A very professional company. They show up on time, take care of business, and are always friendly. I recommend them highly.

The dispatchers worked to get someone here as quickly s possible and kept us informed of the status. The problems and proposed solutions with cost were explained and executed quickly and effectively. Assessment of the 10-year-old units was provided with recommendations and estimated costs for us to consider.

Excellent service at reasonable cost.

My tech was on time and quickly sloved the problem! I will use this company again.

Had a great service call from Peter O. Very polite, explained the problem in great detail. Was hoping it was a warranty issue but turned out to be my own negligence in keeping things clean. Will know better next time. Have recommended A#1 to several people and will continue to use them in the future.

Great, timely service to replace three GFCI breakers. I called another company I use for electrical work first who could not schedule an appointment for another week due to many calls for storm related damage. A#1 came the same day and fixed the issues in under an hour. Techs were courteous and helpful.

Chose to install a new air conditioner in 2011, $7000 installation with A-1-Air.

A#1 Air, Inc. has my contract to Service my HV/AC units. I have used them for last 8 years and usually have very good service from them. Their workmanship and dedication to their customers is great. There Technicians well mannered and always careful not to disturb your house or leave any debris after repairs/maintenance or even installation. \r\n\r\nAndy V. was my tech and he was very polite and honest when discussing my system issue and the required repair & timeline for the repair. \r\nAndy provided great service and worked late to get the repair completed and verify that everything was put back in its place and I was satisfied, with his service.

Had a noisy blower motor and fan .... replaced quickly and cleanly ... 10 year warranty is a good thing ... tech was Andy V.

Great service!!!!!! From the time we called to the time they started-up our new water heater we got nothing but professional and great service. Dorinda scheduled, followed and informed us of who was coming, what they were going to do and assured us that we would get service and possibly get the problem solved that same day.
Jeff [redacted] plumber, did the inspection and informed us of what needed to be done, why and how long it would take. He then proceeded to give us a quote and clearly explained what the scope and cost of the work to be done were. We accepted and even asked for an option he offered. Jeff and his team then dismantled the old water heater, installed and started up the new heater in less than three hours!!!! We are really happy with the work that A#1 Air, Inc. did for us.

I would definitely recommend A #1 Air to anyone needing service. My family would like to thank all the people that came from [redacted] ( service tech ), [redacted] (sales), [redacted] & [redacted] (installers) and Zack (electrician). They were all great . They were very professional and helpful in explaining the processes.

A#1 Air people are professional, courteous, and competent. We have used then for several years and are completely satisfied with the services we have received.

Luis Sanchez was very courteous and took a lot of time to service my unit.

The technician did a good job, no complaints there. My problem with A#1 Air is with the scheduling department. I scheduled my appointment for the 8:00 AM - 12:00 NOON window.

They called me at 8:05 AM and said the technician was headed my way and would be there shortly. I said, How long is "shortly"? He said, about 20 or 30 minutes. I called back at 8:50 AM and was told "sorry, didn't realize the technician was coming from Arlington," which is nearly an hour from my house.

I desperately needed to run an errand but didn't think I could get back in 20 minutes. Had I known I had an hour, I could have taken care of it. They need better communication within their scheduling/technicians in order to provide realistic wait times.

I know this is a universal problem with repairmen, but with the technology available today, they should be able to give a more accurate ETA.

Just had my furnace tune up with A #1 Air. Service tech was very polite & professional. I am VERY pleased with their service.
