a great job, and had a professional demeanor, and was very knowledgeable.

We had to recheck our HVAC due to Home Inspection Recalls . xxxxx was the HVAC Expert that handled the situation . HE did a real great job , he explained us exactly what he will perform and he kept us updated all along the process . He did a very deep check of the HVAC and we felt very confortable with his diagnosis and advice.

xxxxx. serviced our AC and heater today very was a very polite and professional young man. Very impressed with his service ticket and can actual read it and done written in very good penmanship. We have had service tickets were you could not read a single word written and words misspell. Very impressed by this young man.. Five Stars

We were referred to have xxxxx to come to our home we just purchased by our neighbors. Several of our neighbors recommended him with great reviews. Mr. xxxxx is highly professional, extremely knowledgable, helpful answering all our questions and concerns. He is efficient and would highly recommend him and this company! We plan on having him for our future inspections of our home.

The leadtime for our new HVAC system was just a matter of days. The install was completed in the timeframe that was indicated and the job was very professionally done. Everyone was very helpful along the way.

I had a very good experience with One Hour on time and the service person (xxxxx) was professional.

Great service, arrived in the time frame that was promised, quickly identified the problem and answered all questions.

I was very pleased with the furnace service received by [redacted] Very polite, explained and corrected the problem and he showed up exactly when promised.

The Technician, xxxxx. was not only very knowledgeable but also demonstrated that he cared. This is what makes the difference between a avg HVAC tech and an excellent tech. He was very merticulous and considerate of my hvac system. I couldn't have gotten luckier with a better tech. Its too bad you can't pick specific techs by name, but if I could it would be xxxxx everytime I needed HVAC service. As far as the company, very reasonable costs and not trying to milk you for everything you got. I highly recommend anyone needing AC work to seriously look at One Hour Heating and Air. It's not quite as recognizable as some of the others but will be very soon given the quality, expertise, and reasonableness of their service. Sure you can go with others like xxxxx but be prepared for horrible follow-through and incompetence. Or you could go with xxxxx and get absurd pricing costs. One Hour Heating and Air went above all expectations and I would definitely be going back to them for all HVAC needs.

He provided cost saving options in detail which included all the Pros and Cons. His honesty and professional demeanor helped me in making a good decision on what I needed to be comfortable in my home, with my purchase and throughout many Seasons and years to come!
