I paid $79 for a copy of my DD214 form April 19, 2019. I was told I should receive it within 1 to 7 business days. I still have not received it.

We emailed this customer his DD214 on day 5 of an expected 7 day turnaround. On day 7 he called to ask us where it was, and we told him that we had emailed it to him, and asked him to check his spam or trash. When he couldn't find it, we emailed it to him again. Today he called threatening to file a Revdex.com complaint against us. We pulled up his original order form, and found that we had sent it to the email address that he had given us, but that he was emailing us from a different email--cut a long story short, he was looking in the wrong email address. In the time it took us to figure out his issue, he had filed the Revdex.com complaint, and disputed the payment he made to us through his bank. We did exactly what we said we would do, in the time we said we would do it.

They were prompt, courteous, and professional. I had all promised documents, plus 2 extra, emailed to me within 24hrs, and hard copies in 72 hours! I would recommend them to anyone in need of military records. Excellent customer service response time as well. All around, an excellent experience.

This company has the worse customer service I have ever seen. They told me on toes 3/5/2019 that they would give me a refund minus their search fee since they had not received it to send to me. When I asked what the search fee was and when I can expect my refund they responded by telling me that they will not give me a refund because they sent it out Monday 3/4/2019. I sent an email expressing my distaste for how they handled the situation. I work in law enforcement and I know that based on what they told me they are supposed to honor their word. They continued to argue back and forth via email attempting to justify their actions and false information because they did not want to give me the refund they said they would give me. I paid $74.00 for horrible customer service and I hope no one else ever has to experience this from them.

This person called on a Tuesday and asked for a refund. Our office staff told her that they would refund her, IF her documents hadn't already been mailed out. After checking, they determined that her documents had been mailed out the day before (on Monday). They told her that her documents had already been mailed, but she continued to demand a refund. As far as her criticism of our customer service, she emailed us multiple times asking for the status of her request, and we emailed her back every time within 2 hours. She called several times, and we spoke to her each time. The customer service we provided her was excellent, except that we didn't give her the unwarranted refund that she demanded, because we had already completed her request and mailed her documents when she asked for it. That is the only thing that didn't go her way.

Aardvard did a wonderful job. Timely and professional. Good communication throughout.

This organization has my complete respect. After I hit submit, I had some reservations. On day seven, just as they indicated, I received my DD 214. They obviously have a high degree of credibility in my book.

I give this company 5 stars because they went out of their way to find a DD-214 for me after having to search the National Archives. If I had the serial number they needed from the beginning it would have saved them some time but they still worked to find what I couldn't have. I would definitely recommend their services.

I was very happy with the fast turnaround time. I am buying a house and if I had to wait for the govt. to send my DD214 I would have lost the house. I got copies of it e-mailed to me in less than a week. Thank you, Aardvark Research Group!

On 11 January 2019 I paid Aardvark Services $99.00 for delivery of my DD214 within seven days. It is now 19 February 2019 and I have neither received my DD214 nor has Aardvark responded to my phone calls or emails.

We provided this customer with copies of his *** on day 7 of an expected 7 day turnaround. Since then, we have not received a single email from him or a single voicemail asking about the whereabouts of his documents. We generally expect our customers to contact us if they haven't received their documents, BEFORE they file a complaint. That is just common courtesy. We would have sent more copies, or made sure that he received them, if he would have given us that chance, but he didn't. Now we will cut ties with him, because he isn't reasonable.

I am rejecting this response because:

Aardvark services reported emailing the form ten days after receipt of the order. I believe them to be lying about this.

This is is the expected response based on previous responses from this company. An exhaustive search of my all my mail folders for the time period specified failed to show an such email response. In addition, there was no copy mailed to my home address as promised.

the phone call I received from them a few minutes ago demonstrated their failure to apply even a modicum of common courtesy and the rudiments of customer service. They denied any existence of the voice mail I left them or the email I sent through their system. The woman to whom I spoke was hateful and rude while accusing me of the same.

I would not recommend anyone using their services.

We have cut ties with ***. We did send him his DD214's on day 7, and we would have taken whatever steps were necessary to make sure that he received them, including sending him another set, but he filed the complaint BEFORE contacting us, and then was rude to our staff when he called. We have a lot of customers, and if we get one that is hostile or unreasonable we generally cut-ties, and move on.

These people are lying, and I pointed out that I have checked all email folders and snail mail and nothing was found. The woman to whom I spoke was hateful. As she called me on a USG line, I will be requesting a copy of the recording to post on their *** page.

this is an unscrupulous business and they use deceptive tactics and have no concept of customer service. I pointed out to them that the response they provided to me was the same response they have given everyone who complained against them. It seemed to set this woman off.

Since they have failed in their mission, I demand an immediate refund of the money I paid them.

I will be posting my comments on their social media pages and Google.

I was in desperate need of a Member copy of my DD I tried every other avenue and everyone was telling me anywhere from 30-days I paid for the service on Thursday, November 1, I received an email on Friday requesting for me to re-sign (to deter it being rejected from National Archives), scan and e-mail back I completed the request and received my Member copy on Monday, November 5th I highly recommend using their services, my experience exceeded my expectations

I’m very satisfied with Aardvark Research.
I emailed them a list of 3 questions I had about their Online Order Form, 3 items I wasn’t clear on. They emailed me back in a reasonable time frame with clear, simple answers and I placed my order for my DD214 Online the next day.
About 10 business days later I received an email with my DD214 attached, password protected and notifying me that my Certified hard copies would be shipped the next day.
All in all a nice, clean, easy process.

I’d definitely go back to them should my need arise.
