A#1 Air has been my first choice for A/C, electrical and plumbing. They installed a new HVAC Dual Zone system in my home two years and I couldn't be happier with the sales, installation and service I receive. I just recently had some electrical work and a new water heater installed. Again, the sales/service by Bubba and installation of the water heater by Jeff L. and crew were great! Very friendly, courteous, cleaned up when finished and overall just a great company to do business with!
The technician, Dustin B., was very polite and considerate of the fact that the rest of my family was sleeping due to the late hour. He took the time to thoroughly evaluate every possible action instead of stopping short at the obvious (chewed wires in attic) and found a way to repair our system by utilizing our dual system A/C unit which I was unaware of (unable to direct him to additional control board). He saved us thousands!!!
A#1 Air visited within 24 hours of my call and kept me updated frequently by phone regarding the ETA. All of my questions were answered completely and honestly. Not one person tried to force unnceccesary work or products on us.
[redacted] was AWESOME! Super nice guy and funny. Gave us enough information on how to properly take care of our filter and all that. Want him to come back every time we need help. Please keep him around!
I have to say everyone from the person answering the phone, to the service tech, to the salesman that came to our house were extremely polite and very helpful. They were so easy to work with. It's not fun when your system crashes, but I would have to say I am so glad we called A #1 Air. I would recommend them to anyone who is in need of heating & Air repair.
Technician Hoffman did a great job in repairing our heat pump.He troubled shotted the problem proficiently,replaced the defective parts and had our heat working within 30 min.
Andy was terrific, and quite honestly, we have always had excellent service from A-1 since we began using them roughly 10 years ago, including the installation of our upgraded systems about four years ago.
The service I revived was very good and my tech went beyond and went to home depot to get the part needed in the rain. Thank you for a great job well done.
I called at 3:30pm on New Year's Eve and they offered to provide service that evening. The crew arrived at 7pm and was out by 8:30pm. Quick response at a very reasonable rate. Very impressive!
The A #1 Air service was, as usual, prompt and thorough. The service provided by [redacted] was outstanding, as he took the time to explain current and future issues with my equipment, and how to fix them.
[redacted] & his partner were professional and knowledgeable. Performed analysis efficiently and explained to me what was being done.
Although it was not good to hear I had a leak, they determined where it was and what it will take to get it fixed.
All in all a great job.
