Through the quality of work, safety, and thoroughness I have dropped my relationships the milestone and will only request Derek N with A#1, Inc for all projects. He is a trusted, licensed election who feels like family and can be trusted in the home to complete a job as if it were his own home. There was no mess, boxes and materials were picked up, walls clean, and no need for call backs because the work was done right!

He was pleasant , and he offered to replaced ac filters. I am very satisfied with the work that Austin, and A#1 Air has done to keep my home cold this summer!
Mark D. was the most professional and technically competent HVAC technician I have ever encountered. Not only was he able to troubleshoot the primary issue (float switch cutoff), but was quick to address system performance issues as well. I usually dread having to call for a repairman given prior experiences with other companies. A#1 Air has developed a great process for setting a clear picture of what to expect during the service visit and for keeping the customer informed throughout. They stand by their workmanship and provide great service.

Absolutely the best! My husband and I are senior citizens and we had an awesome experience with the technicians who installed our complete new HVAC system in our 50 year old home. Knowledgeable , courteous, professional in every way. The installation is beautiful (I am a retired home builder so I know what I'm looking at). The system works perfectly, I'm sure there will be energy savings also. We love the Nest thermostat. At the end of an over seven hour installation, Adolfo (whose name I thought was Alonzo) sat down as though he had all the time in the world, and reviewed all paperwork, warranty information, took the time to set up the thermostat on my desktop and never once seemed to be rushing.
We have a great big thank you to A1 Air and their staff.

When I called, I was surprised that the technician arrived at my house in less than 1 hr considering that it was a Sat. Since I had gone out to the library he explained the issue to my wife, and when I arrived later was courteous to repeat and show the cause of the problem in the unit, and what can be done to prevent in the future.
After fixing the issue, he checked the rest of the unit and stayed to make sure it was still working.
The technician sent to review the HVAC system in our home was very knowledgable and instructed us about the status our current system and how it could be improved. It was a pleasure meeting him and we did not feel pressured by him in any way.
This was the best system install experience I have ever had. Kory is awesome. He took time to understand my concerns and he went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied.
