The project estimator Kurt K. came out and evaluated our 19 year old A/C systems and our home's needs and then presented us a very detailed set of 6 different options to replace all of our failing equipment with modern higher efficiency units. Since we have not looked at A/C pricing in almost 20 years, we obviously had a big case of sticker shock. Kurt explained the various features and benefits of the different equipment options; we will now have to evaluate the options and develop a plan of action in the next few months. Kurt was very professional and did not pressure us to make a decision right away.
A1 is an honest and reputable company. I would call them anytime for my AC issues. [redacted] explained my different options and made sure I fully understood each before he left. Great customer service!
Jim Bell for A#1 Air is the best! He was on time and went straight to work! He diagnosed the problem and didn't try to sell us something we didn't need. He came back the next day with the part needed and fixed our AC. Quality work at a quality price. I highly recommend Jim Bell and A#1 Air.
Peter O. from A#1 Air came out today to service my two A/C units. Peter was very pleasant and courteous. Peter showed me how I could upgrade my service for a small amount which would provide me with a much better annual service experience.

Jonathon [redacted] was very friendly and replaced my capacitor in 20 minutes. He showed me the part that was replaced which I certainly appreciated. He had to get onto the the 2nd floor roof which he did with no hesitation. I am extremely happy about his job.
Technician was right on time for appt and emailed us w/picture to with heads up info.
Was helpful with information on how to save $$ with filters.
Just a bit too much 'up selling' during the appt IMO..
A#1 air service pro Dustin Bryant was very friendly and very thorough. We have only had positive experiences with them, and we used them to replace and service both the A/C (heatpump) units for our house.
Quincy came out to check out our a/c. With our system being close to 20 years old, it was determined it would be in our best interest to purchase a new one. He gave honest recommendations and we appreciate that. Thank you very much.
A#1 Air is amazing! Can you believe it's a 100 degree day, a holiday weekend, a Saturday, and this company still came to our home an serviced our air-conditioner? Wow! Although it was the capacitor at the compressor (outside), Courtney, our A#1 Air Comfort Technician, still checked everything out. He wouldn't feel comfortable leaving if we were going to have trouble later. We knew the system was 'on it's last leg', but tried to put it off until autumn. We discussed a little more, examined the photos of the rusted coils (which we knew about), and well... we elected to have Courtney work us up a new system deal AND waive the fees for today's visit. All-in-all, it appears to have been the the right choice for us A#1 Air appears to be a company we feel good about using and the response time was very reasonable. We anticipate a high-quality new system to be installed within the next 6 calendar days, too! So far, so good! A#1 Air gets a 'thumbs up' from us! The technician arrived early, which was great. He was thorough and helpful. He completed the winter tune up on my units, replaced my filters and did all with a smile. Great company. Have used them for many years.

Customer service is impeccable 24 hours a day - even on weekends! Last night was a hot July, Saturday night in Texas heat when my a.c. quit working. When I called, a representative took my call - not some answering service. Technician [redacted] M was at my door the next day (Sunday) before 1:00 pm. True to A#1 standards, [redacted] was knowledgeable, professional and personable. He explained to me what was happening with my a.c., and had it running smoothly again. He did not try to pressure me into anything extra, but recommended some maintenance. Their rates are very competitive, and their service & knowledge is beyond reproach!
