My air conditioner was not cooling properly, so I called A#1 Air and scheduled an appointment. My service tech was Brandon W[redacted]. Brandon's appearance was neat and professional. He was very courteous and checked out my entire system. He left detailed information with me regarding possible problems. We discussed it and because I only want to make it through the summer, then replace my system, he added Freon for now.
Matt [redacted] was a excellent service tech. He explained what was wrong with my unit, told me the price to repair it. When he was finished showed me what he had done. I would refer him and A#1 Air to anyone.
Andy was great to talk with and thoroughly explained the issues and was able to get our AC back to work and cooling the house on a very warm evening. We have used A#1 Air at 2 residences and have always been pleased with the service!!
We had our two heating units serviced and we were very happy with our service technician. He was an excellent communicator and explained everything to us very well. We had to replace a part in one of our units and Dustin did a very good job of explaining the whole process to us. We are very happy customers.
[redacted] and [redacted] were both on time and very professional. The job was completed in the timeframe that was provided. They both thoroughly explained the installation, operation and required future maintenance of the new water heaters. I highly recommend A#1 Air and both of these gentlemen.
