[redacted] and [redacted] from One Hour Air Conditioning and Heating performed a duct cleaning and Aeroseal duct sealing procedure today. The dryer vent was also cleaned. The results were unbelievably outstanding.
They were prompt, personable, and professional in all aspects of the job. Their knowledge of the product was most informative. They answered any question that I had.

We had to recheck our HVAC due to Home Inspection Recalls . xxxxx was the HVAC Expert that handled the situation . HE did a real great job , he explained us exactly what he will perform and he kept us updated all along the process . He did a very deep check of the HVAC and we felt very confortable with his diagnosis and advice.

The Technician, xxxxx. was not only very knowledgeable but also demonstrated that he cared. This is what makes the difference between a avg HVAC tech and an excellent tech. He was very merticulous and considerate of my hvac system. I couldn't have gotten luckier with a better tech. Its too bad you can't pick specific techs by name, but if I could it would be xxxxx everytime I needed HVAC service. As far as the company, very reasonable costs and not trying to milk you for everything you got. I highly recommend anyone needing AC work to seriously look at One Hour Heating and Air. It's not quite as recognizable as some of the others but will be very soon given the quality, expertise, and reasonableness of their service. Sure you can go with others like xxxxx but be prepared for horrible follow-through and incompetence. Or you could go with xxxxx and get absurd pricing costs. One Hour Heating and Air went above all expectations and I would definitely be going back to them for all HVAC needs.

He provided cost saving options in detail which included all the Pros and Cons.
