Today we had problems with our air conditioning unit and were already scheduled for our air condition summer check. The young man, Eric Lewis came and thoroughly gave us our air condition tune up and assessed the problem and got the part that was needed to replace the two motor fans. He did so very efficiently with skilled knowledge and explained exactly what he was doing and showed us major things that should and need to be fixed with our old unit. He was so polite and respectful and engaging with each and every question and concerns that we had. He truly showed us through all that he did that we are a valued customer. We feel we got service at !00% satisfaction and he did an outstanding job for us. Thank you so much for the great quality of service that we received especially today.

Our air conditioner stopped working on a very hot xxxxx day. We called One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning-xxxxx and they sent xxxxx and another man to our house. They performed tests and found the cause of the problem, which they quickly fixed. Both xxxxx and the other technician were very professional and did a great job.
