Loran B. arrived at the scheduled time with a phone call first to notify me he was coming. He took time to explain the functions of the unit as we had just purchased this home. He wore bootees on his shoes to protect the flooring and left the area as he found it. He was professional and pleasant. I was most pleased with the service and will keep a current contract with this company.
