We had to replace a part in one of our units and Dustin did a very good job of explaining the whole process to us. We are very happy customers.
My air conditioner was not cooling properly, so I called A#1 Air and scheduled an appointment. My service tech was Brandon W[redacted]. Brandon's appearance was neat and professional. He was very courteous and checked out my entire system. He left detailed information with me regarding possible problems. We discussed it and because I only want to make it through the summer, then replace my system, he added Freon for now.
Matt [redacted] was a excellent service tech. He explained what was wrong with my unit, told me the price to repair it. When he was finished showed me what he had done. I would refer him and A#1 Air to anyone.
This company is as professional as it gets and we were very impressed with their technical knowledge. Each time they have sent anyone out from addressing our needs, installation and follow up annual checkup we will trust them to know what they are doing!

Mike Moore, arrived and explained the correct system size for my home. He gave me a quote and said they would price match like system.
