We called Bel Aire on a very hot late saturday afternoon as our air went out Randy came to our place around 8:to work on our central air He was awesome to work with He had been on calls all day but was very upbeat, friendly and professional He had to make a trip back into town for a part and was able to get my air up and running It was around 10:that evening when he finished and the entire time he treated us like we were his only customerWe knew he was hot and tired, but never once did he frown about his long day He provided us the best service and made sure before he left that we were happyIt's not often you find a company that makes your feel like your issue is their top priority,Kudos to Bel-Aire and Randy for making us feel important
