Bill Lis an excellent Service Tech He professionally diagnosed the problem, took care of fixing it and also assisted me with resetting the iComfort system so it can be accessed via a phone app Additionally, he called to follthe day after our service call to make sure everything was working properly
Dave Twas friendly and courteousHe checked out our old furnace and found that the control module was no longer working, He told us the price to replace the module, but he also advised us (without being pushy!) to replace the furnace, since we have used it for years, and don't know how long it was used before that So we bit the bullet, and had Bel-Aire remove the old *** and install a new *** The installers, Kyle & James, were also courteous & friendly, and did a great job on the installation Thanks, everyone at Bel-Aire!

The service tech (Mike C)came to my house to perform a pre-winter furnace service The service tech was very polite and professional He explained the service steps that he was performing He completed the service in a reasonable period of time
tech. randy r[redacted] was very good, he was fast and excellent at his job and was very nice on top of all the work he had to do in the heat to get our a/c working.
Matt B has been my service tech 3 or 4 times. I would like to compliment his professionalism and expertise. Each time, he was prompt, courteous, neat, respectful and explained the various procedures in words I could understand. He is an asset to the company. Thank you.
