We ordered the DDthrough Aardvark Research Group on June 30, it currently is July 12, It has been business days, not including 4th of July in that calculation I understand that in an ideal world everyone could meet their deadline and commitments So I reached out to Aardvark Research Group, I emailed on July and called on July 11, my wife then called on July NO RESPONSE via email or phone I demanded a refund, NO RESPONSEIt appears that they are taking advantage of veterans I am copying this complaint and sending it to my local legislator and hopefully getting restitution

I paid $for their expedite service and I know that it takes 7th business days to get a emailed copyToday is the 7th business dayI messaged them couple of times and they said that they have it and they will send it later todayI didnt received any emailed copy of my DD214.I messaged them back twice and I didnt heard backIts so frustrating that they arent considerateI already explained to them that my mortgage officer need it this week and they didnt even bother sending the emailed copy today they know that people choose to pay outrageous fee because their situation is urgent

I would certainly recommend Aardvark Research Group to anyone My husband passed away on March and I could not find his DDI had no idea which was the best source to retrieve this document The main reason we wanted this was so we could have a flag at his interment service I received this yesterday and was so happy to have it I could not have gotten this without their help

After multiple attempts to make contact with Aardvark to no avail, I noticed that they replied to their negative reviewsI left a one-star review and a post requesting information on how to actually speak with someone from AardvarkSure enough, it workedThey responded to my review, but instead of the information, I requested they simply stated that they canceled my order and issued a "full" refundIn fact, it is a partial refund since I did not request the order to be canceledI searched my entire email account for the "multiple" emails they stated they sent me but found noneThey have also not returned my numerous calls in which I have left a message that includes my direct contact number

I ordered my DDon Aug This company guarantees delivery in days We are past the days and I have sent many emails to this company (per their request when you call their phone number) with NO response I have left several phone messages as well and still NO response Scam company
