Andy V. was very cordial and professional. He answered all of my questions that I had concerning my ac unit. He highly recommended my installing the NEST thermostat that I had in my possession. He recommended an attic stairway tent that I could purchase at Home Depot and install myself. He discovered and replaced a power contact piece while doing my biannual service. Even though he was done, he took apart the outside unit to show me the new part/ and old part. He also recommended ant repellant around the unit to prevent insects from occupying the space. He was very helpful and knowledgeable.
Technician Aaron R. did a quick, efficient job today giving our AC units their seasonal maintenance check. We have had nothing but good experiences with A#1 and recommend them.
