Aardvark delivered as advertised I received my DDseven days after I submitted my request Excellent service!

This customer did order a copy of his DDthrough our websiteHe emailed us twice on a Saturday asking for a status update, (we are closed on weekends) and then he emailed a third time on the Monday, which was a federal holidayWhen we came in to work on the Tuesday he had already filed a
complaint with the Revdex.com and the Missouri Attorney GeneralWe cancelled his order and gave him a full refund

Uncommunicative service that preys on veterans
On January 2016, I engaged the services of Aardvark to help me track down my DD-since I lost it long agoI purchased online a Priority Express Service that cost $(charged to my credit card, Transaction ID No3VAXXXXXNXXXXXXXL on 01/22/at 08:50)
This service should have guaranteed receipt of my DD-within a week
Before the week had passed, I attempted at several times to phone Aardvark to get an update, but no one answered the phoneAfter a week had passed, I phoned them again, and someone answered, but he told me that my case was more complex and that I would have to wait anywhere from days to years to get a copy of my DD-They never informed me that there would be a delay until it was too late for them to fulfill their priority express service
Because the need for my DD-was so great (for a VA mortgage loan), I decided to track it down myself to see whether I could do a better job than Aardv

This customer did order his military records through our website on Veteran's DayWe received his request, and started working on it,
on Thursday, the day after Veteran's dayTwo days into what we tell our customers is a 1-business day turnaround, the customer began calling demanding his records immediatelyHis wife then began calling, and telephoned our office over times between 9:A.Mand 10:A.Mon Monday morning threatened to file a complaint with the Revdex.com if we didn't produce the records they had ordered that day
Because we retrieve military personnel records from the Federal Government, we have to accept the process as they have defined it, which is that requests are processed within 1-business daysWe can't demand that they change their procedure or make them do anythingIt just doesn't work that wayBecause this customer was threatening, angry and unable to accept the reality of the situation, which is that the turnaround on a military personnel record is 1-business days, as we tell our customers upfront, we cancelled his order and REFUNDED HIM IN FULL PRIOR TO HIM FILING THE Revdex.com COMPLAINTI called the customer personally to explain that we were refunding him and why, and he accepted my explanation, and the full refund, and then filed the Revdex.com complaintMost of our customers are great, but if we do come across someone who is unable to accept that the process is what we tell them it is, we give them their money back and wish them good luck, which is what we did in this case
