The technician arrived early, which was great. He was thorough and helpful. He completed the winter tune up on my units, replaced my filters and did all with a smile. Great company. Have used them for many years.

I have to say everyone from the person answering the phone, to the service tech, to the salesman that came to our house were extremely polite and very helpful. They were so easy to work with. Technician Hoffman did a great job in repairing our heat pump.He troubled shotted the problem proficiently,replaced the defective parts and had our heat working within 30 min.
[redacted] was AWESOME! Super nice guy and funny. Gave us enough information on how to properly take care of our filter and all that. Want him to come back every time we need help. Please keep him around!
The technician, Dustin B., was very polite and considerate of the fact that the rest of my family was sleeping due to the late hour. He took the time to thoroughly evaluate every possible action instead of stopping short at the obvious (chewed wires in attic) and found a way to repair our system by utilizing our dual system A/C unit which I was unaware of (unable to direct him to additional control board). He saved us thousands!!!
A#1 Air visited within 24 hours of my call and kept me updated frequently by phone regarding the ETA. All of my questions were answered completely and honestly. Not one person tried to force unnceccesary work or products on us.
Andy was terrific, and quite honestly, we have always had excellent service from A-1 since we began using them roughly 10 years ago, including the installation of our upgraded systems about four years ago.

I called at 3:30pm on New Year's Eve and they offered to provide service that evening. The crew arrived at 7pm and was out by 8:30pm. Quick response at a very reasonable rate. Very impressive!
